So, is anyone on this site plan to do some shopping on Black Friday? For me, I am trying to see if I can buy a few games at Walmart so i can get them for a good, cheap price.

If they have better deals then they did last year. I may or may not.

You know, for an event such as this where everything's marked down at an all-time low, it's funny that it's not even worth it to go Black Friday shopping. On the one hand, unless you camp outside the stores, the odds are that everything will be gone eventually, anyway. On the other, you could get mugged for your cheap stuff as soon as you leave. It's a lose-lose situation with a small glimmer of hope that I have no interest in taking advantage of.

I'm probably going. Maybe I'll find something interesting. 

Hopefully. I've never been, and I hope to be this year.

Yeah a dime a dozen. just keep your defenses up and know a quick kick back or two and you'll be fine, but one can say that about any situation. Luckily it has gotten better now that stores have such diverse hours.

I would also be checking out other sales and try to see if I can get a nice 40" LED HDTV. My HDTV is kinda old now.

Online? Maybe. In stores? Nope. I feel bad for the people who work on those days and Thanksgiving.....they shouldn't have to deal with the silliness. They should be with their families.

I hope so. but I doubt i'll be able to go. My mom doesn't let me because she thinks its overcrowded, and i get really sweaty,pissed off, and i feel like i will throw up in over crowded situations. Even if i did go, i'm saving up for a new ps3 at the moment and i only have $38 right now(i blew all of my money)

Yeah, no. Went to Wal-Mart for last year just to see what it was like. Never again. Any shopping I do will be online.

We might go the day after, though. Last time there was still some decent stuff left (I got StarFox 64 3D for $5 last year).
