Weapons: 1) Mobility- Kat doesn't wear that much armor which allows her to move in high speed and dodge some spells. 2) Daggers- Uses daggers to throw at enemies for far range.3) Two swords on her back- Kat uses these swords for close combat. 4) Armored Jacket- She has to have at least some armor. If spells hit Kat's jacket she takes less damage.

Background: It was a tradition to join the Gold Lion in Kat's family. Her parents were some of the most strongest warriors, but Kat wasn't a fan of running around with a big bulk of armor. That's when she ran into Linda, her mother's friend who was an expert assasin. Everything about Linda: no big armor, light weapons, and speed caught Kat's attention. After begging her parents for Linda to teach her, they agreed. The scar mark on Kat's eye was from an accident when she toyed around with the daggers during training. Now Kat is set to protect the border that contains her home.

Background: Seishirou, having learned from the conflicts between the Gold Lion and Red Hawk countries, decides to, for the most part, not pick any fights unless having someone close to him threatened. Personally, he wants not to be apart of a futile conflict or even war, and wants to stay out of it, but stays with the gold Lion only due to the fact that his family is affiliated with them, and lives within it. Seishirou is a renowned and incredible fighter, despite choosing to use no weapons except a single katana. He has mastered his one weapon, and can use it to fight against most other weapons. To a spell, however, is much more difficult, and yet, Seishirou has defeated innumerable spellweavers of the Red Hawk country-- all of which he spared, not wanting to unnecessarily take a life.

3. Chilling Flames - Bursts of fire and ice are enchanted upon each of Dante's fingertips as claws, upon a forceful contact will trick the body into feeling a simultaneous intense heat and unbearable cold, while also having a directly harmful burning sensation.

4. Lifeless Protection - Summons hardened and dead plant "life" as protection, ranging from thorns and vines to tree bark and poison ivy.
Background: Dante is a very thoughtful philosopher and questions all-- even to the point where he succeeds in twisting the morals of other people, or shattering them completely. While valuing life, he finds conflict, while sometimes futile, to be a shortcut to death, and even corrupts or kills magical elements in usage to his bidding during combat. Dante is apart of the Red Hawk for no real reason other than his liking to the fighting style in which they use, and will be quick to abandon both countries in the event they were to lose.

If you change Dante so that he only has one ranged spell (because short range counts as range), he is accepted. Vigier is accepted.

Upgrades, or just get new weapons like everyone else. Maybe some defensive components would help

Right. That is why it would be complicated. Because she can only have four things. So if she gets a new weapon and not an attachment, the rules would say she has to pick four things. If she chooses to use her new weapon, she can't bring her entire current one into battle. As is said, we'll jump that hurdle when we come to it.

 

Also, I'm thinking single combats are the way this RP is going to go. Maybe the occasional big fight, but stick to one-on-one combat for the most part.

May I suggest a simple limited space for attachments on the weapon itself. Otherwise, the weapon would be too heavy, overloaded, or something, basically allowing only four attachments at once.

Appearance: bald, no eyebrows, grey eyes. Wears a black cowl (kept down) and robes, and a small metal cross on a chain under it all. He carries a holy book with him.

Weapons: summons ravens made of shadow (ranged), liquid metal he can control at close range, a thunderous stomp, shield of stone (defensive)

Background: Baldr is a traveling mercenary-monk who practices an obscure faith: a savior was crucified on a cross to take away the sins of the world, and his spirit was transferred to the ravens who picked his bones clean to watch over his disciples. Baldr came across these two countries during his travels, and saw the oppressive government of the Gold Lion. He allied himself with the Red Hawk to cleanse the other country of decadence.

 

IMPORTANT This is a big change. I just like it better this way. Plus I want to fight Sikota.
