{Xoctts}

The sound of crashing filled the old Castle in the remains of Radiant Garden. The dim light that remained in the former world was fading as Xoctts pushed through the wreckage at one of entrances to the castle. More damage had been done to the castle since the attack on Destiny Islands by dark forces.

And the Betrayal.

Once again, Xoctts cursed the Witch's actions. Why had he trusted her? If he found the Void Witch again, he would avenge the fallen.

Feeling alone and hopeless, Xoctts leaned against a wall and slowly slid down into a sitting position.

 

{Xion}

Sora pushed himself up to his knees, the pain of his wounds nearly causing him to blackout. He looked around as his friends were being hunted down by a laughing figure.

"I'm not going to make it, am I?" He thought.

He looked down to see his wounds. He felt soo tired. But he had to do more.

"Roxas...Xion." He murmured. "This is your fight now."

Sora summoned his Kingdom Key. He turned it so that the blade was pointed towards himself and, like he had done to free Kairi's heart, he stabbed himself.

The point of view seemed to rise up as Sora slumped. He looked up in time to see a grinning face and red blades slashing for him.

"SORA!" Xion screamed as she shot up into a sitting position.

She pulled her legs to her chest and sobbed as the loneliness and sorrow filled her as she sat in the ruins of Twilight Town's Train Station.

"To listen to my story?" Enno questioned, slightly confused. Why this man was here... Enno turned away. He began to walk away. No. It didn't matter. He couldn't be close to anybody anymore. Especially not if darkness was close by. And these days, the darkness was always close by. "It doesn't matter. I don't care why you're here. Just stay away from me." Enno said to Auron before he got out of hearing range.

Kopiu grinned and waved at the dusk, before walking away with Xemnas. "Good to have friends isn't it." Kopiu mentioned, as he walked back pedaled alongside the Superior.

{Mercy}

Mercy nodded her thanks to Aina. She spared a moment to glance up to the roof. She too could feel something was going on up there. But she had to get the Princess out.

"This way." She told Belle and Adam, gesturing to the portal.

The former Beast stepped over to his wife and took her hand. She squeezed it as they shared a look. This castle had been their home. Now it was just an empty shell. The stepped to the portal and through.

"I'll keep an eye on them." Mercy told Yuri and Aina. "Try not to take too long."

With that, Mercy followed Belle and Adam through the portal.

 

{Lacuna & Xion}

Lacuna spun her Void Keyblade around blocking some of the talons before raised an eyebrow at Astra.

"Big term you're spitting there." She told him. "Sounds like you've had some experience with Nullbodies. Are you really Xemnas Jr.?"

Xion recovered from her failed attack and tried to compose herself like Astra had said. The Witch wasn't going to manipulate her. With Lacuna's attention on Astra, Xion reared back and threw her Keyblade at the Void Witch. Just before it hit, Lacuna turned with a grin and caught the Kingdom Key out of the air.

"And you need to stop using other people's stuff." She mock scolded.

She tightened her grip and lines of energy appeared all over the Kingdom Key. A second later, it shattered. Xion cried out and clutched at her own chest, a feeling of loss heavy on her heart.

 

{Auron}

"And that's how you live your story?" Auron asked, suddenly stepping out from behind a broken pillar.

There was a slight impression of dancing lights before he stepped out.

"Sounds unfulfilling."

The Guardian shrugged like it wasn't his business.

"At least tell me what happened to this world."

 

{Xemnas}

"At times." Xemnas answered after a period of silence. "Till their help comes at too high a price."

The Superior lead the way through the castle. At a few points during the trek, the sounds of a fight would filter through down the halls as the Nobodies took on the Heartless. Eventually, the duo reached Ansem's office. Xemnas paused a moment to look at the room, then marched through it to the computer room. He immediately started typing in commands into the terminal to restart the Claymore Defense System. After a couple of menus, he paused.

"There is an interrupt in the power systems." He said over his shoulder.

He gestured to the doorway that lead to the mechanical underbelly of the castle.

"Find it."

