Bronshu turned to Kelly and shout:  "What are you saying? How can you being  You can't just give up that fast.  Keep on trying with all you've got."  He stood aside when Walter sprung up and was pulling harder on the doors.  Bronshu said:  "Joshua?", looks around and see's that he wasn't here.  Then he says to Walter:  "Joshua's gone.  What happened to him?  Whatever it was, rushing out in a panic won't help him."  When Bronshu went to grab one of Walters shoulders', he felt a wall instead?  Saying:  "What?", he feels it all around and knocks on it.  Turning back to Kelly, Bronshu thought:  She can do this? and then says:  "What do you think your doing Kelly?  Locking up Walter like this, it doesn't seem like a good idea.

{Dom}

Dom grunted her understanding, though it was clear by her face she wasn't too sure she agreed with Ryonna.

"I'm hoping to find signs of traps or surveillance equipment." She said quietly some of the jitteriness she felt before fading.

It was good to be doing something. Good for the nerves.

"What we can find, we can study. We've got to know as much about the enemy as possible, if we are going to beat 'em."

As she spoke, Dom made a beeline away from the came to about 50 yards out, then started a circuit around, eyeing everything like it was an enemy in disguise, her ocular eyepatch compensating for light levels, even if looking into hollows.

Kelly looked at him. "Well this guy needs to calm down and snap back to reality. The best way to do that is by making him work it out alone. But fine." Kelly said as she undid the spell. She then casted a spell and made a book appear in her hands. The book happened to be the classic story of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. She started reading and forgetting the world around her.

"Thanks.  And if he still goes on like that, I'll talk with him."  Bronshu replies, then thinks:  The best I can anyway, or someone else would speak with him.

(Joshua is presumably now gone from the group and even the Watcher teleporting them to the lobby)Morgan gave a second-long smirk just before being teleported away, unknown to be of a prideful victory, or of the regained memory. Despite the battle, she was naturally of the first in her group to awaken after a short rest until morning. Strangely, she no longer felt dazed by Robert and Bronshu. Actually...the only real pain was just Robert and his dense bamboo. Did Bronshu ever even strike Morgan successfully? She chuckled a bit, silently.Noah saw Neena's struggle for rest, but had a slight delight in her ease after their conversation, as if he actually affected someone, albeit slightly. He was relieved later, once the morning came, to hear another voice. Robert was the first to awaken, but it was sudden, he practically yelped for a moment and jolted in bed. "Been up since the Game began." Noah told him in response, giving a soft but restless smile.

Mes yawned loudly, awakening from her slumber. She sat up, and stretched dramatically. Now grinning, she stood. Mes walked over to where they had left some of the food from the night before, and grabbed a bagel. She found a knife, cut it open, put a slice of cheese in the middle, then toasted it with her own flames. She took a large bite, then glanced over to Morgan. "Hath uh gooth nifgh?" She said, her mouth full. Realizing her mistake, she swallowed hurriedly, then spoke again. "Have a good night Morgan?" Mes asked casually, before taking another bite.

~~~~
Neena stood near the food, and enjoyed an apple. She nodded to Noah and Robert. "Morning both of you." She glanced around at Ren, Switch, and Rija, the last of which was just beginning to stir. Rija sat up in her bedroll, and rubbed some of the sleep out of her eyes. She smiled at everybody, but she didn't seem quite as peppy this morning. Her dreams had been filled with her one and only memory. She recognized herself, only a few years younger, going through a brutal training program. She could remember each and every sore, exhausted breath, and each smile she traded with the other soldiers. She remembered being assigned to the best of the best. She remembered all of the missions she had completed with her squad. Each and every shot fired, each kill, each death. It hadn't been easy, but it was the path she had chosen, and now it was her duty. But some memories hit a bit harder. The deaths of her comrades. A bullet, a stab wound, an explosion. So many ways to die when you were a soldier. Then she remembered the injury that she had taken. A stab to the abdomen, a horrible wound that would theoretically put her out of commission. She remembered being on the evac chopper, but then that was it. Her memory would go no further.
~~~~

Ryonne looked around frantically, dashing from wall to wall. This couldn't be happening. How could Joshua have just vanished? Ryonne felt his fist clenching. He was mad. He glanced to Walter, who was pounding on the door in desperation. How could he have let one of his people go? In frustration, Ryonne whipped his blade out, and sliced a vase right in two. Ryonne forced himself to breathe, and sheathed the sword again.

Come now Ryonne,

Need we be so violent?

This voice was not that of the Watcher's. This one was deeper, darker, more malicious. And the important thing was, this one seemed to be coming out of speakers, not simply floating. The new voice continued.

I'm sure most of you have guessed by now

But you are not where you fell asleep

And you are missing one comrade

Where is he? Who are you?

Good questions.

