So I saw many of those videos on youtube - top 5, 10 or 20 anime openings and thought "All of them are in Japanese...". Don't get me wrong I really like Japanese openings, but I'm surprised on how low number of intros get offcial english version. Some are done well when some are just ridicules. 

That's why I decided to check the youtube for any good english intros and found ten good ones. It was a bit hard to sort them, since I didn't know if some are good enough.

And by the way I don't really prefer english and japanese since english isn't my first language. I judge openings by music, inroduction and design, not if it's original or dubbed. It's creativity that counts.

 

So this is my list and comment if you know any other good english intros. But please don't go with something "English openings are lame, japanese is better and stuff". It's just my opinion about english openings.

When I was watching first three generations of Digimon I was pretty disappointed, since it was the same digi-rap all the time. I prefered songs like Butterfly and Brave heart much more. But with Digimon Frontier it was complete new song, much better from previous one. Also I really like music during Spirit Evolutions, for those I think they're even better than japanese ones.

Shaman King's Opening is much better than Yugioh's

Also Shaman King is a great anime(though it's dubbed by 4Kids ugh)

But not as good as the manga cuz it didn't cover all the manga

I wish it got the brotherhood treatment

 

Also WTF Pokemon should be Number 1...that's the best English Intro in an Anime period

And Pokemon opening 2 and 4 should be here too

Also Digimon...man that intro is horrendous glad i grew up with the German dub which had a translate german version of the Japanese Intro(also one of the best dubs of all time when it comes to that matter)

I thinknim I'm the only one who liked season 1-3 Digimon themes. e_e (although I admit they were lazy in changing it, but 3 got some sort of remix.)

 

At least it isn't Fusion. Oh god that English opening is horrible. Can't wait to see them butcher up the 2nd ark. (unless they reuse the song)

 

I'll make a top favorites list later. I don't think I can list them in order of preference when I do.

I never really liked the English intro's of animes. I only like the first Pokémon intro. GOTTA CATCH THEM ALL!