Ken quickly raised his Keyblade to block the attack, and fired a sphere of Darkness from his left hand at Vanitas. Tyler and Karen tried to sneak up behind Ken, and they cast bolts of Light and Twilight from their Keyblades at Ken, inflicting some damage to him, as they heard grunts coming from Ken. Ken turned around, and creates a big sphere of Darkness in his Keyblade, and launched it into the air, and then he jumped into the air, and hit the sphere with his Keyblade, aiming it to fall to the ground quickly, and create a huge explosion which would cause a lot of damage if it hit it's targets. "Try to deal with THIS, you weaklings!" Shouted Ken, talking to Vanita,s Tyler, and Karen with a Dark tone in his voice. Tyler and Karen created a big shield of Light and Twilight over them and Vanitas in an attempt to shield themselves from the attack.

{Yuri and Ainari}"Go with them." Yuri said to Aina. "I'll be with you in a few more minutes."Aina looked at Yuri for a couple of seconds before nodding."Just...be careful, alright?" She said. "If you see that Astra and the others are in danger-""Don't wory about it. Now get moving."Aina looked at the roof and then walked into the portal, leaving Yuri behind waiting for the rest.{Astra}Astra stared at the Void Witch for a moment before he looked at Xion, his face hiding any signs of worry for his comrade."She even has enough power to..." He thought.The dark wielder's eyes moved to the Witch once again."I told you." He said flatly. "I am just a remnant. If you want to think of me as being the leftovers of a Nobody then, by all means, do it."Astra then pointed his Keyblade at Lacuna, dark fire gathering on its tip."I'll admit, though...Sometimes I don't know who or what I am, in the end it doesn't matter. I had some experience with A Nullbody...strange woman she was, you could say that...she was just like you." Astra then sighed. "We are somewhat similar, you and I, but where our paths went different is a mystery to me."He tried to give Xion time to recover and hoped that it was enough. With a quick motion Astra unleashed a dark firaga ball, said ball split itself into multiple small fire bullets flying towards Lacuna. 

Zion snapped. She had been trying to find a good opening to attack, but together with Sione she cried out in pure fury. Her eyes went heterochromic, and both Keyblades appeared in her hands. She then connected them at the hilt, her mismatched angel/demon wings suddenly glowing brightly, huge Wings of Light. Blades engulfed in golden fire, Zion/Sione were ablaze aswell.

<Radiance...Unleashed.>

Zion/Sione charged headon at Lacuna recklessly,  the two in perfect sync. The rarest form of cooperation, brought forth by the pain Xion now felt.

 

<HOW DARE YOU HURT XION!> She roared. She suddenly stopped and flared, and unleashed a full on barrage of light and dark blasts, a vanguard of a renewed charge. <You will regret hurting the one we have found to care for more then ourselves>

 

 

-Wait, we do?-

"Love at first sight?"

-ooooh. Yeah, now I get why my heart aches.-

"Yep"

 

Internal monologue over, they brought the combined Keyblade Forward Unto Dawn down upon Lacuna.

{Vanitas}

Vanitas rolled to the side to avoid Ken's dark sphere. He came up, ready to cast Dark Fira at his opponent, but stopped when he saw Tyler and Karen attacking from behind. For a moment, he just looked at the duo with a look of contempt. He huffed as Ken jumped from Tyler and Karen's grasp.

"You should have finished him!" He scolded as Karen and Tyler erected the shield.

Vanitas grasped his Keyblade tighter and ran to the edge of the shield to get out and engage Ken, but again stopped. He touched the shield and could feel an imbalance. The combination of Light and Twilight was fine, but it lacked a lot of strength with out proper balance. He gave Tyler and Karen an annoyed glance, then added his Darkness to the shield to correct the imbalance.

 

{Mercy}

Mercy blinked in the dim light of Destiny Island as she, Belle, and Adam made it through the portal. She could see Anna training with Master Thomas in light further down the beach.

"Welcome to Destiny Islands." She said, turning to Belle and Adam.

The couple looked a little relieved to be away from their castle and in the little bit of light left in the worlds. Adam took of the helmet he had been wearing and sighed. After a moment, his face hardened again.

"So, what now?" He asked.

"We will need to find more Princess of Heart to bring back the light." Mercy answered. "But for now, rest. You both need it."