You might remember me as the guy who kicked all of your butts in the meadow.

That's right, I'm Sylar

And Welcome to my Fun House.

Here are the rules.

You find me, you get to leave.

Do that however you want, but know that all of your tracking abilities

Have been neutralized.

Bye bye now.

Oh wait, almost forgot.

Joshua is with me.

Take that as you will.

Sylar's voice stopped.

"Are we going to get to the meat of this, or what?" Severa said crossly. She seemed annoyed. Cordelia nodded. "She is correct. We all know the problem at hand. Our friends and loved ones are in those games. We must get them out." Cordelia said, looking around the table at the other faces. "The only way to do that, is to get to the Watcher. The question is, how do we do that?" Cordelia posed the question to those gathered around her. Marcus looked about as well. He had no idea. The only thing he knew about the Watcher, was that he had brought them here, and given them new life. Aside from that, not many people seemed to care.

"That.... That" he clenched his fist. "YOU GIVE HIM BACK!!!" He rarely screamed with such hatred and frustration. He dashed off in anger, and in desperation. "I won't let you take another! Not again!" He looked in the nearest room. Nothing. Wait....

The shadows.

He must be hiding in there!

"Joshua..." He repeats, going through the halls. "I'll save you... Don't worry.."

"Walter, wait!"  Bronshu shouts, extending his right arm but not reaching the already-left Walter.  Sighing, he crossed his arms and thought:  Joshua is with Sylar?  So when we find Sylar, we find Joshua.  While looking for them, I better keep an eye on Walter, in case he does anything rash or reckless.  Bronshu runs off, checking out the lower floor, staying on guard for anything.

Rexon, now up and about, went to get some food and water.  He grabbed some grapes, oranges, apples, water, and a slab or two of beef.  He carries and puts down his load before going to a tree.  Rex summons his keyblade, slashed at the base, shouts:  "Timbeeeeeeeeeeeeer!!", and watches the tree crash down.  He chops up a quarter of the tree into small pieces and carries them near to his stuff.  He gathers some rocks, arranges them in a circle, puts wood in the circle and casts fire on it.  Rex places an empty coconut bowl on the fire, puts a slab of beef on there, and goes back to the large amount of supplies.  He grabs a spatula, a cutting knife, a plate, and fork.  Setting some of them near the fruit, Rex brings the spatula with him to the beef and flips it.  He takes a bite of an apple while still flipping.

"Yes.  How do we accomplish this?"  Ranco asks, holding his chin while thinking of an idea.

(I was sadly ignored... Sniff... :( )

"Well... this is a problem indeed... Mmm maybe opening a gate with a keyblade?" Evan said while looking at Ranco. "Mmm... but wit a sec... that will be a lot of trouble... The watcher could easyly get us out in a glipse... Sigh.... mmm it must be a way to enter that place and not atracting undesired attention... Teleport spell perhaps?" he continued speaking, trying to get many options as possible...

Kelly just crossed her legs while having them stretched out on a table and she was still reading. "You know people, you can do and say what you want, but I am not playing your little games. There is no point in me breaking my back so I can get some memories of my dead love." Kelly said aloud. She then started reading again.

Harry woke up with his journal in his hand. "Today marks another chapter in this book." Harry told himself.

(Woops.  Hang on a sec there Daniel.)

While cooking up his beef, Rexon heard Auron .  He quickly turns and says:  "Good morning guy.  How fares you Auron?"

"Hm.  Teleporting is a viable option, but not sure it would be of much use in this case."  Ranco answers, then replies:  "That variety of magic would usualyl require already visiting and knowing locations to travel to and from.  All of us are in a new world or dimension we have never been to before.  I'm not sure using our keyblades or opening corridors are solid ideas as well, for I fear whoever is in charge would be able to detect any changes in space."

Robert grabbed a couple of apples and put them into his pockets. He then grabbed some more food and began eating. "Since we're all up, should we get a move on? Anything's got to be better than staying put here as sitting ducks." he said between bites.

Derik collected the firewood for keeping the flame going, he carried the bundle of wood and threw it down into the fire, grabbed some breakfast and walked away, waiting impatiently for the group to set out again.

Brooklyn slept heavily, his body's actual exhaustion had finally caught up with him overall; he couldn't wake up.

