You awake for the first time. You try to recall what has brought you here, but nothing comes to mind. You see others around you, also waking up for the first time. Confused, you sit up as a voice echoes all around you.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Boys and Girls,

Welcome to the Amnesia Games!

You have been allowed to remember three things

Your name

Your goal in life

And your skills in combat

And some of you don't even have one of those!

I have brought you here

From all over the omniverse

You each have an interesting story

But none of you know it

Because I have taken your memories

And the only way to get them back

Is to play my little game

So have fun

I'll be in touch

And the voice goes silent.

Mission 1: Interact with each other! Find out everybody else's name. One memory will go to each group at the end of the mission.

Renton 'Ren' Kisaragi, Neena Mors, Switch, and Noah Himitsu awake in a dense forest.

Walter Evergreen, Joshua Akira, Dom Locke, and Bronshu Wes awake near a bubbling spring in a flower meadow.

Morgan Etiam Vinctum, Mes Orem, Wolf, and Rexon Wrexx awake in a desert, sand blowing and sun shining.

Sylar awakes at a snow-covered mountaintop, all alone.

"We'd better." A white haired man commented on Evan's question.

Terranort lean over the table, putting his elbows on it.

"Anyone not here, we'll just start without them." He continued. "We've wasted enough time as it is."

"Um... thank you" Robert replied to Morgan, and quickly glanced at some of the weapons scattered on the floor, wondering which one would be the best for him to use. He then glanced towards Bronshu. It seemed Morgan didn't want to make the first move either, which meant that Bronshu would probably strike first. He was never one to start a fight, but had no quarrel about finishing one if he needed to.

With nighttime coming, Bronshu was ready to get some sleep.  He closed his eyes, wondering if he could remember any more.  Nothing coming to him, he opened his eyes again.  But Bronshu finds himself in some kind of arena with all sorts of weapons.  Looking around, he sees he wasn't the only one here.  He spots a guy who seems like he had his fair share of problems (Robert) and a woman with questionable clothing (Morgan).  Raising his hands up in a waiting motion, Bronshu says:  "Wait a minute.  What's going on here?"  Diasor:  "Don't you remember Bronshu?  Each night 3 people, one from each group, would be chosen to fight in this place for more memories."

Bronshu:  "Oh yeah.  I heard it from someone, but not sure who.  If all of us don't have a choice in the matter, then I'll fight.  But first...."  Bronshu reaches into his right pocket and pulls out his pins.  Counting them, he thinks:  I have all of my pins.  And if I need to, I can probably use some of the weapons here too.  He looks and sees both of his opponents ready for battle, but not making a move.  Crossing his arms, Bronshu thinks:  Huh.  Neither of these guys are attacking.  "The first one to strike in a battle loses." I  guess.  Unfolding his arms, he says out loud:  "Hey, I'm not one to fight against unfamiliar people without a good reason, unless I know for sure they're my enemies.  But, for the sake of remembering someone important to me, I'm willing to go with it.  Sorry in advance."  Holding out his lighting pin, Bronshu slams a right fist to the ground, causing an electrical shockwave, hoping to stun someone for an early advantage.

"I suppose you are right."  A man in a white and black lined robe responded to Terranort.  He opened his palms, acting surprised to be seeing them.  Before being at this table of dead people, the man remembered giving his all to stop a giant meteor from crashing into a world.  He also knew his spirit gave his apprentice a test to be a master and help end a war.  He looks up at the monitor to see him.  Holding out a keyblade, his apprentice was Rexon.  Whispering:  "Rex.", the man crossed his arms, waiting for anyone else for something.

