Let me start off by saying, I'm not sure where this came from, nor do I have any idea who was/were the artist(s) behind it. But in my opinion, it is a piece of work that everyone should at the very least be somewhat aware of.

 

I vaguely remember this being possibly related to the Hyrule Historia book that was released a few years back, but I never got it myself, so I can't say for sure. I'd take a guess that's what it's from though, because the amount of work and dedication that I'm sure went into this picture is near unbelievable in my eyes.