Even after Mes cleared her throat and swallowed her food, Morgan stared at Mes with an annoyed and disgusted expression. She then sighed, still with a strong gaze at her, before brushing it away from her thoughts. "Not a particularly bad one, Mes, but it's very seldom enjoyable to be sent to a fighting arena, if ever." She answered directly, standing up and gazing around the area. Unfortunately, their terrain has hardly changed since the beginning of the Games, aside from the oasis, but even then, the bland desert always lied in the background of its proportional beauty."I agree with Robert. We'd best move out already...my apologies if we're so rushed at all times, but it should be of obvious importance." Noah stated to the rest of his group, who were seemingly all awake. They had rested well, or so he at least figured, and if not, he was the only one who got no rest at all. Neena managed to get some rest of her own, reluctantly, as it seemed. She was of course, troubled, though. It was clear by her distress, no matter how well she hid it. Perhaps Noah only noticed because he does the same thing: as much as he tries to pay attention to his group and only them and their objective, his only memory is always of a cycle in his mind. "Good morning, anyway," he responded lately, and a bit unfitting of his usual ignoring attitude."I want to see Walter...and maybe even Brooklyn...can't I just stay with them? Without someone like Ryonne?" Joshua plead to Sylar. He was practically whimpering, restraining himself from crying again. To think he had begun warming up to Ryonne before he threatened his very life. "I just want to see them...what...what are you even going to do to them?"

Kelly stopped reading and closed her book. "Well, I guess it's time I save the day, once again." Kelly said. She then transported herself to where Sylar was. "You know, if you want to stop all tracking abilities, then you may want to stop people's sense of smell." Kelly said as she looked at Sylar. "I could smile you from a light year away. But don't worry, I am not here to stop you or tell the others where you are. I simply came here to help you. I want in. I am tired of everyone and tired of being told what to do. I want to be in the evil group." Kelly said.

(Xeve... You're still tracking... With smell, yes, but still tracking.)

Walter looked around frantically, leaving no stone unturned, in his search for light. "Must...be here..." It would weaken Sylars choice of escape and hiding through umbrakenesis..."Joshua..." He reapeated in his voice and mind over and over...

Sylar looked sideways at Kelly. "Not sure if you got the memo, but we don't accept such typical contestants as yourself."  His tone was lazy and bored, as if tired of this girl's behavior. "Joshua, deal with the girl. If you do nicely, maybe I'll let you go see Walter." Sylar said, waving at Kelly, turning back to his monitors. The others in the mansion were just now beginning to search. At this rate, it'd be all day before they found the room.

~~~~
Ryonne knelt next to Brooklyn, and shook him awake. "Sorry to wake you, but we have a small problem." Ryonne said, helping Brooklyn to his feet. The swordsman explained the situation as quickly as possible to his tactician. Ryonne spoke quickly, as if distraught. He finished the explanation, then made eye contact with Brooklyn. "We need to find Sylar and Joshua. I cannot let this happen." Ryonne's voice was dark and serious, his eyes pleading. Ryonne didn't know why, but his emotions were being played with, taken advantage of. He needed to calm down, lest he get too reckless. Recklessness meant death.
~~~~

