You awake for the first time. You try to recall what has brought you here, but nothing comes to mind. You see others around you, also waking up for the first time. Confused, you sit up as a voice echoes all around you.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Boys and Girls,

Welcome to the Amnesia Games!

You have been allowed to remember three things

Your name

Your goal in life

And your skills in combat

And some of you don't even have one of those!

I have brought you here

From all over the omniverse

You each have an interesting story

But none of you know it

Because I have taken your memories

And the only way to get them back

Is to play my little game

So have fun

I'll be in touch

And the voice goes silent.

Mission 1: Interact with each other! Find out everybody else's name. One memory will go to each group at the end of the mission.

Renton 'Ren' Kisaragi, Neena Mors, Switch, and Noah Himitsu awake in a dense forest.

Walter Evergreen, Joshua Akira, Dom Locke, and Bronshu Wes awake near a bubbling spring in a flower meadow.

Morgan Etiam Vinctum, Mes Orem, Wolf, and Rexon Wrexx awake in a desert, sand blowing and sun shining.

Sylar awakes at a snow-covered mountaintop, all alone.

(You guys make me feel so guilty...)Neena gritted her teeth. Memories sucked more than they helped generally. But she could feel this one not being so bad.Neena was around the age she was now, but this felt long long ago. She was wandering a barren land, her clothing ripped. She remembered feeling confused and broken. She had just awoken after a long slumber. She ran across someone in her path. He was tall, with silver hair. She could also feel a kind of confusion from within him, similar to her own. She stumbled, and he caught her. She looked into his eyes, and they turned compassionate for a second, then back to the rock hard eyes they were originally. He brought her back to his home, where he fed her, all the while claiming that he had only saved her because he didn't buzzards near his house. She had went with him to town to get clothing, and she stayed with him for a time. That time was long enough to convince her she wanted to stay with him. Neena had finally found someone she wanted to live her life with. Terry.Neena came back to reality, and kicked a nearby zombie in the head. She smiled for a brief second. Maybe she didn't have an entirely tragic past. She glanced to Abisk. "Fine. If you want to get to the rooftops, then do so. Try not to get left behind." Her tone was back to the bitterness. She ran through the hordes of undead, crushing heads, and cracking legs. The Scorned Ranger made her way to the nearest building. Seeing a broken fire escape on the side, she leaped, grasping the ledge and pulled herself up. She kicked down the ladder for everybody else, before climbing the delightfully convenient fire escape.~~~~The Soldier ran alongside the Blizzard, avoiding as many zoms as possible while she recounted her memory.She was in a space station, she could tell by the machinery and labels, and some bad stuff was gone. A boy, younger than her, named Henko had just ran up to some enemies, and goaded them. Chaos ensued, which resulted in Henko's head being blown off. Rija had gritted her teeth, but could do nothing that wouldn't result in her death as well. She did note that she had seen terrorists be more merciful. Throughout the graphic and violent encounter, she interacted with a boy on the other side. He was younger than her, two or three years. She couldn't help but feel that this person had some more significance in her life than this singular encounter.Coming back from her memory, she glanced at her ring as she ran. It was inscribed:Don't ever leave my side. Seriously. -DRija could only wonder if "D" was the man from her memory. Azalea looked at the Soldier, then glanced down at the ring. "Come on, let's go. It wouldn't be suitable to die here, away from him would it?" Azalea said, smiling. Rija smiled back. They ran.Azalea's memory had recalled something rather traumatic. The death of her brother. By her hand. She had been forced to kill him, after he had murdered their parents, and was about to do the same to her, when all of a sudden, ice shot from her, and froze him. Azalea knew this was terrible and all, but it felt like she had gone through mourning. She was over it. Time to let go.~~~~As Ryonne walked through the hall alongside Dom, Bronshu, and the newcomer, Nikolai, he analyzed his memory a bit further. He was fighting. He did like to do that didn't he? He was fighting bravely, valiantly. He was also doing so alongside another person. Severa, the girl from his other memory. They were fighting against soldiers dressed in similar uniforms to the ones from his very first memory. They had several other people with them, but the Enforcers numbered too many. They were being pushed back. Ryonne sliced cleanly through a soldier, then looked up to see a woman dressed all in black. His eyes widened, and he suddenly made a decision. "Teleport." He said, casting the spell on his allies. All that was left was Severa, who seemed to be resisting the spell's effects. Ryonne looked to her. "Severa." He whispered.

"I'm not leaving you with that monster!" She yelled at him. Ryonne shook his head. She was so stubborn.

"Yes, you are. This job can be completed by only one. Think of this as the final order from your mentor." Ryonne insisted. Severa continued to fight back, but Ryonne casted the spell again, and she vanished. The Swordsman turned back to the increasingly terrible odds. And he dived back into the fight. Ryonne came back to the present when he heard footsteps from the other side of the hallway. The Swordsman looked to the source. He found the most despicable person he had ever met. Sylar grinned broadly.

