Okay, I just finished Sora's story on Re:Chain of Memories, feeling proud of myself, started Riku's story, and right when I got to the first Save Point, I made quite possibly the stupidest mistake a KH player could make and SAVED OVER MY COMPLETED SORA FILE!!!

 

Oh GODS, HOW CAN THAT EVEN HAPPEN!? I'm always so careful about this stuff! And I make a mistake NOW!?

 

The trophies and stuff is still there, and Riku mode is still available, but the principle of the thing is what matters to me. I need that save file back, but I just finished the game.

 

I did it in 3 days, so maybe I could handle it again, but there was a weekend that helped me out, so maybe it will take 5 days instead. My friend suggested that I start with Sora again, but I'm not sure.

 

What do any of you think I should do. I might be able to wake up tomorrow with more patience for the game, but if anyone has a different idea, let me know.

Just replay: CoM is pretty fun once you get the danged card system figured out.

Yeah, that's true. It's still pretty fresh in my mind. I might actually be able to build my winning deck earlier on now that I know what worked best for me. And I can avoid all of the mistakes I made in the last playthrough.

You'll need to play through on the other modes anyway.

Ouch. At least you didn't lose your KHFM save with the same bad luck.

 

But what Sora96 said. You're not really losing much because of that.

If you're going for trophies you have to play his story 2 more times anyway, so as long as you weren't collecting cards or anything you should be fine.
