Keimei looked around at the crowd in the center plaza of the Starting Town. "Why was I just taken here...?" She asked aloud. She'd only been playing for a couple hours, and had decided to get into the combat system before finding anyone to team up with. She looked around the crowd, noticing a lot of other people were also teleporting there. Suddenly, the sky above her turned blood red. A cloaked figure appeared over the square, and hovered there.

"Hello everyone, and welcome to SAO." A voice boomed over the crowd. "You're likely wondering who I am... My true identity will remain secret. However, I will tell you this; I have hacked into SAO. Some of you may have noticed that there isn't a log-out button... That's because I've removed the option to log out. I've trapped you all in the game..." He paused, as the crowd was dead silent. He eventually continued. "Why have I done this? Simple. I've wanted a world of my liking. In this world, I've surpassed even the game's creator, Kayaba Akihiko. Here, I control you all... Unless, of course, you can clear all 100 floors. However, that's impossible..." He cackled. "Also, to warn you... If you die in the world of SAO, the NerveGear will fry your brain in the real world, killing you in both. If anyone attempts to remove your NerveGear, you will also die. Now then, before I leave, I have a gift for you..." Suddenly, a mirror appeared in Keimei's inventory. She used it, out of curiosity. There was a sudden flash of light, and she shut her eyes...

When she opened her eyes, she felt different. She looked into the mirror... That's... my real face in the mirror... She looked in horror. Aside from her hair color, which was the same shade of red that she'd made it in-game, she looked exactly like she did in real life.

"Now then... With this, I must leave. Good luck in Aincrad... You'll need it." A maniacal laughter echoed along the buildings, as the figure disappeared.

After the echoes, there was silence. After what felt like ages, people began rioting. "We're doomed!" "I can't be trapped in the game, I've got a meeting in an hour!" "That had to all be some sick joke!" Keimei looked around in confusion. She didn't know what to do. She looked around frantically.

I have to get out... The only way to do that is to fight, and I'll need partners... Man, I really wish my friends had been able to get the game so I wouldn't be alone in this. She dashed through town, weaving her way through the crowd and into the streets. She tried to look around for someone, anyone who was also rushing to go fight.

"Right!" Vash quickly took out his sword and ran over to Kei. "Come on, we have to hurry, Elyna's probably coming after us. Get out your sword." Vash continued heading into the mountains.

"Hey Black, maybe you should join with me and Lock in a party so we can switch out should Elyna come and attack us. What do you think?"

"Well ... I suposse since I´d never added you in first place...." Black said as he appeared his menu, sending the request to form part of the party with Vash.

"Get back a bit, Vash, Kei will need a little movement room in case we do have to fight." Abisk notified him. "So will you."

"I'll give her space if we DO get attacked. But not before." Vash said sternly.

"Kei, if you can't tell, has a faster reaction time than you, she'll be able to strike before you pull your blade from its sheath, but she can't do that when your trying to get her to give you a piggyback ride." He told Vash, none of his regular, calm, intelligent, tone remained, he tried sounding confident, but its obvious he was scared. "If Elyna is who I think she is, none of us might be able to beat her in a fight anyway, but we need the room in case we have to. Getting too closely-packed means we can get killed faster."

Vash pondered his words. "Ok fine, i see your point." Vash stepped away from Kei so that she had an arms distance away from him. "There we go. We should hurry up then."

(Ok, i think im gonna give a little break with the constant hounding over Kei, it's starting to annoy me and i think that for now, we should keep things serious.)

"That's what I'm trying to do," Abisk replied, turning his head at his teammates. "Come on, everyone, hurry!" He yelled, they had been going through the mountain's for a while now, but still, Elyna is after them most likely...

(I know, sorry. xD But the point is im stopping now so there. Also, should we just wait for Unversed to reply now? :)

Elyna was no where to be seen after walking into the dark fogy forest & apparently Elyna didn't even give chase to Abisk & the others. It would seem that Elyna might of decided to let them go for now or maybe she couldn't track them as it was dark & fogy, either way Elyna was missing. It looks like Keimei & her group of friends were in the clear & soon after the sun was starting to come up making it easier to see through the forest now, morning had come.

(Haha xD, shortest post I've ever done here)

As the group trekked through the mountains, Lock began to see sunlight coming from above the peaks. "Hey guys, I see daylight!" he shouted, "Hey Abisk, how far away is this town? My legs are starting to get sore."

