Hi, it's me. Josh. You may know me as just another nameless RP'er, but I have a magnificent story to weave!

 

You see, you know those gods? Not God god, I'm talking about the GOD's! The Romans, Norse, Egyptians, all of them! This guy I know is one of them! Of course, I don't fully believe him, but I'd like to tell his story, because trust me, it's a good one!

 

You see, those gods existed! All of them, and the intermingled in harmony. Until one day, they don't know... Well, they might have known, but they didn't tell me, because they don't know now (I'll explain) there came the darkness. It was a powerful force, turning men against women, god against god. A few strong gods resisted its power, and sealed it away. They wanted to stop it, kill it once and for all. They couldn't, not with their power.

 

Then they figured it out! Reincarnation! That ought to do it! You see, the leftover gods thought that, in reincarnation, Their energy would increase due to the new vessels being able to contain more power. Maybe even teach them new tricks! Some did it later than others.

 

But something went wrong. They got their memories wiped. Some had backup plans. Others did not. My friend did; but we will talk about it later

 

Let the story begin!

 

It was another boring school day for Haymich Theosin. He had just returned from school, which he hated, save for History. He had a weird fascination with the gods unit. He felt as if he was one of them, as wierd as it seemed. It seems to be the opposite of how he normally behaved. He was always a person who couldn't stay in one place. He loved to travel, the change of pace, the feeling in his hair, the-

20$ that he just stole from the lunchroom bully.

Dammit.

I mean, sure, the bully had it coming...but theft was wrong... Right?

He felt a rush of energy wave over him. It was sooo good...NO. He shook his head, and continued to walk. He had a bad feeling about today. Not bad...strange

(I guess we can have two time frames until people catch up then, Josh?) 

(What?)

(I think that would be fine.  I wouldn't want to hold anyone up and unless something really eventful happens, it shouldn't be much trouble.  Josh has the final say though.)

Yina's mind was empty for a moment. What just happened. She tried to understand this all but she couldn't. It was just too weird.

But then a person came up in her mind. Haymich! Yina ran to him to check if he was okay. Then he turned to the new girl. "Who are you?" Yina asked. Could she thrust this girl?

(Okay)

The fire immediately dissipates, and the door opened causing Haymich to stumble out onto the floor.

(The RP moved forward to the next day, but there are still some people stuck at last night's events still, so I was saying, could there be two time frames so that the people from last night can catch up to today's events? Because there seems like some key things are missing from the story since some of the people in the RP haven't replied to other's questions/dialogues from yesterday's events, like them still being in the hotel and graveyard at night?)

 

 

Venus heard the girl and responded to her question, "I'm Venus Luvina." Venny noticed the girl named Yina was checking to make sure Haymich was alright and at how close they were. 'AWWW SO CUTE!!!' Venus thought to herself, did these two have feelings for one another? Hehe~

 

She noticed the two were fine and saw Haymich fall unto the floor.

He got up "You would do something like that for me?" He said to Yina. "I think I'm in love..." He looked at the arrow, and out popped a letter.

"Nice to meet you Venuz. I'm Yina. And this is my friend Haymich" She smiled to the girl. She was so beautiful!. She must have lots of friends! Yina was kind of jealous. But she had Haymich and Vincent and she was happy with the two boys. "Do you know what just happened?" Yina asked Venus.

Then she heard Haymich "What did you just say?" She asked with big eyes.

Venus smiled brightly at Yina, "Nice to meet you too Yina and Haymich!" She noticed the girl staring intently at her and blushed and looked away...she got that a lot from people...

 

Venus thought hard about what just occurred in the counselor's office...She heard them say Apollo...and something seemed really old about the name but it was familiar to her too, like she knew the god personally before??? Yeahhhhh....no. She brushed off the familiar feeling, but something still felt strange...

 

Venus snapped out of her thoughts and replied to the girl, "I have no idea what just happened, but I get this feeling that all of this is familiar...What were they talking about? Like Apollo and all that?" Venus turned to Haymich, hoping for some clarification....she had a feeling he knew a bit more about all this....

"What?" Haymich said, smiling at Yina. He took the paper. There was Greek witting on it. He began to read it "We need to talk. There are something's I haven't been clear about. They also need to know. And you forgot to take th-" he stopped. "Guys..." He said sheepishly. "My parents want us..."

Venus was worried about Melody....where on earth did that girl go? She may be at the treehouse later, so she'll probably go check on the girl later, but something interesting was happening here....Haymich seemed to know what was going on and now he is saying his parents are summoning him? What kind of parents make a grand entrance like that, just shooting arrows through the windows with a letter attached...? Who on earth were his parents, anyway? 

 

Venny didn't want to involve herself in anymore trouble, but she couldn't just leave the two by themselves, especially with all this trouble...and something was beckoning her to go with them...

 

"Woah, who are your parents and what do they want?" Venus looked at the boy.

"I thought they were normal..." He said "But I guess they aren't" he looked at them "They wanna-"

"Mr. Theosin?" A teacher knocked on the door. Harry tossed the note and arrow to Yina "Yes? He creaked open the door

"You and Your friends have been called out early. Once you are done with the teacher, go home. Immediately"

The teacher sounded almost robotic in nature. He walked away.