Coming back, Joshua was all alone. Not awfully far from the rest...but...out of sight. Grabbed by his mouth, and pulled back, the two looked at each other silently. "R-Ryonne...?" Joshua whimpered quietly, scared. "Yeah. It's just me," Ryonne let go of Joshua's mouth, but had a dark expression. "You're holding us back."Joshua froze, face pale. "...Wh...what...do you...mean...?" He asked. Ryonne stared back at Joshua, intimidatingly. "You can't fight. You can't even fight for yourself. What have you really even done for the group...?" Joshua remained silent. "Go. Reach the end of the barrier, and stay there. When it fades, I want you to leave and never come back. If you do...." Ryonne stopped for a moment, hesitantly. "I WILL kill you whenever we're alone again. Understood?" Ryonne asked, darkly, again. Joshua nodded silently, standing up weakly, and running away to the other end.Ryonne stood as well, with a small grin. And in moments, Lira left as a mere crow.

Walter looked around. "Josh... Where..." Nowhere to be seen, he got up, and stumbled on his first couple of steps. "JOSH!!!" He saw him in the distance after a couple of minutes...he could also swear he saw...

Joshua stopped upon hearing Walter's voice. Practically...his...brother. Calling for him...and yet Joshua was so desperate. Desperate to live so he could find out his memories even if he hadn't talked about either of his already regained memories to anyone. Both of misery. Eyes watery, Joshua still ran, eventually reaching the end of the barrier. He sat there, as if hiding. Still afraid.

Walter was not in full condition to go sprinting, the distance slowly getting farther and farther…"Josh!! Josh!!! Jo-" he tripped, and hit his head, knocking him out good.

"...Walter...?" Joshua sat up, looking ahead. Still nervous, he walked slightly ahead toward the direction of Walter's voice. Ryonne stood right near him. In a split second, Joshua rushed back. Lira took Walter without much effort, fading into the darkness and back to the 'campsite.' Lira set Walter down with little effort. (Walter is asleep....) She lied in her mind, just thinking. (...A bad dream...nothing more happened....) Lira faded away once more.

Walter rustled with the woman's influence. "N-nnnooo...joshhh..." He mumbled "Where...are you...must...finndd". But her power was too strong, causing Walter to pass out....

Robert saw Bronshu  pound the ground, and had just enough time to jump into the air long enough for the shock wave to pass under him. He rolled to the ground, and picked up a bamboo staff as he stood up. He didn't want to reveal his powers just yet, and learned how to used staff like this one while learning to fight, so he decided that for now, the staff would have to do."Well then, I guess that means we won't all be holding hands and singing camp fire songs together." Robert said, all while making sure to keep an eye on Morgan. He had no idea what she was capable of, but he had a feeling that she was no pushover.

(Gaddang Schemer... You are so evil I don't even know what to make of that.)

Mes couldn't help but dream of her memory. She wasn't much younger at all. She was riding on the same glider she had used earlier. She didn't seem to be in any danger. But she was still going fast. Mes watched herself nearly crash into a tree. Then she saw another glider and pilot. A boy, a couple years older than her, his name was... What was it? Brooklyn! That was it! In any case, she was just barely ahead of him. Maybe it was a race? Mes continued to remember the race go through, each of them pulling tricks to make them pull ahead, or the other slow down. Mes could feel the adrenaline of the situation, and remembered the rush. It felt good. Finally the race ended with a final trick from Mes, and a lucky break for Brooklyn. It was a tie. The ending banter and teasing was where the memory ended. The young keyblader knew that Brooklyn was a friend. That much was obvious. Maybe more than that. Maybe. Mes stirred in her sleep, waking up for a moment. She heard Derik mutter some thing. A name? "Whose name?" Mes asked Derik curiously, her tone quiet and tired.

