Concept trailer for a cancelled Legend of Zelda movie

Featured Replies

I'm sorry, but I didn't like the art direction here at all,it looks exactly like a Dreamworks studiogeneric Hollywood movie

Not to mention that the story, from what we've seen in this concept trailer, has only Link and Zelda to remind you that you're watching something Zelda related

Yeah, I didn't like the art style myself. Though the small concept was nice to see.

This news was brought up several months ago actually.

The art design was..ok.  I have to agree with Metal Snake in that it's screaming "Dreamworks" animation style.  Sure, it's just a concept trailer, but if that green guy was supposed to be Ganon, then..well, I am not seeing it.  The idea seems alright I guess, and the trailer was ok, but I'm not sure if that idea would work so well.

Interesting, but I think I prefer the live action version, even though that was an April Fools prank.
