So I just recently came up with an idea for the Pokemon anime that I thought I'd share on here. Okay, remember back when we were hyped for the Pokemon Black/White 2 games a few years back and they showed those animated trailers? Well I was thinking what if they did that for the anime? What I mean by this is that they could make Pokemon anime that is like the games and follows the story of the games. Like for example there would be an anime for Pokemon X/Y and there could be two versions of this anime. The version that has the boy as the protagonist and a version that has the girl as the protagonist. This could follow the main storyline of the games too. And they could do this for every time a new main title Pokemon game comes out too. This would be similiar to how they did a anime for Pokemon Origins that followed the original Pokemon Red/Blue games except there'd be two versions that have the boy or girl as the main protagonist.

So what do you think? I know this will not happen but I just thought I'd put my idea out there.

I think it would be best to let the current anime die and replace it with this. It can have the animation style of Origins, but the attacks can look like they did in the B/W2 trailers.

I think it would be cool to have a female as the main lead for once in Pokemon.

I don't like the idea of having two different versions but it can be in one show simultaneously.

You know what I would like to see? A spin-off series where James finally leaves Team Rocket for good and becomes an honest Pokemon trainer strives to become the best trainer there is. I think that could be interesting.

But what about ash? He can't be the very best like no one ever was if he doesn't have an anime

I think that's a cool idea I would love for the anime to be like that.