"Shouldn't be much farther, maybe another ten or twelve minutes down and we'll be there!" He announced, hoping to get everyone's spirit riled up a little.

"Keep your guard up. Once we're in town and at the inn, we need to rest up and get things done. There are a few quests there we can take up, and we can improve our gear as well." He told Black, as well as the rest. They were nearly there, the town was within sight now.

Wolf yawned, her hands behind her head. Wolf had gone the past days without really resting, so she was used to this type of travel. She looked around cautiously, and glanced at Aether to make sure she was okay, then looked back ahead.

"Hmm.." Wolf hummed to herself.

Vash walked near Wolf and put his hands behind his head. "So Wolf, where you from anyway? What's your story in real life?"

Wolf glanced at Vash then back ahead. She was happy not thinking about her personal life, that she could be away from her argueing parents and tell everyone about it, but someone asking her about it made her a bit uncomfortable all of the sudden."That's personal. I don't like talking about my personal life." Wolf said, a bit more harsh than she intended.

Vash held his hands back in innocence. "Ok then, that's fair, you can have your personal space." Vash looked out to the mountains. "In real life, i was always the popular kid around school, everyone liked me. But still, i was always bored. I always yearned for an adventure. So i started digging into video games, mainly RPG's. It made me feel......Nice and useful. Plus it was really fun. So, i ended up here. I never thought i would get trapped here, and start a real adventure of life and death. In a way......I guess i got what i wanted. But......My family, my parents and sister. I miss them. And now, if i can't become strong enough, i'll die.....And i'll never see them again." He looked down to the ground, in a little sadness. "But, that's just me. I'm going to find a way out of here, and i'm going to take you guys with me. We'll all get out of here alive. I know it." Vash made a fist over his heart and looked out to the sky. The sun was starting to rise. "We gotta hurry, sun's coming up, and when the fog clears, Elyna will have an easier time finding us."

Wolf smiled slightly at Vash's enthusiasm, and she too looked at the sky. She frowned and looked at everyone."I think it's best if we start running from here." Wolf said. "If Elyna is as fast as we think she is, we have to start moving faster now."

"Hacks... yeah met some of those jerks back in COD..." Ryonne said, thinking out loud. If someone managed to hack into the system here, would they be able to get out? Or would the game sense a hack, and just kill that player. Ryonne certainly wasn't going to try it himself. As they wandered through the labyrinth, Ryonne felt like somebody had been here before. There were so few monsters here. Just as Ryonne was thinking that, something swung at him. Ryonne dodged the blow just in time, but came up to realize he was eye to eye with a hobgoblin. Several in fact. He sliced his blade through it, winded up, and slashed again, killing the one that had ambushed them. "A quick switch please." Ryonne said calmly, stepping back to let Sikiro get some blood on his sword.

Sikiro nodded and lunged in, thrusting his blade into the next monster, pulling out and slicing it twice. That one quickly fell, only leaving four or five of the Hobgoblins left. One of them immediately charged forward, barely giving Sikiro time to parry the attack with his own sword. The two held their blades for a moment, trying to overpower the other. Sikiro eventually forced the monster off and slashed its torso several times.

"Alright, switch again!"

Kei followed the rest of the group through the mountains. She was tired, so she was silent for most of the trek. She was also worried about what would happen if Elyna ended up catching up to them...

Wolf smiled slightly at Vash's enthusiasm, and she too looked at the sky. She frowned and looked at everyone."I think it's best if we start running from here." Wolf said. "If Elyna is as fast as we think she is, we have to start moving faster now."

"Yeah, we probably should." Kei nodded in agreement. Even though I'm too exhausted to want to run, anyway... She thought to herself, beginning to pick up speed.

Aether kept up a decent pace, not wanting to leave her....frie...no...her par....no...

Her Companions. Yeah. Companions.

Then she looked at Wolf.

Aether moved a bit faster. "Abisk. You never really answered my main question...where the hell did she get her dragon on day two?"

"I told you, I don't know... Maybe a DLC Beast, but I don't know..." he replied, picking his pace up to the rest as well.

Wolf kept her speed a bit faster than everyone elses, seeing that they were very close to the town now.

'Almost there... Then we can rest...' Wolf thought, glancing around cautiously.

"Its overpowered DLC if so. My DLC doesn't kick in for a few more floors due to overpowered." Aether replied. "We'll have to take Ray down first, if it all hits the fan."

"So what is your DLC anyway?" Vash asked.