"What's wrong Ryonne? Not glad to see me?" Sylar said opening his arms like he was welcoming them. Ryonne growled, and kept his hand on the hilt of his blade, ready to strike. "Oh, you want to play that game huh?" Sylar said, summoning an exact copy of Ryonne's blade. Seeing the copy made Ryonne's blood boil. Nikolai looked from Ryonne to Sylar."So this guy is bad?" Nikolai questioned, pilling out his pistol and pointing it at Sylar."Yes." Ryonne answered curtly."Bad is such a primitive way to put it. I prefer larger words. Terrifying, horrible, killer, malicious, blood thirsty, power hungry. All of those make me sound so much worse don't they?" Sylar replied, toying with them."Sorry, but I'm not in the business of boosting your self esteem. You're bad." Nikolai countered.~~~~Mes ran through the jungle,slicing through vines and branches in her way. They needed to escape this jungle, quickly. A native spotted her, and blew a dart at her. It hit her arm, and an image flashed through her mind. An orange haired boy, bloody and seemingly dead. She didn't know why, but the image enraged her. She summoned flames, and shot them at the native, burning him to a crisp. Back farther, Derik was attempting to hold them off, but it was no use. There were way too many. Another cat person shot a dart at Derik, and it brushed his face, scratching a cheek. Images flashed through his mind, a woman with long dark hair with some familiarity, bloody and seemingly dead.~Elsewhere~Cordelia looked to Master Ranco, and nodded towards him. "Could you teleport us out, and take us to the administration building? You know where that is right, the huge palace right on the main plaza?" The woman asked.~~~~Severa glanced at Terranort as she walked briskly into the street. "Yeah, yeah, yeah. We'll get some stuff." She pointed across the street, to an antique shop. "That place is infamous for having belongings of participants of the games. We might as well get those first, considering those would probably be the hardest to find elsewhere." Severa said. Not waiting for her partner's reply, she jogged across the street, and banged into the store. "Just browsing." She said, before the shopkeeper could even ask. Within a few seconds, she spotted something. A rifle sheath. It belonged to Ryonne. She had no idea how it got here, but she knew it was his. Severa picked it up.~~~~Marcus and Evan walked through the black market, ears open. They tried to keep a low profile. They finally found what Marcus was looking for. The phytokinetic pointed towards a door. "There it is. The barkeep in there is famed for his knowledge about this world."

(You guys make me feel so guilty...)WIP

(Sorry! Riki very sorry... Riki was just trying to make everyone laugh!)(With the post finished, I add in my two cents. )Brooklyn awoke from the strange memory almost abruptly. "I've got to get going..." He didn't see any of the rest of his group, which frightened him. "Guys, if you're still here... i'll see you when we catch up to Ryonne. " Brooklyn muttered, running off down the hall they were intended to go through. He could feel something off, however... He felt strange, but he couldn't place what it was.Derik ghasped at the site, then felt his rage boil in him. On the tip of his toung, he could feel the first letters of the name of whoever had flashed through his mind. "Ri..." He thought, looking at the natives angerly. "Damn you all! Damn you!" He yelled, keeping his high-speed pace up, he pulled out more of his picks, throwing a few, then lightly tossing the last one he had taken out, drawing his electric Buster sword, and smashed the last pick at the group, it sparked with electricity, sending little bolts between itself and the other picks, hoping to at least electrocute a few of them. He stored the blade back on his back and contenued to run. He needed to get a lead on them for his next attack.Abisk kept his pace up, following the group where it went. He didn't have anything to really add as of yet.

"I'm just gonna call it now, this is probably a trap." Robert said about the convenient fire escape before using it to follow Neena. He may have been suspicious of the escape route, but at the moment, anything seemed better than hanging out with a horde of zombies. He couldn't quite explain it, but he couldn't help but respect and admire Neena and her sarcastic yet serious demeanor. He was definitely glad to have her as an ally.

{Dom}

Thanks to her rediscovered energy sense, Dom managed to sense Sylar coming, so already had her gunblade out just in case. When her ocular eyepatch gave her physical details of who it was, the former soldier brought other gunblade tight into her shoulder, carefully aiming at her group's tormentor.

"And what do we owe the pleasure?" She asked Sylar in an icy tone.

Doubting this would be the last time Sylar would come out of no where, she started memorizing his energy aura, so she could recognize it in future.

{Terranort}

Terry opened his mouth to suggest a more covert method of getting items of players, but Severa was already off.

"It's going to be that kind of relationship, isn't it?" He thought, somewhat glumly.

He followed Severa in and browsed as casually as he could muster. He already had a magical book belonging to one of the players that he planned to send down. He wasn't sure what belonged to who, so he just wandered around. He resolved to research the histories of some of the players, then make a return trip to this shop to better discover potential assets for them.

(Oh goody.)

Pulling out his lightning pin, Bronshu aims it at Sylar.  Having a stern look on his face, he says:  "You again.  I'm guessing you came here to cause trouble.  Seems like the only thing you do, especially to a friend of mine."