For a moment, Adam kept up his stoic demeanor, but his fatigue over came him and he gave Mercy a weary nod. Belle took her husband's hand and led him down the beach and sat down together.

 

{Lacuna & Xion}

Lacuna gave Astra an intrigued look as she launched herself up in the air to avoid his latest attack, though one of the projectiles did skim her leg. Her landing was not as graceful as she would have liked, as it ended with her on her rump.

"Keep saying cryptic stuff like that, and my curiosity won't let me kill you." She joked.

Some of her joviality disappeared as Zion's scream and flare of light indicated she was entering the fight. With less the a second to spare, The Void Witch created a Barrier to absorb Zion/Sione's onslaught of light and dark energy. The barrier survived the hits, but looked like it would shatter with another hit. Lacuna let it disperse and touched the ground underneath her. It wobbled insubstantially for a moment before a neat little hole under Lacuna opened up as she deleted that part of the roof from existence. She dropped through, avoiding Zion's strike with her combined Keyblade.

She landed on her feet in a corridor below where the fight was taking place. She rolled forward to avoid the debris Zion's strike caused.

"I was wondering when your temper would flare!" Lacuna called up as she turned around.

She bent at the knees and lunched herself upward. Using a Void Blade, she smashed through the roof behind Zion, ready to stab her with her Void Keyblade. The stab was interrupted by a Fira bolt from Xion that knocked the Void Witch off course. Lacuna gave a humorous yelp as she hit the ground on her side.

Xion, who had recovered from her shock to some degree, lashed out with a Blizzara spell. She still felt shaken. She had tried to resummon her Keyblade, but it hadn't answered her call. Had she lost it forever?

"I'm still not letting hurt my friends!" She told Lacuna defiantly.

The Void Witch flipped up and blocked the ice spells with her Void Keyblade.

"Nice fire, but do you really have fuel to keep it going?" She taunted before waving her hand and sending Viod Bolts at Astra, Xion, and Zion.

{Ainari}Aina came out of the portal just in time walking down the beach."It must be hard for them." She said. "Leaving their world and losing everything but themselves."Aina then looked at the portal."Yuri said she would remain for a few more minutes. Let us hope nothing goes wrong."{Astra}Astra was a little surprised by Zion/Sione's reaction at the time. It was expected, but still a little surprising. He noticed the Void Bolts and jumped into the air, where he was hit on his right shoulder, once he was on the roof again he dodge the rest of the Bolts."Stop being reckless. " Astra said to Zion/Sione. "Instead of getting her you could have hit any of us."The Silver haired boy then turned towards the Void Witch and reached out his hand. Astra focused on a time spell, a time spell that would slow time for the surrounding area and everything on it, except for him, Xion and Zion/Sione. Of course, that would be IF the Void Witch could be affected by it, but he had to try."It seems that I was right about it."Astra's thoughts were on Xion, it looked like she tried to summon her weapon, but it didn't answer her call. Xion's keyblade was gone, but was it gone forever?{Yuri}The white haired girl was thorn between going to help Astra and the others or wait for them."It seems that things are getting dangerous over there." She thought.She wanted to help, but at the same time she knew that she would be on the way by own things looked and sounded."Come on, guys...finish whatever you're doing and let's leave this forsaken place..."

Unfulfilling? What did he know? Enno lived life to the best of his ability. Doing any differently could be.... disastrous. He looked to Auron. "You don't know? The same thing that happened to the rest of the worlds of course. Darkness triumphed. Infected the rest of the worlds. We're nothing but remnants now." Enno said flatly. The coming darkness had affected them all, and would continue to do so until it was either stopped, or had taken over all that it could.

"Stick me with the hard jobs hmm? Oh, you go investigate the dark dank mechanical cellar of the castle, I'll stay here and hit some buttons." Kopiu complained cheerfully, as he walked away, down the corridor Xemnas had pointed him towards. The Replica strolled easily, holding Soul Consumer loosely by his side. He might've whistled, but whistling made this eerie echo, one that made the place creepier than it already was. Kopiu wasn't planning on helping the gloomy mood is he could help it.