-------

Neena looked back on her memory. She was much older in this memory. She stood on a ridgeline, overlooking a large scale battle. Keyblades clashed, their wielders reacting to each situation. They battled on as Neena watched. A man came through a dark corridor behind her. He wielded a keyblade. Neena could feel herself tense up at it's presence. She turned around and looked at the man. Octavian. The name came through to her loud and clear. They talked for a little bit, going over plans to turn this battle toward their favor. Their teasing and taunting conversation suggested that they were allies, if hesitant ones. As they talked, present Neena thought on the situation. How could she ever have allied with a keyblader after what had happened to her? It was a good question. Finally, she was done talking to the keyblader. Neena turned, facing the battle once more, and was clearly about to commence fighting herself, when the sound of blood spurting from a wound occurred. Neena turned quickly, and saw Octavian, on his knees, stabbed through the middle by another keyblader. Loki she knew. They were on the same side weren't they? But of course. The cursed keyblade... It had caused Loki to betray, and backstab one of his allies. Neena felt her hatred of the keyblade renewed, and a new battle commenced, between her and Loki. The memory faded. Neena came back to the present. She presumed she had one that following battle. After all, she was here, and alive. Neena looked to her side. Noah was awake, and Robert was gone. Rija, Ren, and Switch had not seemed to have woke. Neena picked herself up off the floor quietly, and walk away from the immediate campsite.

(What's going on with Walter and the other dude?)

(Lira copied Ryonne's appearance, and used it to scare off Joshua from the group, pretty harshly. Walter, suspicious, went to find him, but Lira kept him back to where he would sleep, trying to convince him it was his dream. That is, until everyone realizes it in the morning when it's a bit late to help. Even if they get to Joshua, and convince him to stay, there's going to be a lot of one-sided tension and fear between him and the actual Ryonne.)"Going somewhere?" Noah questioned Neena. He didn't show any signs of stopping her from leaving, as his tone might wrongly suggest, but it was a literal question. His grey hair and eyes seemed much closer to black in the darkness, and his voice seemed only slightly tired, but still somehow quieter than normal.(Mortals, just like every other enemy I've seen here,) Morgan thought to herself while avoiding the shock wave. (Simply for that reason, they have my mercy even if it means my failure to win this.) She gracefully landed on the ground near Robert with an upward slash. It gashed not Robert, but the staff. "You chose your weapon simply of its actual being as a 'weapon,' and not by the material it was made. That is a mistake." Morgan told him. Her carbon black blade easily pierced the bamboo of the staff. If she struck with enough force, it would easily be minced.

Morgan slicing his staff in two didn't bother Robert at all. It simply meant that instead of a six foot staff, he had two three foot rods to fight with. "Hmph, didn't anyone ever tell you to get to know someone before you judged them?" he asked and swung at Morgan's rib cadge with one of the rods. It took some extra focus, but he was able to make both his right hand and the rod it was holding significantly denser. He would have done the same with the rest of his body, but that would have coated him much more speed and energy. Besides, if he was in a tight spot, he could simply change the density of his body then... probably.

Shaking his head, Bronshu thinks:  Figures this fight wouldn't be that easy.  Those two must be pretty agile to avoid the move.  I don't know why, but sort of feel excited to fight.  Maybe I felt like this before.

(Okay, and what is happening where Harry is? I need to get back into this)

(Not much in the Desert. Harry could wake someone up if he wanted. But not Mes or Derik, they are currently engaged in conversation with each other. Talk to Wolf maybe... He needs to be more properly introduced into the group anyway.)

Neena turned back to Noah. "Nowhere. Just wanted to step away from the group for a moment." She said, keeping her voice neutral. She didn't want to betray any of her current internal turmoil with her voice or face. Inside, she was so confused. She had hated the keyblade after what it did to her home and friends. But she had gotten over it enough to ally with Octavian... But when he was betrayed, she was convinced thoroughly again that the keyblade was indeed evil, through and though. She brought h focus, back to the present, and looked at Noah.

Ryonne thought of his memory. He was only about a year younger, and he could see the difference between the two memories. The first time around, Ryonne had been a skinny, ignorant teen. Now, he seemed more like the hardened warrior he was now. His eyes were observant, his muscles were toned, and it was obvious that he was ready for a fight, any time of the day. In the memory, he was also smiling. That seemed unlike him. Next to him was a girl, younger than him, bright red hair. They were conversing. It seemed like they were on a water break during a workout session. The banter was playful, like they were good friends, and didn't mind teasing each other. This was Ryonne in a way he had never seen himself. Joyful, happy, glad to simply be alive and with a friend. It seemed that they reached a pause in the conversation. Ryonne took a long sip of his water. Then he reached down, and grabbed something that was behind a nearby tree. As old Ryonne brought it into the light, it was obvious what it was. A scabbard, a sword inside. It was decorated in gold, and gleaming, mclearly of good quality. The girl's eyes lit up.

