{Disney Castle, exterior}

Even, Somebody of Vexen, moved to follow Severa to engage ENCOM Programs, but yelled out in pain as something hit him from behind. He fell forward, a dart sticking out of his back. More programs crowded around, trying to hem Severa in. A red dot appeared on Severa's chest.

"Drop your weapon and surrender." A voice yelled out from the same direction the laser beam. "Or die here and now. Your choice."

More laser beams aimed at Severa.

{Disney Castle, interior}

Master Aqua took her old Keyblade from Luna. She took in a deep breath and smiled.

"It is good to have this back, thank you." She said, closing her eyes for a moment.

She reopened her eyes and nodded to Luna.

"We had better arrange a way to get wounded in here for us to heal. Maybe a few of the Guardians could-"

"Dilan to all available forces." The former Xaldin said via a wall mounted radio. "Evacuate! Repeat, evacuate! Four more capital ships warping in!"

Aqua gave the wall radio a shocked look.

"What is this?" She hissed and made for the door.

Before she got to it, it exploded inward with Dilan flying backwards and landing in a heap in the infirmary. From the out of the dust and debries, a man in a suit shot in and wrapped an arm around the stunned Aqua's neck, putting a blade to her neck. Four more people in suits came in and pointed various weapons at the Guardians.

"Don't try anything, Keybladers." The one who had Aqua growled. "We of the Ulthor know how to beat your cursed weapons."

In the ensuing silence, there was a metallic ping. The Ulthor agent in the back flipped a coin and caught it. A tallish man with short cut blond hair, goatee and with a number of ear piercings, he noted what it had landed on and put it away. A playing card appeared in his hand and he threw it at the agent holding Aqua captive. As soon as the card hit, the man holding Aqua turned into a card.

{Twilight Town, Old Mansion}

Elenar, formerly Larxene, managed to dodge out of the way of the energy blasts coming in from the digital battle cruise in the sky. Most of the young Keyblade wielders gathered at the old mansion were not so lucky and were thrown by the blast and killed. One lucky Wielder was snatched by Zion and Xion before the duo with their new patient disappeared in a flash of Light. As the smoke cleared, Aeleus (Somebody of Lexaeus) groaned and tried to get up.

Elenar readied herself to added some lightning to Celas's Duel Ragnoraks against the ship, but saw a red dot on the back of Celas's back.

"Look out!" She yelled and jumped in between Celas and where the beam was coming from, erecting a Barrier in the blink of an eye. There was a loud bang and Elenar was thrown back, hitting Celas. The Savage Nymph crumpled to the ground, blood trickling out of the corner of her mouth. For a moment before it faded, there was a neat little hole in Elenar's barrier.

Above, the capital ship rearmed its weapons for kill shots, but was hit by a beam from one of the mansion's 2nd story windows. The ship crackled with energy as its guns started moving erratically.

"Get inside!" Ansem the Wise yelled from the 2nd story window as he tossed out a smoking device he had just coupled together. "It will be back online in seconds!"

Over the the city proper, more capital ships warped in over hand and started landing Program troops, causing panic and confusion from the general populace.

{The Castle That Never Was}

Old Master Xehanort looked over his Organization with pride. He was beginning the final stages of his plan. The puny Lights would not be able to rest dancing to his tune.

"Friends" he called out in his cracked voice. "Soon, all our work will come to fruition, and Kingdom Hearts will be-"

The old man's speech was cut short as a massive explosion shook the castle, tossing some of the 13 Darknesses out of their seats.

"What was that?" Master Xehanort demanded as he pulled himself back into his normal sitting position.

Xigbar teleported back to his chair after he left to see what was going on.

"It's ENCOM ships opening fire on the castle." The one eyed sharpshooter reported. "I thought you said they couldn't come into our world."

Master Xehanort's face hardened.

"My Darknesses, prepare to defend the Castle." He ordered.

{Traverse Town}

Three figures in dark suits stood on top of the Gizmo Shop in Traverse Town, crowding around a small computer they had set up.

"Are you sure the Doctor said this would work?" A tall blond woman with a beauty spot below her left eye asked.

A man with a stubble and glasses rolled his eyes.

"Yes, Helga." He answered. "I was paying attention when the mad genius gave us this."

The color ran out of the man's face as he caught sight of the glare the blond woman was giving him.

"Um, Commander Sinclair." He corrected himself.

Helga Sinclair snorted her contempt and jerked a thumb at the computer.

"Then fire up our remote control monsters and sweep the city for Keyblade Wielders." She ordered." But make sure they keep civilian casualties to a minimum."

The man with glasses nodded and saluted, a poor think to do together, and typed in commands into the computer. When the last key stroke went through, the Gizmo Shop's front door burst open and Heartless Neoshadows with some sort of control collars on them bounded out, there keen senses looking for the strong hearts that Keyblade Wielders had.

{Radiant Garden}

Ienzo, Zexion's true self, finished transferring files and assembling various pieces of equipment he wanted before returning to the Old Mansion in Twilight Town when he heard a loud boom and some commotion outside the castle. Dashing outside, the Cloaked Schemer stopped suddenly when he saw three capital ships hanging over Radiant Garden. To his trained eye, he recognized the pattern of the digital ship.

"How did they get programs out of the computer?" He thought.

Ienzo heard a light laugh from behind him.

"Magnificent, isn't it?" A female voice asked. "Once we found out how to transfer Clu and his troops into our world, we could finally realize your plan. And how beautifully it is working, too."

The Cloaked Schemer turned to face the uniformed woman with glasses, a sly smile on his lips.

