The rumors are true, it seems. We're getting another Storm game, the sequel to UNS3: Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution.

 

There's a couple of things I want to note here: 1) No recycled character art at all in this scan. 2) Logo for the game is of Team Kakashi, so obviously the story is going forward to the Ten Tails Revival Arc. 3) Naruto and Sasuke are doing their Rasengan-Chidori combo from that same arc, so either this is a confirmation of the story mode OR maybe its a confirmation of new Team Jutsu mechanics or possibly Justu Clashes. 4) It seems that the art in the game will be drawn by Kishimoto himself AND that he is creating brand new characters exclusively for the game. Who are they? I don't know. Your guess is just as good as mine.

 

Anyways, that's all I have to say on the matter since is literally the first and only scan/piece of information so far. All I hope is that this game detracts from the flaws that UNS3. (And maybe not do the same stuff that got people bitching.)

I was kinda hoping she'd get the markings... That would be a really cool detail, honestly.

The game looks cool but in my opinion its always the same thing over and over again but more characters and a bit more story. They dont even update the graphics but w.e if people like its not my place to hate.

Well... It's a fighting game. They typically don't have much of a change between entries. Also, if you compare this one to past entries, there are still gameplay changes (Playstyles are now added, to make things more strategic). The graphics are perfectly fine the way they are, and really don't need to be updated. They're also adding four player battles, and an entirely original story based around those. Aside from some balancing issues, they really don't need to change up the gameplay too much.

The graphics are fine as they are, there's no need to mess with them. Besides, it doesn't matter anyway. What matters is the gameplay and the content, and for this game especially, CC2 has done a great job so far.

I hope for PS4 they release a compilation of of the Ultimate Ninja Storm games with improved graphics. The graphics are a mix of crap and awesome. All of the lines mix together.

I believe that it's just 4 person battles with no teams. Also, it hasn't been confirmed for online yet.

Here's a new (translated) scan of Gaara and Shukaku as his TA! I know this looks weird, but I believe this is just an updated version of his Kazekage Rescue Arc form, while his Five Kage and War Arc forms will still be in the game and for the most part unchanged. Then again, maybe it is an updated version of his War Arc from just with a "spirit" of Shukaku, like in the Return of Madara arc. Also, the scan dictates that you can equip characters with unlimited accessories and that you can burt into other people's games with a "unique transfer bushin". Not sure what this means, but if I had to guess, it's something like playing against ghosts of other people's characters in either online or Free Battle or something of the sort.

A few days old, but here we have new screenshots featuring Gaara, Shukaku, the Sand Siblings, Team Asuma, and the new features of the game in the Item Customization and the "Network Clones" which I guess are random enemies that appear during online play, maybe while you're waiting to do a match, or even after you complete a match. It seems that beating these Clones awards the player special items or bonuses.