Rexxon kept on running, doing his best to keep away from the natives.  Crashing into another tree, he shouts:  "Enough of this!"  Summoning his keyblade, swings in front of him, cutting down any tree in his way.  He kept on doing this, not only to stop bumping into more, but also to try slowing down the chasing natives.

Listening to Cordelia, Ranco replies:  "Yes, I believe I do."  He holds out his right hand and a keyblade appeared in it.  Pointing it in front of them, a beam shoots out and a corridor of light opens.  Dismissing his keyblade, Ranco says:  "It's not quite the same as teleporting, but it will take us to our desired destination."  Moving his arms to the corridor, he says:  "After you."

(ALright Revival post Mode ON! expect it long)

Reiner - Brooklyn´s group (if I remember he´s there)

After charging energy suddenly a warm wind came frond his hands then of a sudden: "Fira!" Reiner shouted as the blast crackec down te floor opening a new path. "See? we have a new.... " hewas abpout to complete his phrase when the misterious voice talked once again. A memory? .. what does he....hey what´s going on with you Brooklyn? Reiner said as he saw Brooklyn falling on the floor after shouting "Darkness". but before he could help his head ebgan to hurt ...

It was a citadel surrounded by a forest. You could feel the fresh breeze from the trees, the sound of the leaves crossing around the streets, the voices of people talking when they crossed the plaza, and the moving windmills of the castle in the town´s center. It was called Windfall or so he remembered. Then fire came over and over, it was all too fuzzy but he remembered one thing, a girl being attacked by a soldier, Reiner tried to run at her "hey! stop!" while bearing sword in and ... but before he could remember more... pff black screen, end of the session today.

Reiner then woke up... maybe too sudden but anyway...now he was all alone. "What the hell was that? uh... guys?" Where are you?" e said as he looked around with no answer. "Sigh time to move on I guess. maybe we were separated." he said while pulling out his sword, ready to move. "I´ll find them".

Auron - Mes group.

"Sigh... this deaf thing is quite annoying" Auron said while moving across the jungle, he got separated from the group after some crazy nut of a Doctor or so he called himself attacked them, plus the gas was doing it´s work while he moved, he needed to find Mes and the others and soon. But before he could finish the word a growl came back from him.... "Oh no...Time to run" Auron said wile moving faster as possible. he took a look behind when he saw a tiger/puma whatsoever he didn´t have time to full view it coming behind of him "Dammit! Dammit! time to attack" he said while pulling out his game and entering a fire command.

But then... before he knew he tripped falling into a side path,ending on the floor and with his game falling where he couldn´t reach it. "Oh ... dammit." he said while seeing the puma (Well at least he could see it in full now xD) moving slowly and closer to him. "Damn... it looks like it´s the end of the line for me...why can´t I move? is this.. fear?" he thought ashe was paralized of fear. but just in that moment the promised flash of memory came into his head.

It was again the streets of Shibuya, now his partner and him were moving alongside others, to complete a mission perhaps. he could not remember the details clearly, but the people faces and names came back to his mind: his partner was named Isaac, a blonde tiny guy who could usesome crazypins to attack, Sayo, who used knives psychs, Bronshu, and his gravity psych, Wold and Destiny as well... but before he could remmeber more... the memory faded... but one ting remained.. .they were his friends.

In a quick move the puma was lying on the floor dead. Looking at it Auron was grabing some type or cards, which he used to kill it. It seems he had it all this time. "I´m sorry but I have friends waiting for me, old and new. I´m not gonna give up now." he thought while starting to run looking around wile shouting. "Mes! Derik! Rex! anyone? Can you hear me?!!"

Elsewhere - Evan

"Really? a bartender? Are you sure you didn´t it your head before dying?" Evan replied sarcastically to Marcus´s words.  He then took a look once again. "Alright mr. know it all, let´s talk with him. At least I hope we can get some info, if not a drink."

(I don't think it's a revival post when every single one of my posts is a revival post...)

"I know a trap when I see one." Neena seethed at Robert. The she glanced around the rooftop. She spotted a large chest in the middle of it all. Okay, maybe Robert was right. This could very well be a trap. Neena sighed. She glanced back to her two followers. Abisk and Robert. Noah had vanished. Problematic, but not too much so. That boy was clever. He'd find a way back if he needed to. Neena stepped forward, towards the chest. "As much as you might think that this is a bad idea, I personally think that we don't have a choice. If the Watcher wanted us to open this thing, then we'll open it whether we want to or not. Neena flicked up the lock, and then threw open the lid.

A huge being floated out of the container. It was ghostly in shape. It appeared to be an empty gray cloak, tattered and dirty. The hood was drawn and in the blackness of it's shadow one could see two red eyes. Out of one sleeve was a skeletal hand that held a flickering lantern. Neena backed away from it and sighed. "I wish that this game wasn't so predictable."

New Mission! Kill the Ghost! What? You don't have your powers? Wow, sure sucks to be you doesn't it.

