Quick to fall in love.

Fast friends and quicker ends,

Just didn't know it under the setting sun.

 

Whispered secrets and confident laughs,

What good were they to you?

Everyone has a new hearts play,

But not all of them fall through.

 

Go ahead, walk away

Turn away from yesterdays.

Don't bother looking in her eyes,

They'll never be as kind.

No harm in just being friends,

Until the dizziness sets in from the setting sun.

I asked you to choose,

I was so sure, ready to move on,

Didn't think I would be the one to lose.

 

I sit alone after you walked away,

turned away from our yesterdays.

Go ahead and look in her eyes,

cause they'll never be as kind,

Never be mine.

 

"What's done is done"

And she apologizes

For the girl with kind eyes.

Because no amount of politeness,

keeps love innocent enough.

"I'm sorry, I'm so sorry"

But whats done is done.

 

 

Yup this doesn't flow right no matter how different I write it.

But I did say bad poetry so yeah bad.