Zion spun and intercepted the bolts aimed for herself and Xion, passing off the Keyblade of her brother. Madrigal of an Eternal Dawn now in her hands, She held aloft Forward Unto Dawn, pure energy being given off.

"You don't get to hurt Xion." She growled. "Much less anyone else." Golden fire enveloped her, her temper gone forth into a tempest. "I won't let you hurt her! She deserves no more pain!" She flew forward at such speed, after images were left. She began almost teleporting around Lacuna, unleashing blasts of light, darkness, and sometimes raw magic. "She deserves to smile!"

{Mercy}

"Everyone lost a lot." Mercy said absently. "At least they are now in a place that is safer then their old home."

"At least we can try to make a deference." She thought.

Before she had been showed a way away from Twilight Town, she had merely tried to survive. Now, maybe she could make things better.

"What was it like here?" Mercy asked Aina. "In the dark realm before the fall, I mean?"

 

{Lacuna & Xion}

With her void Keyblade in one hand and a Void Blade in the other, Lacuna grinned as she began a charge towards Zion, but something was wrong. She felt like molasses in winter. What the hell-?

Her eyes focused on Astra.

"You f-" she began in a slowed down voice, but was cut off by Zion's onslaught.

Even slowed down, she managed to intercept most of the lethal blows from Zion, but she was still taking a pounding. She began muttering something that was too low to hear, but also had a strange echo to it. The power of Nothingness crackled around her as she sought a way out of this that didn't involve curtains for her.

Xion, feeling stronger from Zion's defense, prepared a Gravity spell to further keep the Void Witch off balance, until she noticed the crackling around Lacuna. A memory of Sora's flashed through her mind, one of watching Lacuna fight. She knew what was coming next.

"Zion!" She called out as she charged forward.

She hit Zion, sending both girls sprawling and sliding across the roof. An instant later, the area around Lacuna detonated with void energy and excess magical energy from the Time spell Astra put up as it destabilized from the Witch meddling with it. The section of roof directly under Lacuna and a yard around her exploded into splinters.

Xion shielded Zion with her body to keep the splinters from hurting the Princess. She felt a few pin points of pain on her back, but nothing big.

"You okay?" She asked Zion anxiously as she got off the blonde.

The sound of laughter echoed over the roof top of Beast's Castle as Lacuna simple floated in midair, energy still crackling around her. Her skin was cracked in places like a porcelain doll and a mad gleam in her eyes.

"Now that's what I'm talking about!" She declared, her voice full of satisfaction. "A bit of pain to liven up the day."

She gave Xion and Zion an "aw, cute" look.

"Oh, look at you two." She said. "Faced with death, and you still care more about the survival of the other. Fun."

She shrugged.

"I guess just killing one of you would be the more painful. And a slow death the most delicious."

The Witch treated Xion with a particularly nasty smile.

"Having your girlfriend watch you grow distant and increasingly useless should work out."

"What are you talking about?" Xion demanded.

"You don't have a Keyblade anymore, love." Lacuna nearly shouted. "The only reason you were brought into being, and now it's gone. It won't be long before you're begging me to end your pitiful, facade of a existence."

She blew Zion and Xion a kiss, then the crackling energy around her collapsed in, and she was gone. She reappeared behind Astra, placing a hand on his shoulder.

"Look forward to seeing you again, tiger." She said playfully, giving him a kiss on the check before disappearing again.

 

{Auron}

Auron looked around at the land scape with his one good eye. It agreed with the masked man's story. It reminded him of some of the villages he had seen wiped out by Sin. But there was something missing.

"What about the boy, Sora?" He asked. "Is he still around?"

 

{Xemnas}

Xemnas looked over his shoulder to the leaving Kopiu with a sour look on his face. It was like working with Axel again.

The corridor was dark and gloomy, but clear of Heartless thus far. There were cables and piping along the side of the corridor, signs that someone had been modifying the place to better draw power from the generators. The corridor took a turn and opened into a massive room filled with crackling machines, with electricity arching from one to another. After a moment of watching, a person could see that the arching was in a pattern, but the pattern seemingly stopped at one station along the letter hand wall. It looked to have some rubble on it.

