So over the past four days, I've been experimenting with vegetarianism. So far, I like it but I was wondering if you guys had any idea of some good veggie recipes/food idea? I'm not committing to anything yet but I would like to find options that are kinda little more filling. So far, my favorite thing has been the veggie burgers!

I'm not sure about any vegetarian recipes since most of my dinner contains either fruits/vegetables and indian traditional food. Sometimes even pasta and Pizza (both weekly).

All you need to do is try not to eat anything that are from animals. Milk and Eggs are fine but Pork, Chicken, Meat, Fish and anything else is just not the way to go.

So just eat anything that doesn't contain that and you are fine, and that is a lot of options to go for!

Note though, are you just a Vegetarian or a Vegan?

A Vegan is someone who doesn't eat all the stuff Vegetarians can't eat BUT including Milk and Eggs. I'm sure there are more stuff relating to them.

A Vegetarian is everything I talked about.

When we had to create different dishes for dietary needs in Biology, a lot of us used this website for dishes.   My group make an enchilada but I can't remember the link for it.  But there's loads of free recipes

Thanks for all the info! No, I'm not anything just yet. I'm just sorta experimenting with it. I think I would probably be just be a vegetarian...considering I love milk. xD

And @Caity Raindrop, thanks! 8D So many recipes!

My mom bought these things called boca crumbles when I was a vegetarian, you could use it for anything like tacos, pasta, etc. I had tofu with stir fry, lots of rice and beans, and soy substitutes

Also vitamins

And tons of grilled vegetables

you don't understand. if people all became vegetarians then the animals that we don't eat would die. Cows have grown and adapted to life on a farm. they no longer have the basic skills to survive in the wild, and no farmer is going to keep cows that have no benefit. the cows would all die in the wild because of their lack of basic survival skill. In the wild, it's survival of the fittest, and the animals adapted to farm life aren't the fittest. eating meat is murder, not eating meat is genocide.

Make sure to get complete proteins in your diet with bean/grain combos. Otherwise you will have health problems in the long run.

Spiney isn't everyone. Don't worry about the meat industry. It will be fine.

I went to a vegetarian meeting once and a girl said she recognized me but I've never seen herbivore.

I understand perfectly well. O_o Trust me,  I'm an environmental studies major, we've had to research this  thoroughly. And Er, yeah, cows on factory farms sure are natural. We feed them corn when they're suppose to be eating grass...I have nothing against people who eat meat, as I stated, I'm not committing to anything yet....lol

OMG Ozpin! Your jokes are funny! XDXD