Haymich continued his conversation."They wanna talk. I guess they know what's going on?"

Venny looked at Yina and Haymich after the teacher exited the room....Well, that was weird. 

 

"Wonder why they want us to go home early....I really wanted to go get some more romance novels....Ugh." Venus sighed.

 

Venny turned to Haymich, "Okay, I've been wondering what has been going on and why all this uh....weird stuff has been happening lately." Venny stood by Yina. "And something is bringing us all together....for some reason, so I'll join you guys....but I don't do well meeting a guy's parents~" Venny winked.

 

(Probably about to go to my fiance's parent's house so idk if I'll be on in a few)

He blushed at Venny. There was that weird, warm feeling. With that wink, he felt all of his worries melt away. "Well, let's go. We've got nothing to lose, right?"

Melody had followed up until they entered the throng of students entering school. She had hidden away but sent a cat - who readily agreed - into theschool. It followed Venny quietly, and Melody remained out in a tree, her friendly falcon perched lightly on her shoulder. She missed Venny already. The first person to actually take time to talk to her and actually care.

Melody wanted to be near someone again. It felt...wonderful.

 

Melody watched through the windows, waiting. She just wanted to see Venny again. Even just a glimpse.

The only person she could say she touched. That was something...right?

 

(Guys...if you go more then half a page and onenor two people haven't jumped in, hold off on posting. I've been at work since 9 AM and just got home at 6. I barely sat down wth dinner and I'm so far behind its ridiculous...)

(Yeah... I was at the Grand Canyon and Flagstaff for but one day, and am now three pages and a major event behind.)

 

Shi looked at Alice. "I'm a, uh, runaway." The words were out before Shi could regret them. Why was he being so sharing tonight? There was something about this girl that felt familiar, that was drawing his answers out. Shi decided to test something. He summoned a ghost to stand next to him. He had already learned that normal people couldn't see the ghosts he summoned unless they were vengeance spirits. This was just a normal ghost, friendly and casual.

"What do you wish of me master?" The ghost said to Shi. Shi pouted. The boy still didn't know why the ghosts addressed him as master.

"Just stand there. I'm testing something." Shi replied. He looked back to Noir.

~~~~~~~~~~Ember was outside a door, near Haymich, Venus, and Yina. Something weird was going on. Ember wasn't sure why, but she felt that she needed to be near these guys, like they would lead her to some answers. Ember summoned an ornamental dagger and looked at it. Why could she do this? She wasn't special. If anything, she was the least special here. But now she was the most special. Ember needed to find out why. She continued to eavesdrop at the door. 

Haymich walked outside, and saw Ember. "Oh, hey." He said "you look kind of lost. Anything wrong?"

Venny followed Haymich and Yina outside to the hallways and she noticed a cat silently walking behind her. She remembered that cats would always follow Melody and maybe she is close by? She decided to follow Haymich and maybe she will run into Melody along the way. As they walked outside, Haymich greeted a girl named Ember and she seemed lost but Venus could feel that this girl was just like them, lost and had questions wanting to be answered.

Haymich looked at Venus. "Are you okay? Do you need something?" For some reason, he just wanted to please her. It felt...good.

Melody climbed down from the tree.

She was lonely.

Carefully pushing through the door, her falcon flew through the halls silently, until it found the cat.

Nonchalantly landing beside the feline, the two stared at the humans as Melody rounded the corner. She was hugging herself, extremely concious of her ripped, torn, and faded clothing. Her sneakers were held together with duct tape...and she was considering ditching them.

She saw the group and stopped, taking a step back. Too many people.

Not ready.

She shook slightly, ready to run.

(Yesterday)

Noir stood there, pretending to not see the ghost.  She did not know this person and certainly did not know how they would take it if she could see such a thing.  "Are you talking to someone?" she asked passively.

Venus was snapped out of her thoughts when Haymich addressed her and she blushed. "I-I'm fine, I just want to help you guys." Venny fidgeted and saw Melody hesitantly standing there! "Hey Melody! Its good to see you again, I was worried about you! You okay?" Venny was shy around Haymich, especially boys in general....love comes easy to her but she's afraid of being hurt and losing the ones she loves...and besides Yina and Haymich looked good together....maybe one day someone will fall in love with her besides her looks.

(I'm ready to find out what the parents have to say )

Melody stepped forward, heading for Venny. She stood in front of her.

"Hi." she said softly. She looked around shyly...then moved closer, hanging onto Venny's arm. "It's clean..." she observed. Melody looked at the animals, who both disappeared into the school.

Melody looked extremely uncomfortable...like she didnt belong there.

"And who might you be?" Haymich said. Man, he though, new and stranger people and things are coming every minute... I must be blessed or cursed...

"This is Melody, I found her in a tree house the other night and I sense....something special about her too." Venny looked down at the small girl clinging to her arm and smiled. "I think she can help us too!" Venny felt confident about what she was saying.