Sylar smiled sweetly at Dom and Bronshu. "What am I here for? You seem to have gotten it right. Causing trouble seems to be my goal around this place." Sylar commented. He then looked more directly at Bronshu. "As for your "friend", who, might I add, chose to betray you, is not here anymore. He was here, but you guys took too long. Now he's gone. Shame isn't it?" Sylar continued, referring to Joshua. This particular comment set Ryonne off. He sprung at the Serial Killer, lunging with his blade. Sylar quickly parried with his own copy, and countered with the sheath, imbuing it with darkness that blew Ryonne backwards. Nikolai didn't hesitate to spring in himself, swinging his saber. Sylar grinned madly at the Prince, and caught the blade with his scabbard, the kicked Nikolai in the rib cage. The Prince fell to the ground, but recovered quickly enough to fire of a bolt of lightning. Sylar waved his hand and the lightning disappeared into a void of darkness. The Serial Killer smiled at Nikolai. "Ooh! I haven't tasted electricity for a long while."

"Well you won't be anytime soon." Nikolai replied, getting to his feet, and firing off a round from his handgun. Sylar caught it in midair with his telekinesis, and let it fall to the ground.

"You wanna try that again?" Sylar asked cockily. He summoned some blades of darkness, and shot them at the Prince. Nikolai was about to roll out of the way when a blinding flash filled the room.

What is this?

The viewers have spoken!

Remember that scavenger hunt when Bronshu found that piece of sword?

Well, it's all paid off now!

Bronshu of the Reaper's Game is now the Wielder of the mighty blade,

Excalibur!

The light had dissolved the blades of darkness, and now, Bronshu held in his hands, the Sword of Kings, Excalibur.

-------

Brooklyn and Reiner wandered through the mansion, each trying to find the others. Eventually, both came to a door, and opened it. Inside, was a large room, and on the other side, was the other person. And standing in the middle of the room stood a girl, in a black and silver dress, with red trim, and a large grin. Her black hair was back in two short ponytails, and bounced slightly when she moved. The girl smiled at both of them. "Hey guys! My name is Kinzoku. Do you know why I'm here?" The girl asked them.

-------

Mes trudged through the jungle, trying not to trip, slicing and burning her way through the jungle and natives as she came across them. As she did so, the orphan reflected upon her most recent memory. She had been in a strange room, with only one narrow pathway. At the end of the path, sat a boy, with orange hair. He was unconscious, and was locked to a pillar. Mes walked towards the boy, taking care to not fall off the path. When she made it there, Mes had unlocked him from the pillar. Instantly, a huge beast sprung from the boy. Her comrades sprung from the entrance of the room as Mes ran away, attempting to flee the beast, with the orange-haired boy slung over her shoulders. It had been difficult, making her way back and all, but she did it. Once outside the room, she had thrown down the victim. "I swear, the second you wake up I'll slap the crap out of you!" She had said, breathing heavily. The boy still lay unconscious. The sight of him made Mes' heart yearn. Mes brought her attention back to her surroundings. The Jungle was a dangerous place, and a poison was fast approaching now.

--------

Derik fled the natives, but they did not let up. The cat-people knew what they were doing. This was their jungle. Intruders had to pay. One was about to permanently end the warrior boy, but a large lion man stopped him. In his hands, he held a huge sword, carved from bone, and he was dressed in the typical loincloth. But he was bejeweled and his long mane indicated that this man was special. The lion man sprung out in front of Derik. He hefted his blade up, and made a gesture with his other hand. It seemed to mean: Come at me.

---------

As Rexon attempted to carve his way through the jungle, a lone native crept up on the wielder. It popped it's head up, and was about to fire off a dart. But before the catman could, he met his end. Rexon turned, and saw the Doctor, having jumped down from the trees and impaled the would-be assassin. The Doctor gave a wry smile to Rexon. "Fun place isn't this?" The Doctor glanced at the strange blade Rexon held. The Doctor frowned for a second, then flipped open his book, and summoned a machete. The Doctor tossed it to Rexon. "Try this. It's likely more effective on brush than whatever the hell you're holding." The Doctor commented, as he strolled past the wielder.

---------

As Auron walked through the jungle, he came to a clearing. From where he had come through, there were two paths. The left held a floating mist. In the mist, one could see three people on a rooftop, facing off against a huge ghost. And the from the right path, Auron could hear a loud cry. Or he would have heard it, were he not deaf. So really, he could just feel that someone or something needed his help to the right.

Choice! Will Auron choose to go through the mist and help out the powerless Neena, Robert, and Abisk face off against the apparition? Or will he instead choose to walk the right path and trust his instincts that something needs his help just as desperately that way?

(Goodness whoa.)