Mes nodded with understanding towards Morgan. "Arenas of death. Icky stuff those are." She agreed, eating the rest of her bagel in a few bites. Everybody else seemed awake. Harry was near a rock, Rexon was making some food while in conversation with Auron, and Derik was out, back towards the desert. Mes grinned, and called out to everybody. "So how about we get going once we all eat?" Mes proposed, gesturing behind her, to the waterfall, and the jungle on top of the cliff face.

~~~~
Neena nodded. "You're both right. We should get going. Rija?"
"Already on it." The soldier said, taking out the transportation orbs. She tossed them on the ground, and once again, camp had disappeared. She picked the orbs back up, and pocketed them. Rija smiled, her casual ease back, and gestured towards the door of the warehouse. Neena nodded, and walked back to the doors. She threw them open, ready to be attacked. What met her eyes was not on the pleasant side. Where there had been an abandoned city the night before, there was now a bustling city with lots of residents. Unfortunately, the residents didn't seem quite... human.
Welcome contestants to the
City of the Dead!
I'm sure you've all heard tales of zombie apocalypses.
Well, now you're living in one.
Your goal hasn't changed, get to the beacon on the other side of the city
But it got significantly harder
Because I just took all of your weapons and neutralized your abilities
That's right, you are all ordinary humans
So have fun!
(It's true! All forest contestants are regular humans, with no weapons, in a city filled with zombies. These zombies are standard Walking Dead fare, slow, can't think, killed by destroying their brains. However, if you are bit, you aren't infected with the zombie virus, so much as infected with a poison that will gradually lower your physical performance and eventually kill you if not treated soon.)
Kelly looked at Sylar. "Maybe I didn't make myself clear, you either let me in or I will take you all down starting with you." Kelly said. She then grabbed the back of Sylar's head and slammed it down on the monitor. "I am fed up with people, you can't just leave me alone, can you? I refuse to take this anymore, there was only one reason to live, and that reason has died and is no more." Kelly said. She then turned Sylar around and started hitting him hard in the face.
(Yuuuuuufffffffiiiiiiiieeeeeeeee)"I don't want to hurt her either...not anyone...." Joshua whimpered again, distressed, and confused. Eventually, Sylar was surrounded by a field of shadow, doing nothing but preventing Kelly from attacking him further. With just Joshua and Kelly in the room, he tensed up and remained sitting against the wall, curled up almost in a ball. He didn't have to move to control the shadows, anyway. The shadows danced around him like fire but did nothing to Kelly. Joshua looked at her miserably, "Please...just...go...."Noah's eyes widened for a moment at the situation. His abilities remained unaffected and all he had was a dagger in the first place, but he suddenly lost some major assets with the others' abilities now gone. The last thing he'd do is abandon them though, no matter what. He gestured everyone to keep completely quiet without a single word. He analyzed the area, trying to find a secure place, or somewhere that can host some sort of weaponry."Agreed, despite how nonchalant that was of a statement," Morgan nodded, grabbing food of her own and eating rather calmly. She looked off toward the mountain again, only wondering what it can yield. In retrospect, she may very well be able to get there without a single person's help if she so deemed her abilities worthy to use, but she did not, and remained. Merely thoughts of the possibilities encircled her mind and while she would succeed in arriving, none know what the Watcher could really be planning. What with the Memory Battles she witnessed, it was a form of entertainment, apparently, and Morgan's methods would be likely frowned upon.
[This human isn't very smart, is she?] Blank thought, and stepped out of the shadows, "You want me to intervene, Sylar?" Blank asked, ready to fire on Kelly if he needed to. "By the way, welcome to the team, Joshua."
"Woah, things just got a whole lot more complicated." Robert said, analyzing the situation. "Any bright ideas on how to get through here unscathed?"
Kelly turned to look at Joshua. "Don't give me orders! No one can stop me from taking everyone who stands in my way down. I will destroy everyone who tries to take my happiness away!" Kelly said. She then casted a fire ball and sent it at Joshua. "Horizont is dead, there is no point in my life, which means that if you try and force me to do things, you will die." Kelly said with anger
Suddenly she was shot in the foot. "You think that would hurt me? I can't die, and I won't give in to pain." Kelly said with a dark laugh.
The darkness swallowed up the fireball with great ease. "Please...." Joshua plead, listening to Kelly, still. He hardly knew her, and had spoken nothing but a greeting to her when they all first woke up. She was...quick to strike first. "T-take your happiness away...?" Joshua asked, confused. "...You're...trying to hurt him. How...can you be happy from hurting someone...?" He added, timidly, almost jumping up when Blank fired a bullet. She was unfazed, but was still of little or no threat. "I'm not forcing you to do anything...." He muttered, "...If you have nothing left in life, then what are you fighting for?"Noah cringed now, suddenly a bit timid at the fact that they were powerless against innumerable zombies. Not necessarily that, but because he gestured for everyone to shut up and immediately after, Robert spoke. Noah died inside, about to strangle Robert for possibly attracting the undead, but as a nervous improvisation, grabbed a broken stone slab of the building they were just in and chucked it as far as he could in the opposite direction of where they stood, just to try and manipulate them by sound.
Brooklyn awoke, the situation detailed to him as fast as possible by Ryonne. "Hm. Anyone notice that the one girl is gone? Kelly, wansn't it?" Brooklyn asked. "If not, then we need some coffee... He replied sarcasticly. "Walter, you and Joshua are extremely close, no?" He asked. "If so, I have an idea of how to look for both of our missing people." He informed. "The keyblade is a weapon used for the heart, bonds and memories last in the heart forever, so, if I were to try and use my Keyblade to influence the bond between the two of you and heighten it, at the least it could at least allow for us to send messages to him and see if he is OK, or if he can at least try and aid us with finding him, at most, the two of you will have a sense of knowing where each-other are and their conditions, as well as a meathod of finding them. Worst case sceneario, through, you could be turned into a Heartless and possibly a Nobody if I mess up." Brooklyn looked at Ryonne and Walter. "I don't like the idea, but it's our best shot. Ryonne, what is your decision?" he asked. Derik yelled in response "Sure, whatever." He walked over to the waterfall and sat under it, and began to meditate. Though laughable-looking, it was something he always wanted to do, why he didn't know, how he knew, he didn't know. He sat there and waited for the time to come.
[i guess that's a no.] Robert thought, as Noah shot daggers at him for speaking and threw a rock away from them to distract the zombies. Robert rolled his eyes, grabbed a pointy looking rock, and gazed at his surroundings. Oddly enough, Noahs nerves boosted Robert's confidence. Probably because it was nice to see someone else acting nervous and insecure for a chance, especially Noah, since he was usually the most calm and calculating one of the group. Robert gestured for his comrades to follow, and casually yet quietly continued towards the beacon, making sure to stay in the shadows of the buildings. If there was one thing Robert knew, it was that now of all times, without his powers, his great enemy was panic. Sure, the zombies were freaky, but he had to press on and stay alert in order to survive.
