I just want to know why half the people who play Kingdom Hearts hate Sora, I mean he did kill most of the Organization members but he's the Main character of the series and organization 13 are the bad guys so he had to defeat them.

So if there is anybody here who hates Sora please write down why you hate him.

I just find it hard to like someone who goes around killing people for no reason, and without feeling any remorse.

I think it's a love-Hate realtionship. its haley Joel Osment. Sora sounds like a whiney teenager,but he's a disney kid. so of course he's an idoit, but he's a lovible idiot. And Whats not to love about it. He kinda repersents the age group he's aimming at. While Roxas...well its Jesse McCsarthy the only good thing he can ever vocie. Roxas is basicly the Billy Dean williams of Sora's persona. while for the "haters" out their. They grew up. Sora is basicly a kid,and to disney thats the perfect "kid" for them. A Good Example would be to compare him to Rue from threads of fate. while Rue is simpley the Anti-Hero you'll root for. Sora is looking for riku and kairi. both have strong sence for famiely and friends. Rue actully cuses and shows PURE RAW EMOTION! Sora is down to just basic, or rule fo three, he;s happy, sad, and mad. Both charaters are innocent,and "pure" but in their own way. Rue wants to revive the woman he truly loves,and who wouldn't go to the ends of the earth to save someone? while Sora takes a more litteral sence, no one dies, He just wants his friends,while making new ones he cares for. So It's intrasting, I would say love hate reaaltauation,I mena useally if someone else vociees sora, about half of them our gonna be like "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO/1 ONLY HALEY JOE IS SORA!" While others would except change....you can totally tell witch half disney-Enix roots foor.

Roxas is better than Sora. Sora is really stupid sometimes...like when he found Kairi. He was all like ' oh um...hi? '. But when he finds RIKU, he grabs Riku's hand and cries. Issues. Sora has so many issues.

i think its because of the iq of Sora because my cousins don't like him of his cokieness. I like him. But, I dont like how he does his battle cries in Japanese games. I also think that they dont like him because in KH he hugged Kairi, but in KH2 he just said like hi and instead Kairi hugged him, but when he saw Riku, he was crying while holding his hand, so I think that some people think that hes gay

well soras crazy, off course but saying roxAS IS Better then sora is an understatment since they both are the same person. I also think because they are going with fan service. think about it...how many yoai fangirls do you know that do the Sorax Riku thing? everyone! plus with all the joke that everyone does on sora...it's funny.

seriously, who makes those noises when fighting, i understand that it is supposed to give the battle field some life, but COOOME ON! sure, he could say something at the end of a finishing combo, and the magic i don't mind, as well as taking damage, but really! HUH HUEW HAH!

I think people hate Sora because they havn't played as him in a long time. I mean in 358/8 days and Birth by Sleep he is not in it at all, and in Chain of Memories half of the cutscenes are with Organization 13 or Riku. People have forgotton what cool things Sora has done. Like in 358/2 days Sora is unlockable, but if you had a choice on which you would pick to play as and the two choices were a 15 year old kid who looks mature for his age and is wearing a black cloak and a hood and weilds two keyblades, or a kid who is 14 but looks childish, has geeky clothes, smiles patheticly, and sort of sounds like a girl. Who would you pick. But the real Sora is NOT like that, in KH2 he is more mature and has a deeper voice and has many drive forms, and is much cooler than Roxas. If people started to play KH2 again they would realise how imporant Sora is.

I have no problem with his Haley. I think that was the best one the could have ever gotten. Because good voice actors are hard to get. In my opinion, they still need to find a good Aerith voice actor. Every time she said something in Kingdom hearts 2 my sisters would mute the TV. Kingdom hearts is the same voice actor as Advent children. But it seems Mina did a better job in AC. I like the voice actor they used for her in crisis core.

Overall I like the more serious characters like Roxas and the organization, but like I said earlier I can't hate him. Without Sora Kingdom Hearts wouldn't be the same

IMO, Video game characters shouldn't take things too seriously or then it would make the game too boring. But, yes, when it comes to Sora... He does take it a bit too light.

Ven just looks like roxas doesn't mean he has to sound like him. It actully ends up more confusing. It's like if Link form the legend of zelda had the same vocie actor, for the same links. no all links are diffferent and have seprate connections,yet are connected by one charater,etc. Thats how *SPOILER* Ven,Sora,and Roxas are set up,but still it would be better to have someone else.