"What?  Josh is gone?"  Bronshu asks, very surprised.  Shaking his head in disagreement, he shouts:  "No!  I don't believe you!!  Someone as cool, caring, and generous as Joshua wouldn't make a decision like that.  Not unless something happened and someone forced him to go through it.  And that someone is looking a lot like you right now!"  Taking a couple of steps forward, Bronshu throws a right fist in front of himself and says:  "Hear this Sylar!  This is how things are gonna go down.  I don't know how, but I'll find a way to help beat you.  When I do, you're going to tell me what happened to Josh, where he is, and bring him back!!!"  Suddenly, a flash of blinding light came and Bronshu quickly closed his eyes.  When he opened them, he sees and feels Excalibur in his hands.  Blinking twice, he stares at the sword and says:  "Is....is this what I think it is?  But how?"  He thought a bit on it, but shrugged it off for now.  He just got something new, and he was sure going to use it.  Staring down at Sylar, Bronshu says:  "Alright, it's my turn!"  Slashing down right, he starts darting off towards Sylar.

Turning to the new comer, Rexon says:  "That's one way of putting it."  But on hold a second.  Rex blinks a few times.  He was able to see this guy.  Good golly gee, it's a miracle!!  Smiling a little, Rex says:  "Hey, I can see!  I guess the blindness must of wore off."  He hears The Doctor and catches the machete thrown to him with his free hand.  Looking at it, Rex responds:  "Uh, thanks."  Trying to get a good feel for it, Rex thinks: Though a little lethal for my tastes, it's alright.  But, I'll stick with what I have.  Although, I might need to use another blade.  Looking around, he sees the Doctor strolling away.  Rex shouts:  "Wait!", chases after the guys, and says:  "You can't be going off alone!"

(I don't think it's a revival post when every single one of my posts is a revival post...)

Derik looked at the lion man. His blood could be used to heat a large town's supply of water with how hard it was boiling. Every urge in him told him to fight, let everything out. He still had the Light Saber for use, should he need, and his Buster sword could do well against him. But there was more at stake here. "If you want to fight me, you will do it on my terms, not yours. And with that..." He quickly grabbed a handful of his toxic spikes, then ripped his heavy metal jacket and the energy core of his buster sword off of it, stowed them in his pockets, and leaped to the air. From there, he slammed an electric core into a near-by tree, pushed off of it, and shot two picks at it. The core exploded violently into the tree, among others, spreading the start of a what might turn into a forest fire. "What the hell was even in there? Nothing I know that exists should be able to put out such a high voltage and explode like that..." He wondered to himself mid air, the force of the explosion sending him past the lion, he took off full speed. Very, very, very fast. "To hell with that coat, I like being lighter and faster a whole lot than heavier and slower, I move like a freaking blur!" He ran as fast as he could, hoping to catch up with the group and outrun the big boss of the Thundercats Crew.

Abisk sighed. "Seriously, noob mistake. Basic survival one o one in this situation is to get geared up and grind a few levels before facing a mini boss. Not to bring the guy up the moment we can." Abid decided his gymnastics and dance training would probably be best in this situation: annoying distraction that moves real fast. "Hey Dead Man Walkin! How about you share some tales! Oh, wait. You freakin' can't because you're a moron!"

Brooklyn's senses went off immediately, as they always do. However, he was a lot more... let's say, direct with his approach. "Cut the crap, lady. No way Sylar just let you run around in here unwatched." He took a stance that resembled one prepared to tackle and knock out their target. His fingers itched with darkness seeming to form at their tips, only Brooklyn's mental resistance to whatever was happening to him was keeping it from a full immediate takeover.

Dom was about to spring into action when Bronshu was awarded Excalibur. Her new energy sense picked up the blade's appearance and signature. She had a bad feeling that if Sylar was some how working for the people behind this, then the arrival of Excalibur was not likely to be a coincidence. She stuck her Gunblade in her holster and pulled out the tommy gun she got from another battle. She jumped to the side and starting firing it at the area behind Sylar, trying to keep him from running.

  • 2 weeks later...

Blank silently dropped down from above, yanking his Tommy gun from Dom's hands and swinging at her with his bat, "I'll be taking that back now, madam." he said. He didn't want to protect Sylar, but it was his job to take challenge these people, and he couldn't ignore orders... right?

Robert was annoyed that Neena opened the chest, which was clearly a trap, without consulting either him or Abisk, but she had a point. If the Watcher wanted them to face the ghost, they would have to. But the question was, how? But before he could figure out how, Abisk started running around the ghost, trying to distract it. Seriously, what was with this guy? "So... anyone have a plan? Because I've got nothing." Robert said, irritated that he couldn't come up with a way do beat this thing now that none of them had their powers."

The Ghost shuddered violently, and out of its lantern shot a ball of flame towards Abisk. Neena glanced around. She didn't get this far without being resourceful. She spotted some scaffolding, including several steel pipes, some plywood, and the most fortunate thing, a sheet of aluminum. She managed to pick it up, it was a bit heavier than she had imagined, but she could do it. Then the Assassin chucked it like a frisbee. It managed to block the fireball and fell off the building. "Only way we're gonna beat this thing is if we take turns dealing damage and being bait." Neena called to the others. As the Ghost turned it's attention to her, Neena picked up one of the steel pipes, and threw it like a javelin. It hit the Ghost, sailing right through, dealing no visible damage, but it recoiled in damage, and charged at her.

