What do you think about Sora and/or Riku in Super Smash Bros.?

Posted

For all of you KH fans following KH3 and also Super Smash Bros., what do you think? Should there be playable Kingdom Hearts characters? Let me know in the comments!

SSB is Nintendo exclusive characters. Sora and Riku have as much a chance of being in PS All-Stars, that is to say none. The fact is, since KH in not an exclusive, there's very little chance of them being in either of these titles.

I'm not saying it's a bad idea, just that it's not likely.

Third Party Guest Characters

Though if they were in, it'd have to be  from a Nintendo exclusive title, so KH1 Sora or DDD would be somewhat possible there, while KH2 Sora actually has a huge chance with All-Stars if Superbot can convince Square into allowing him in. So in all reasons for it being highly unlikely, it's up to Square and they'd more than likely refuse it.

I had trouble reading that, but I wouldn't want them in super smash bros. It wouldn't feel right

I think KH characters would be more suited to Playstation All-stars considering they've mainly been on PS consoles.

Since Sora and Riku have been in more PlayStation games than Nintendo games, I find it very unlikely.

But if for some strange reason they did make it in, that'd be pretty cool and I'd probably main them provided they have good movesets.

I think that's a bad idea.

I don't think they will just because they haven't had any HUGE hits or been on many Nintendo systems for year like Snake, Sonic, and Megaman. I 'd love to see them on it but don't think it'll  happen. They have a better chance at being on PS Allstars

Pff bad idea... I wonder what would make characters like Naruto fall into what category. lul

Highly unlikely, but if one or both were implemented, I'd try to main at least one of them. I can already see the type of move sets they can use, heck there's hacks on them being used in Brawl. And not just costume swaps, they even have some movesets adjusted. (Too lazy to find them)

As much as I'd LIKE them to be in it, I don't think it's too likely. Doesn't mean it's impossible, it could work, it's just that it really depends on what Nintendo wants, what the fans want, and whether Square/Disney would be willing to have one of or both heroes in the game. To be honest, I have less hopes for them being in Playstation Allstars, but I never really played the game, so I wouldn't know that much about who gets in there. Personally, I would LOVE to see them in another installment of Dissidia, which all heavily depends on whether there will be another one or not, and if Disney would learn that none of THEIR characters will be beating the snot out of each other. Still, as awesome of an idea as having Sora and Riku in Super Smash Bros is, whether it will happen or not is hard to say. Here's hoping!

While yes, SSB has had third party characters like Solid Snake, I kinda doubt that Kingdom Hearts characters would ever be in it.

Please put my little baby in the game please please please...