"Here. I got you a gift to comemmorate a year of training." Ryonne said to the girl.

"No way! You got me a sword!" The girl said excitedly.

"Well, I can always return it if you don't want it." Ryonne replied, a grin forming.

"Wait! I do want it." The girl said, taking the sword from Ryonne. She unsheathed it carefully, watching the sun glint off the steel, and looking at the various gold designs ingrained into the blade. She gave it a practice swing. Perfectly balanced, just for her. Her smile grew larger. "Thanks a lot Ryonne!"

"No problem," Ryonne said, beginning to turn away and head home. "Severa."

The memory faded to black.

~Elsewhere~

"Yeah, let's get this party rolling." A girl with bright red hair, done up in long pigtails, said. Severa glanced back to the newest arrival. Terranort. She had heard legends of this guy in history class, long ago. One of the warriors of darkness that fought in the second keyblade war. Dead. Apparently he came from a different universe where he wasn't exactly the same. "How about we start with some introduction huh? Names and relations in the game. For example, my name is Severa Orem, and I was once very close friends with Ryonne, from the meadow. You next." She finished, gesturing to Evan, who sat to her left.

Harry awoke with a start. "ANNISTHA!!!!!!!" Harry said with fear waking up from a nightmare. He had dreamed that Annistha was being held against her will locked up somewhere. He could only think that it was a nightmare that was sent to him from someone watching this game wanting to make him feel scared. Harry looked around the area, noticing everything was still the way that it was before he fell asleep. He didn't know what to do, but he took out a notebook and a pen and started to make himself a little journal about the events he has been through so far.

Kelly woke up, feeling more pain from losing the one she loved more than anything. She still couldn't think of any other memory that might have come to her. It was as though she didn't have memories of anyone else but Horizont. Almost like he was the only thing she cared about, and casted everyone else aside. She thought to herself that if she knew about Horizont and no one else, well maybe she really did have all the memories she needed, which means no matter how she played the game, she would not receive anymore memories, she thought, no, knew that she was the wildcard in the game. There was no one who could tell her how to play this game, and no one forcing her to. She didn't have anything to go back to, and so there was nothing making her play this stupid game much longer. She got up and looked at the sky. "Hey voice! I just realized, you have nothing holding me back here! I don't have anyone to go back to, my love is dead! That means there is nothing you can do to force me to play this game any longer! That says that I am the wildcard in this game, and you cant mess with me any longer!" Kelly said. Her appearance then started to change, her hair was now black with it in a long styled ponytail, her eyes were growing green, her outfit then changed into a black short dress, and she looked more evil.

Harry awoke with a start. "ANNISTHA!!!!!!!" Harry said with fear waking up from a nightmare. He had dreamed that Annistha was being held against her will locked up somewhere. (Nice, we have a Jimminy in our team! :D)

Auron reahced the campsite taking a seat near a tree, he was about to close his eyes, but then he was surprised with a  "ANNISTHA!!!!!"  or something like that. "Looks like someone is having nightmares... why doesn´t surprise me... sigh..." Auroun muttered while getting up and walking to the noise sourse: Harry. He spotted him writing something on a notebook. "It´s too early  to write your autobiography, you know? hehehe" Auron said in a sarcastic tone. "Are you alright? I could heard you shouting from a mile or more of distance" He said while scratching his head.