Sylar glanced at Bronshu, seeming almost worried. The Excalibur seemed to be making him slightly anxious, but he still had his powers. And as long as he had that, he could still keep going. The Serial Killer slammed a wall of shadow into the charging Bronshu. He glanced to the side, seeing Blank engaging Dom. Good, maybe the bot could keep one or two of them off his back for a bit. Ryonne rushed him, slicing cleanly with his blade. Sylar summoned a blade of darkness and deflected the attack. Ryonne followed up with a scabbard strike, which Sylar blocked with his telekinesis, which he then used to throw Ryonne away from him. Nikolai charged, slashing with his saber. Sylar countered with his own blade, but Nikolai feinted and went for the jugular. Sylar only managed to escape death by summoning another blade of darkness to his hand to deflect the blade. Then Sylar forced Nikolai away with telekinesis. Sylar grinned at all around him. "I think you guys have gotten stronger! Pretty unbelievable. Still not enough to beat me, but pretty close." Sylar taunted.

~~~~~~
Kinzoku looked at Brooklyn, tilting her head. "Hmm? Sylar? Is that the voice that keeps coming over the loudspeaker and sending death traps at me? If so, then I'm pretty sure that doesn't mean unmonitored." Kinzoku said, seeming slightly confused.
~~~~~~

The lion man watched as Derik speeded past. If the man would not stand and fight, then the lion would not let him get a second chance. Leaving the forest fire behind, the lion disappeared into the woods.

A Few Seconds Later

Derik was going much too fast, but his sense of touch being dulled, could not tell. So when the lion popped out of the ground in front of the space soldier with a large shield in hand, Derik crashed. The lion roared, and threw his shield to the side. He hefted the greatsword up again, and slammed down with the blade.

The Doctor stopped in his tracks, and sniffed the air. "We might have a problem." The Doctor said, addressing Rexon but not looking at him. "If that smell is what I think it is, then this jungle might be burning down." The Doctor said, glancing at Rexon. "In other words, I recommend we move as fast as we can lest we become consumed by the flames." Warthrop said, before heading through the thick brush again, this time a bit faster, with a bit more motivation.

Marcus laughed. "I don't know what land you hail from, but where I come from, bartenders know everything that goes on in the city! Trust me mate, this is the right place. Come on, let's go in. I'll even buy you a couple drinks." The Light said, cheery as ever. He began to head into the hole in the wall he called a bar.

The shopkeeper snapped his fingers at Terranort. "Hey! If you're interested in some gear from the competitors this year, I have some stuff." The keeper pulled two scrolls from inside the display case. One was sealed with an earthy brown clay, and the other was sealed by some ebony black wax. "These are some magic abilities that were taken from them at the beginning of the game so that the game would be a bit more interesting." Severa kept an eye on the shopkeeper as she continued browsing. She spotted a small chest that was labeled as having come from a contestant, she picked it up, and cradled it under her arm. The Mercenary continued browsing.

The lion's great sword came crashing down. Dust exploded into the area in a fashion of which would make any common man flinch just at the sight. "Pah. This blade is low quality. The metal is just scrap, not refined or purified on such a matter that it was made truly ready for battle. It's weight is all you have going for you!"The dust began to settle. Though blood ran through his left hand, he gripped the lion's zord with the ferocity of a man who would never let something as petty as a Lion-o be the end of him.
"So if you want a fight Beasty-boy, you're not gonna get it, this is going to be a slaughter!" With his right hand, Derik gripped the lion's sword arm, and with a great deal of force, heaved him into the air and began to spin. Faster.... Faster.. Faster. Faster! He span like lighting struck a spinning top and embude it with the speed such as it. From above the scene was that of a blur. If Derik could feel pain right now, his body was screaming. The centrifugal force would be tearing him apart in a mental sense. His body would hold up, his mind maybe not so much. When the moment came, Derik released the Wildcat out to the open again, so to speak, by releasing his arm and sword blade, throwing him at high speed into one of the near-by trees. He could smell the smoke of the fire carrying on. "This place will be a battleground of my choosing, like I had said." He thought, drawing the energy saber from his waist. It's energy flickered on, and Derik was ready. "Block his next attack, cleave through his big butter knife, switch up to revolver kick and I'm pail in the skull or chest, whichever comes first. My blood boils...!" He thought, preparing for the Leppard Skin Rug to stand. "I know that wouldn't kill you. Come on.""I say unmonitored because." Brooklyn began. "Even if Sylar has been attacked, he would have set up a false safe automatic trap system to go off when we meet. He may be evil, but he is far from an idiot. He wants us all dead. So why would we walk in here with no trap to escape and you just standing her like a treasure chest?" Brooklyn could still feel whatever dark force wanted to erupt from him. It pushed, screamed in his head, had he been a normal human, he would have given in and lost his focus a long time ago. The tendrils of darkness seeped from his fingertips as far as they could escape from Brooklyn, and despite his efforts, Brooklyn was loosing the battle with this newfound enemy.Abisk chuckled. "Hoy Danny Phantom! Let's dance a little jigg! He jumped to the air, having a few sticks on him, he gave a few swings, landed, then jumped again and swung. He repeated this for as long as he could.