Tyler looked right at Vanitas with a stern glare on his face. "Enough bickering, we don't even have time to even talk about this..." Said Tyler, talking to Vanitas with a stern tone in his voice. Karen just looked on at what was happening with a stern look on her face. Tyler put his hand to the ground, and the ground emitted a Light, and bolts of Light appeared out of nowhere in multiple directions, hitting Ken over and over., as he let out an angry scream. "Curse you weaklings!" Shouted Ken, talking to Tyler, Karen, and Vnaitas with a Dark tone in his voice.

{Aina}"Quiet." Aina answered. "Quiet and calm...most of the time."The girl in black closed her eyes and listened to the waves."We had Heartless every once in a while, but nothing we couldn't manage. I am talking about the few worlds that where closer to the Realm of Light. If you went deeper that would mean even fewer worlds and more Heartless, but it was a nice place to live...just like in the Light."Aina sighed and opened her eyes which had a hint of sadness and amusement."People think the Darkness is an awful place to live, that you will get consumed by it." She said. "But if the Darkest Darkness and the Brightest Light are equal on each other's eyes, then...why is it that the Light dwellers hate the Darkness? We made our choice, the choice to not meddle with the affairs of the Light, to not hate and to forgive, at least most of us do, but you can find those who want a fight."{Astra and Yuri}As tired as he was, Astra was surprised by the Witch."What is she thinking?" He thought. "She doesn't make sense...as always."Astra then turned around to look at Xion and Zion. As he was about to ask about Xion's well being, Yuri appeared."Is everything okay? You look tired." She asked."Who knows." Astra answered. "We had some problems, but everything should be fine...for now at least."Yuri raised an eyebrow before she noticed the other two wielders."Right. In any case...we should get going. I don't like this place anymore."With a wave of her hand Yuri opened another portal."Let's wait for a moment, Yuri." Said Astra. "Xion and Zion need to rest for a moment before they are ready to move."

Enno shrugged, and began to walk away again. He really didn't particularly want to be involved with this guy. He still answered though. "I know nothing. I presume that he is dead, or incapacitated, for I have not heard any rumors of him since the fall. Well, he was getting involved with some group that was going to fight for the worlds, but that fell apart rather quickly." Enno answered.

Kopiu looked at the piece of rubble and the wall. This seemed pretty suspicious. Very, very traplike. But what was he going to do? This needed to be done, and he would do it. Kopiu blasted the rubble with darkness. The Replica drew out his Soul Consumer, and spun it between his fingers, and was absolutely ready for anything that came at him. Well, almost anything. Surely there were a couple of things that might take him aback.

{Vanitas}

"Been done!" Vanitas shouted his reply to Ken. "And I just came out stronger!"

With a swirl of darkness, Vanitas was gone, reappearing a moment later above Ken, bringing down Void Gear with his full weight on Ken.

 

{Mercy}

Mercy considered what Aina said.

"I guess most people get stuck in between the extremes." She replied, thinking out loud. "The zealots at either end of the spectrum scream loudest, and the normal people in the middle are too scared to question them."

Shaking her head, Mercy looked out over the dark ocean that surrounded Destiny Islands.

"Sorry this all got dumped in your place." She said quietly.

 

{Xion}

Xion gave Astra a thankful nod for the suggestion of a rest, then dropped beside Zion on her back. She felt strangely numb. Lacuna was right. She held on to right to exist because she had a Keyblade. She thought she could earn that right by continuing Sora's fight to protect the worlds. Now, she had nothing, but she didn't feel sad. Just...numb.

"I should be ready after a quick breather." She said, her voice eerily calm. "Which is about as long as we should stay here."

 

{Auron}

Auron nodded. It sounded like the boy to try to save the worlds. Perhaps he was still trying?

"You've been very helpful." Auron said, his tone making it hard to tell whether he was being serious or sarcastic.

The Guardian turned to walk away himself when he saw a little blue man in a tattered toga and a winged helmet hurrying at high speeds towards him.

"Help!" The little man screamed. "It's after me!"