"Well, the name is Evan... Evan Restor... Dead as well. Friend of Rexon by the way " He said while looking down for a moment, then he turned to the old man. HE knew him, he was from the same world as him... "So, You were gone as well, huh?" He thought for a moment. "So, I see the death treaten you well, right Master Ranco? He said looking at the old man

Harry looked at Auron. "I'm okay now. I was just having a nightmare that my love was being kept locked up away from me. And no, its never too early to keep track of things that have happened in your life, every great keyblade master would know that. I did manage to dream of something else last night, I know have the memory of how I am a keyblade master, the youngest on the original council and that my mentor was a wise man known as Yen Sid. Yen Sid once taught me that keeping knowledge on what happens in your life is very important. So I decided to write everything down in this journal that has happened to me since I first arrived here in this game. I have experienced alot of emotions that are very important. If I can just fix them into the correct order that they are supposed to go, then maybe that will give me the answers of who I really am. That would help me see if there is someone besides Annistha that I am supposed to look after." Harry said with a smile.

Noah nodded. He let Neena take her time to herself, but still...he tried to 'read' her, to see what she's thinking, just out of inference. She seemed to be great at preventing it, actually. Her voice, face, and overall demeanor was all neutral...indifferent. But at the same time, it was made obvious. Perhaps stressed...perhaps confused...or both. Regardless, Neena was clearly in deep thought. And what else is there to be think about, other than newly regained memories? In their circumstances, at least. And so...her mind was contradicting itself. In conflict.

Noah smiled, thinking he figured out the jist of what was going on. But he wasn't one to invade privacy, or let another know of it, for that matter. He kept quiet, and reverted his expression back to 'indifferent' as Neena looked back at him. He expected her to say something. Or...maybe she expected him to...?

Morgan staggered. Hit, but hardly injured. She regained her stamina and fortitude quickly. She was a bit surprised, but not overly. Someone like Mes has a key and elemental abilities, after all. "Heh. I can very well continue mincing the bamboo until its two miniscule to use." She suggested. She taunted Robert, gesturing a bump on the head. "What are you, dense?" She laughed, having seen his ability. "Take that as a literal question." She came to strike as if to Robert, imminently going to Bronshu instead. "Don't overindulge in thought, boy," she remarked, slashing down at his shoulder.

(Wait they are? I'm quite confu.)

Bronshu was still thinking on this whole fight.  Diasor shouts to him: "Bronshu, someone's heading your way!"  Looking out, Bronshu sees Morgan attacking himself.  Shouting:  "Whoa there!", he dashes right, trying to dodge the slash.  But the strike did hit Bronshu's left shoulder a bit.  Looking and holding onto it, he mumbles:  "Geez.  No telling how deep this could've gotten.  Thanks for the heads up Diasor."  Diasor:  "You're welcome."  Looking back to Morgan, Bronshu says:  "Wow.  You are a fast, clever lady.  I didn't see that coming.  But now it's my turn."  Cracking his knuckles and moving his head, Bronshu charges toward Morgan.  He throws a wind-up punch, a sweeping kick in an attempt to trip her, followed by a three-hit punch to the shoulders and stomach region.

(Wait they are? I'm quite confu.)

(Derik muttered to himself that "Her name started with an M...." (along those lines)Mes overheard, and asked "Whose name?)The grim, yet bright eyes of an owl drifted about through the night, in patient wait. (It seems best to not leave until the barrier fades.) Fearful of death at Ryonne's hand, memory-yearing [despite the miserable memories he currently has. Naive optimism for the moment], and just the sheer uncomfortability and coldness. No warmth. He still tried resting against the barrier itself. (I wonder if Sylar and the others are interested in tension...or are they just in mere action and physical conflict?) She added in thought, still.A wind-up punch. Noticeable before the strike. Avoided. A sweep—surprisingly, Morgan has agility great midair and on the ground, as does she anticipate such attacks. Avoided. However, Morgan's sense of evasion, as all, was not perfect. Each of Bronshu's next three attacks struck well on Morgan. Namely, the stomach punch packed the most...well...punch. She staggered back, stunned in pain for a few moments. She scoffed, as if she knew that she would be struck, and not choked up on hubris. She stood battle-ready again, rapier in-hand, now awaiting and attack herself.
