It really kinda bugs me. I think the idea of rides & guns are kinda dumb. I haven't played the game, nor do I know exactly what all these new things are or how they work. If they're summons, fine, I probably just won't use them. As for the guns, Idk, I guess it would be kinda like Wisdom Form is KH2...it just doesn't feel right. The thing that worries me most is the rumor about a Toy Story world. I love the movies, I just don't think it would fit in, mainly because it's a Pixar movie. Up until now everything has been just Disney & there are dozens of other unused worlds. Not like we don't already have enough places to go. I'd imagine we have to check on all the Princesses' of Light & we have to defeat Xehanort in the Keyblade Graveyard. We know from the trailer, that we'll be going to Traverse Town & Twilight Town. I can only imagine we'll go to Radiant Garden. We have enough places to go, we don't need Pixar worlds. At least save it for the next saga. Maybe my expectations are to high, Idk. We've only been waiting for this game for like 8 years & we'll probably have waited a 10+ years before we actually get it, a whole decade...I love KH more than anything, I just don't want to see it fail at it's climax. Don't ruin my favorite series SE, not yet. I won't judge until I see more, I'm just worried. I'm sure the story will deliver, as always, so at least there's that....thoughts?

I think it is too early to judge. And I kinda take trailers like these as proof they are working on it some way or another and are busy developing rather than impressions of the real thing that will be released earliest in two years. 

 

Though something tells me KHIII is going to be the biggest game in the entire series. That means with the PS4 capacities as well, there will be room for much more than in previews games. So we could be able to visit more worlds than usual. And what is shown in the trailer is gameplay, early developed gameplay and I wouldn't think too much into it.

 

I doubt Kingdom Hearts III will fail and if some people are not satisfied with it, doesn't mean it's the games fault. It's just their problem. As for me, I'll take everything that's coming, I just want to see the epic final of my favorite game, that I love so much and I've faith that it will indeed be epic, if not more than that. The gameplay, the story and the final will all be the most amazing thing, worthy to be called the final game to the epic saga that is Kingdom Hearts.

It seems kinda ridiculous, IMO. I see that they're trying to reach out to a younger audience, but the fact of the matter is, that the majority of their audience is grown up. Sure, some kids play it, but the die hard fans are grown up. I'll still play it & most likely love it. The trailer just didn't impress me. The graphics look pretty good though, and it's only a beta.

Ridiculous is a good thing. I'm 25 and ride summons seem amazing. Also, Kingdom Hearts have fans of all ages. Of course a kid isn't going to be a "die hard fan".  But that doesn't mean they shouldn't be thought of.

I feel you on the idea of adding disneyland attractions, I feel uncomfortable with it on the game. As for the guns, as long as it isn't a permanent form of the keyblade and used as a limit then it would be fine. The addition of Toy Story seems like a bad idea, I'd like them to keep it original Disney and no Pixar or Starwars cause it would be weird imo. I wish they'd have more worlds , bigger maps and more places to explore.

I agree completely. The guns aren't a big deal. The rides are hard to look past & Pixar worlds are just unnecessary & wouldn't belong.

I think it will turn out right. When i saw the train appear, i yelled, "OMG, A FLYING TRAIN! THAT'S SO FREAKIN' COOL !" They better keep the train summon, or i will rage.

I like what I've seen so far... The summons will certainly be interesting. The idea of the Guardians of Light having OP summons excites me. We're used to all of the power resting with the villains, so giving some power to Sora and co. would be interesting, as long as it's not too strong.

I don't see how Pixar wouldn't fit in, yet we had 3 live action movie worlds in the games. TBH the PotC world seemed out of place, but was awesome to play in. Pixar would definitely fit in. Er, IMO, anyway, you're entitled to your opinion.