Auron tightened his grip on his katana as his good eye scanned behind the blue man for what he was talking about. Before he was done with that, what looked like a man wrapped in a bellowing cloak of darkness appeared right in front of Hermes and seemed to swallow him up. Auron's eye narrowed as he took quick stock of this new enemy. He took a couple steps and brought down his sword. The blade stopped partially in the wraith cloak and just stayed there like it had hit something, but he wasn't sure what. The wraith man turned his head to give the Guardian a baleful stare.

 

{Xemnas}

For several long seconds, dust hung in the air from the rubble Kopiu had blasted. Then there was the metallic whine that echoed through the rooms. All the arching electricity stopped suddenly, leaving the area in darkness. After a count of 3, it all snapped back on, with the previously blocked station.

"Reset complete." Xemnas's voice said over an intercom. "If you are down looking at the pretty lights, I'm almost done up here."

Suddenly, a portal opened up at Destiny Island. Sarah and Xterly quickly got into battle stances, as they saw an old Animatronic bear, Freddy Fazbear himself, walk out of the portal. He looked at them with a stern look on his damaged face, then got into a happy mood as he grinned. "Oh, hello. It seems you fellows to seem to be Heroes of sort." Said Freddy Fazbear, talking to Xterly and the others with a cheerful tone in his voice, with some static coming from his slightly damaged voice box. Tyler and Karen raised their hands, and fired bolts of Light and Twilight at Ken as he went flying. Ken got up, feeling irritated by the fact that the battle is being dragged out. He raised his Keyblade, and slammed it to the ground, causing spikes of Darkness to start rising up at Vanitas, Tyler, and Karen.

Zion looked at Xion...then lightly flopped onto her side, resting her head on Xion's stomach.

"...you're comfy." She teased, tired.

{Aina}Aina shook her head and offered Mercy a calm, gentle smile."It's not a problem. Maybe...maybe this will be the first step for the people of the Light and the Darkness to finally understand that they need to work together to bring peace to the great world."The young wielder then looked at the ocean and closed  her eyes."It doesn't matter if it's the Light or the Darkness...the waves sound the same."{Astra and Yuri}Yuri looked between Xion and Zion."Sure." She said. "Take all the time you need."Astra on the other hand was watching Xion. Her personality change didn't went unnoticed by the silver haired boy."You should stop thinking that, Xion." He said calmly. "Maybe you were born from the memories of Sora with some help of Roxas, but you're not him and you'll never be. Perhaps this will be the chance for you to truly find yourself, be your own person and not someone else. Find a reason worth fighting for."

"You are underestimating how pretty these lights are sir." Kopiu responded, smiling while he looked at his handiwork. It seemed that he had had no need for caution. Evidently, no threat had been hiding behind the rubble. He subconsciously spun his weapon. The Replica turned and headed back to where he had left Xemnas with the computer. He hoped that the power would be the only obstacle to their success.

Enno looked behind him. There was a formidable wraith. Enno pondered what he should do. Auron was already engaging the beast. But would he be enough to be sure that nobody got hurt? But if Enno decided to fight as well... Would he fall? Enno faced away from the battle. Then he vanished.

 

Soon enough, he appeared behind the creature, blade drawn. He sliced cleanly, following up with a few shots from his scabbard. He should be sure that such darkness was eliminated. Otherwise, who knew what darkness would come. He just had to be careful. One too many hits might cause him to fall.

(Xion, Zion, Astra, and Yuri are at Beast's Castle. Xemnas and Kopiu are at Radiant Garden. Mercy, Aina, Belle, Adam, Anna, and most of your characters are on Distiny Island. Auron and Enno are at Olympic Ruins. And You know where Ven is.)

(Yeah, Ven's with Tyler and Karen, might as well drop Freddy off at Destiny Island. I just fixed my post.)

{Mercy}

"Same coin, different sides." Mercy murmured to herself.

She chuckled a little without any trace of humor in it.

"If only we didn't need the extreme situations to realize we're the same." She said dryly.

Mercy turned to head the pier up the beach to sit down when she felt something. She turned to see a decaying bear suit step out of a portal. Curious, but unsure, she moved closer to hear what was being said. She kept herself lose and mobile increase this turned bad.

Anna, who was learning some basic light abilities from Master Thomas, turned to the new comer and assumed a ridiculous looking martial arts stance.