The lion crashed into the tree. It hurt a lot too, but he wasn't king for nothing. He dug his claws into the trunk, slowing his descent, and then sprung off the trunk. Instead of flying towards Derik, he hurtled into the canopy above. The Lion crept through the leaves, hidden from sight, maneuvering through the branches in such a way that they would not shake. This was his Jungle. As the Lion snaked his way around the battleground, he came across a burning tree. An idea hit him, and he jumped to the ground. Without hesitating, he chopped his blade straight through the trunk of the tree. The burning tree fell towards Derik. The Lion sprung forward, slicing at the area that Derik had the option of going to, cutting off his opponents escape route.

"Wants us dead? I thought his job was to entertain? At least, that's what it seemed like. Kept going on about how he'd slaughter me myself for my ability if it weren't for the Watcher wanting me alive? To keep the crowds happy." Kinzoku replied, still confused. Why was this orange haired guy being so arguable? She hadn't done anything, but apparently by her very existence she was a problem. He didn't seem to be doing too hot either....

"All right, sounds like a plan." Robert said to Neena, grabbed one of the smaller steel pipes, and swung at the ghost's back while it was distracted by Abisk. He didn't really understand how they could be dealing damage, but hey, if it works, it works.

(Ok Long work to do in my list... O:O)

Reiner -

"This place is huge... and dark... seems confortable, hehehhe" Reiner thought while keeping moving forward, when he turned on the next corner, he saw a tiny corridor leading to a door. "Mmm.. let´s check this out here...It seems voices are coming from here" he said while moving, as close as he was to the door, Brooklyn´s voice was more recognizable. he opened the door leading to a room, there was Brooklyn and another girl, whoever she was, Brooklyn surely has his doubts about her. "You surely likes to leave people behind, red hairdo." Reiner said with a sarcastic yet moody voice. "Who are you by the way? You seems as lost as us."

Auron -

"Huff huff.. I need to move..." Auron was pushing forward as fast as he could, but then suddenly he came to a stop. The road was divided into two paths. "Mmm now where to go?" He tried to think about something but then he started to feel something..."Huh? What is this? ... This feeling... something is amiss, and it´s coming from there" then he saw on the other path shadows in the fog, as if the were fighting agaings something.. "They could need my help... but still something... I´ll check quickly and if it´s nothing I´ll come back." He said as he moved to the other path.

Elsewhere-

"Sigh.... He´s not kidding right? Oh well..." Evan said quite upset and resigned, as he walked inside the bar as well.

While running, Bronshu sees the shadow wall coming towards him.  Keeping a firm look on, he tightens his grip on Excalibur.  He slices down diagonally  left to right, forming a sort of "X", and finishes with an upward swing.  The wall starts crumbling down and fades away.  Shifting the sword to left hand, Bronshu holds out his lightning pin with the right, firing three bolts towards Sylar.  While using the pin, he could feel Excalibur having the same kind of power.  Looking at it, the swords' appearance now had a resemblance to the element.  Getting close to Sylar, Bronshu swings left at him, tries slashing him to the right two times and thrusts through.

"What?"  Rexon questions, stopping himself.  Sniffing around and listening to the Doctor, Rex says:  "Jungle burning?!  Yeah, running fast sounds like a good idea."  Starting to jog, leading to a full-out run, Rex thinks:  A fire.  Ugh.  I hope the others are safe and don't get caught up in it.

Seeing Cordelia walking through, Ranco heads through the portal himself.

The lion crashed into the tree. It hurt a lot too, but he wasn't king for nothing. He dug his claws into the trunk, slowing his descent, and then sprung off the trunk. He didn't seem to be doing too hot either....

"You don't know who I am, you daft beast!" Derik dashed beneath the burning tree, using his free hand to hold the burning tree up, and a chop from his beam saber cleaved through the tree. "I'm the man whose going to bur your house down!" He yelled, chucking the flaming log at the lion. "I've faced worse than you, I can feel it in my soul!" He yelled, putting the pressure on his knees, ankles, toes, and hips, he shot forward at the lion, preparing a counter move for him. "The sword he holds is made primary of iron. I can smell it. Iron isn't anything special or difficult to cut through, as it's one of the easiest metals to obtain anyway. Derik raised his blade up to guard his right side, and held his body to the side to the same direction. Even if he went for a sideways or above slash, he could still at the very least parry the blow. "My name is Derik Absolon! And I have a person I love to return to!" He screamed. Brooklyn growled. "The plain issue is you have no one to vouch for your innocent. From what I can tell, hero's and villains of many world's have been taken here and used as pens in this game. I don't doubt that you could be one." Brooklyn snarled. He could feel his battle loosing inside. If he didn't get some sort of time to rest soon, he could very well loose control...