"Friend or foe?" She called out, her ferocious tone and facial expression was undermined by her trying to balance on one foot in her tattered dress and not doing well.

 

{Vanitas}

"I had him!" Vanitas shouted at Tyler and Karen. "Until you knocked him out of the way!"

The Dark Soldier spun and used his Keyblade Void Gear to block and shatter the dark spikes Ken sent at him.

"You're starting to be annoying." He growled at Ken as he fired a volley of Dark Fira back at his enemy.

 

{Xion}

Xion opened her mouth to say something, then just started laughing. It was a quiet laugh, but it looked heartfelt.

"Thanks, Zion." She said. "It's good to know I can at least get a job as a pillow."

A small smile remained on her face as Astra gave his advice.

"Now you're sounding like Sora." Xion commented, more to herself then to Astra.

She looked away from Astra, looking out on the tops of the black mountains around Beast's Castle. Her smile faded, but it was replaced by a thoughtful look rather then sorrowful one.

"Is it really that easy?" She asked. "Just give up on the old and find something new?"

Remembering a snippet of what Astra said to Lacuna, Xion looked at the White Haired young man.

"Is that what you did?" She asked.

 

{Xemnas}

Kopiu found Xemnas typing furiously when he reached the computer room. The Superior said nothing, or even looked up from his work when the replica entered. It didn't help that he was having a reflective moment of the plan up to now. It should have been faster. It should have been all finished before all this.

He felt a tingle of power from his pocket, where he had stored Ven's Wayfinder.

"Not now." Xemnas muttered.

To get his mind off his private musing, the Superior focused on what the next step was.

"With this system back up, we can insert our agent at any time for the Light to pick her up." He finally said to Kopiu. "Which means we can focus on recruitment and combating our competition."

Finishing his typing, Xemnas powered down the system, keeping it under wraps till he needed it.

"Xigbar has also been recruiting, which means we will have to deal with what ever idiots he felt like including."

 

{Auron}

As Enno reappeared and attacked, Auron jumped back to prepare for his next attack. The Wraith seemed to blink in and out of visibility as Enno sliced through him, but a black, metallic orb remained and seemed to be the only solid part of the Wraith. He turned and growled at Enno. It raised what looked to be a clawed hand, and started it down to Enno between his strikes. In that instant, Auron slammed into the Wraith bodily, making contact and knocking the Wraith to the ground.

"So, you can be touched." The Guardian noted, reading his katana for another attack.

The Wraith man struggled up to his elbows, looking from Auron to Enno. He then bellowed up like a jet of smoke, then simply stood before the two warriors.

"Shall you too be culled?" The Wraith asked in a whisper.

{Aina}"I suppose you're-"Whatever else Aina was going to say was going to remain a mystery because at that moment a portal opened and a strange bear suit came out of it."What is...that?" She said in confusion.With slow steps and her mind ready to get her weapon Aina moved towards the odd bear to listen to it's words. On the other hand Aina was taking looks at Anna and her attempts to look dangerous."She really needs to work on that." Aina thought.{Astra and Yuri}"You already did once." Astra answered. "You stopped being a puppet and became your own person."Astra did the same as Xion, looking at the black mountains around the castle."You had help, true...and you still have it. You have Zion just like you had Roxas back then, you have everyone else to help you."Yuri looked to the ground and then she nodded."Maybe it hasn't been that long since we met, but that doesn't mean we are going to abandon you just because you lost a silly over-sized key."The boy in black thought about his own actions in the past. Mainly the ones before it was revealed what he had."You could say that's what I did, Xion." He said in a calm tone. "I was just a remnant trapped between past, present and future. I chose to break free on the chains that bound me to the past and be my own person."

Sigma G-32-A sat under a tree, meditating. He was half man half machine. After a tragic incident in the second keyblade war he had lost half his body. He was saved when he volunteered to test a bionic technology. He had a heat resistant eye patch to keep his laser eye from melting off someone's face off. Heartless surrounded him and he summoned his Leviathan Keyblade. He defeated them all going back to rest at his tree. He wanted to help Sora and the others in defeating the darkness and bring the worlds back to the Realm of Light. But he knew of no one that could recruit him.