{Dom}

Dom detected a change in the room and focused in on Blank an instant before he dropped on her. He was still able to get the Tommy Gun away from Dom, but she was able to slap the mag out of the gun and duck beneath the bat. She made a punching motion that sent a fire bolt at Blank to get him to back off as she pulled her Gunblade off her thigh.

"Was your damn logic circuits fried when you were sent here?" Dom demanded from Blank as she slashed at him with her gunblade.

{Terranort}

Terry examined the scrolls closely for a moment, like a chef examining cuts of meat.

"They might liven up the rather droll proceedings of this year." He said in a bored tone. "Which contestants are we talking about? I'd like to make sure to watch for improved performance from them."

The Apparition shook violently, and flew high into the air after taking damage from Abisk and Robert. It shot down several fireballs which once they impacted the roof exploded, destroying the roof. They all fell into the building, and the Ghost floated in. Neena got to her feet, pushing some slight rubble off of her. She glared at the ghost. She was sick of this thing now. And she wanted her powers back. How else would she kill keybladers? At her feet was a broken steel pipe. She picked it up and tossed it between her hands. This would work fine. She narrowed her eyes towards the Ghost. "Playtime's over." She said, loud and clear. The Ghost, clearly not liking her tone, shot a fireball towards her. Or where she had been a moment before. She was already dashing at the Ghost, holding her pipe. The Ghost backed up towards a wall, and shot out a wall of flame. Neena ran, then suddenly leaped to the side, then jumping high off the wall, and flipped over the flames. The Ghost was right in front of her now. Taking the opportunity, Neena lashed out with her pipe, breaking the glass on the lantern the Ghost was holding and stabbing her pipe straight into the flame inside. Neena let go of the pipe, and fell to the ground, landing perfectly on one knee. The Assassin looked above her, where the Ghost was breaking into a million pieces, each one floating away, piece by piece. The flames all around them disappeared, and the lantern the Ghost had been holding fell to the ground. The flame inside exploded, and a few pieces of light flew from it, hitting all of the contestants in the area, giving them back the powers and weapons they had lost.

Sylar looked at the lightning bolts coming towards him and acted quickly blocking them with a barricade of darkness. Soon after though, Bronshu came rushing at him Excalibur outstretched. Using two blades of darkness, he countered the strikes, but the lightning coming from the legendary blade formed cracks in his own. Spotting his chance, Ryonne rushed forward, slicing twice with his blade. Sylar parried away the first strike, and held the second strike with his own blades. That was when Ryonne brought his scabbard around hitting Sylar's swords of darkness. They shattered, but the force of that also blew Ryonne and Bronshu back. Nikolai though, seized the opportunity, rushing forward and swinging down with his saber. Sylar, still shocked from the effect of his swords exploding, only barely dodged using his super speed to dodge backwards. Nikolai had predicted that though, and cast a lightning mine in the exact spot. Sylar fell to his knees, being electrocuted. After the effect wore off, he glanced up to his foes. His eyes were darker than ever, and his disheveled hair gave him a very very ominous aura. Sylar glanced to Blank.

"They've won this round. We're out." He said, and they vanished into the shadows. The door the villains had been blockading opened. Inside was a wide variety of monitors, a microphone, and several buttons, including one that was labeled "Emergency Evac". On one of the monitors, they could see Brooklyn and two new people in a room.

~~~~~~
Kinzoku backed away slowly from Brooklyn. She could sense something coming from him, an overwhelming feeling of darkness and malice. "Hey, are you, uh, okay?" She asked hesitantly. She looked to the other guy, (Reiner), and gave him a pleading look. "Is he okay? I really don't want to fight him." She asked, assuming that they were comrades. After all, they both looked good, even though Orange Spike seemed bent on killing her.
~~~~~~

The Doctor and Rexon continued to run, the Doctor continuing to cut down any brush that stood in their path. The Jungle seemed to be teeming with plant life, along with insects, but other kinds of life seemed scarce. Aside from the cat people though. They seemed almost too abundant. The Doctor could not help but wonder if some part of the ecosystem here had been messed up. But still, he should keep his focus on trying to outrun the deadly flames and poison heading towards them. The Doctor, with his mind elsewhere, slashed through a branch and walked into a clearing. Almost instantaneously, dozens of cat people popped out of the jungle surrounding the clearing, armed and seemingly very deadly. Warthrop grimaced. "My new friend, we may have a slight problem."

~~~~~~~
The Lion watched Derik approach, measuring things carefully, finally, he made his move. Understanding the potential for a parry, the Lion slashed low at Derik's legs with his sword of bone.  He simultaneously threw a punch at Derik's face.
~~~~~~~

Auron walked down the path, making it to some kind of village, though the construction seemed quite... primitive. In the center of this odd town, was a large pole, with plenty of dry firewood at the base. And tied to it was... Mes. "Get me down from here! Come on!" She yelled at Auron. "Oh right. He can't hear me." She said, more softly. So instead she gave pleading looks considering she couldn't really move her arms or legs, or anything really.