"My dear Jihl, did you doubt me?" He asked in a mock hurt tone.

Jihl Nabaat laughed again and stepped forward to place a hand on Ienzo's shoulder.

"The Decolor is grateful for your contribution." She said.

Ienzo's smiled remained, but took on a satisfied look. It was all working like he planned.

{Enchanted Dominion}

Maleificent stormed through her old castle. She felt degraded having to come back here, but a better hide out had not been available. Plus, the Decolor wouldn't try to bother her here on her own world.

She swiped into an inner room she had given over to one of her new allies and found him tending to his patient. King Candy squirmed under his physician's care.

"Easy, my code is sensitive, ya know." He whined.

"Silence!" Maleficent thundered. "It was your own foolishness that lead to your damage. I told you to avoid the heroes."

King Candy fell silent, too scared of the Witch to say anything. The middle aged doctor chuckled slightly as he straightened up and adjusted his glasses.

"Do not worry, m'lady." Doctor Cidolfus Demen Bunansa said in a calming voice. "This digital monarch will make a full recovery with some improvements."

Candy made to say something, but was glared into silence by the Witch. Maleficent looked back to Dr. Cid.

"And the other project?" She demanded.

Dr Cid's amused smile was replaced by a look of almost religious zeal.

"Ah, yes. I believe I have made the break through we required." He answered.

This time, it was Maleficent's turn to smile.

"Show me."

The Archadian scientist bowed and lead the way out of the room.

"The power requirements were astronomical." He explained as he led the way down a corridor. "I had to practically burn out a star to generate the power necessary and a fool would have let that power to burn out the project's systems before fruition,"

The Doctor paused as he placed a hand on a door's handle.

"But I am no fool." He declared and dramatically opened the door.

Inside was a room full of equipment, but was dominated by a giant transparent tube filled with a liquid. Floating inside was a girl off about 14 years of age and multicolored hair. Tubes extended from the top of the tube and into her veins while a breath mask rested over the girl's mouth. A plaque was placed at the base of the tube bearing the inscription "Project Lacuna."

"Our Void Witch is nearly finished." Maleficent said, dark intentions in her eyes.

(*Whew* did you see that, cause I will not be doing that again.)

{ UnderneathTwilight Town}Leah drifted in and out of consciousness as Xion healed her. She was vaguely aware of Zion leaving and someone else showing up. This day was definitely turning out to be more exciting then the past few months."I'm good." She managed to murmur to Xion. "Give me a minute or two, and I'll be as right as rain."Leah tried to prop herself up on her elbows, but she slumped back after a few failed tries."I'll try that again later." She muttered to herself before looking around again.She paused on Xion's face and smiled."I'm Leah, by the way." She said. "Thanks for the save."She turned to look at Renton, causing her smile to fade, replaced by a look of puzzlement."Wait. I've got two people here and I only remember over hearing one name. Which one of you it Roxas?"{Twilight Town; Inside of the Old Mansion}Ansem the Wise stared out after Aeleus, his face unreadable. Celas's question seemed to snap him to the present situation."We will need to go somewhere that has medical facilities." He said, turning his attention to Elenar. "Your friend is stable, but she will need more attention to get her better."He closed his eyes and thought a moment before reopening them."If this is happening here, we might need to assume it is happening on other worlds as well. I have another outpost set up outside of Castle Oblivion in some old ruins. I can put together something for your friend there while we take better stock of the situation."{Twilight Town; Outside the Old Mansion}Aeleus ran out of the door of the mansion, each step erupting with dirt. Soon he had kicked up enough to make a smoke screen. He knew it wouldn't be long before the gunners on board the Capital ship would switch to other sensors or just start bombarding the area blind, but it would be enough.Using a trick he had learned during his time in the Organization, he used the vibration in the earth to tell him if anyone else alive was around the mansion. He caught a ping off someone behind some bushes. His run turned into a slide as he neared the bushes in question. His slide put him past the bushes, his weapon ready for the possible intruder. He paused when he got a look at the girl hiding there."I am Aeleus." He said softly as he lowered his weapon. "The ship above us will open fire again in another few seconds. Come with me if you want to be useful."With that, the Silent Hero took off through the woods.{Destiny Island}(Eh, it works out.)Aqua closed her eyes and rested her head in one of her hands. I have already lost contact with a number of them. I can only assume I am to be targeted as well. Some of the Darkness will escape, but they will doubtless be hunted. Ienzo asked, still looking out at the ships above Radiant Garden."Reports say success on all fronts." Jihl Nabaat replied, enjoying the same view. "We have already captured four of the Lights and 3 of the Darknesses. Due to increased activity in Disney Town, we had to pull ships from the Traverse Town operation to reinforce. We have postponed ocupation of Traverse Town, but have sent a Ulthor team there with controlled Heartless to deal with any Keybladers they could find."The Cloaked Schemer looked at Jihl with a worried look."Using your control tech?" He asked. "That won't work properly on Heartless. Control will break down."Jihl nodded."The Doctor made some modifications, so control should be better. Even if not, there are micro explosives in the collars to terminate the Heartless if they become unmanageable."Ienzo nodded, but still didn't't look happy."I assume the Council will want to have a meeting about our next step.""Oh, yes. In fact that is the reason I'm here."Jihl turned and smiled at Ienzo again."Since you have been so helpful thus far, we were hoping to have you join the council."Ienzo raised an eyebrow and smiled faintly."An intriguing offer." He said as he glanced to the door to the castle. "Shall we discuss this further inside as I pack."Jihl agreed and both she and Ienzo walked inside, talking. Over head, in the pipes that riddled the side of the castle, Dilan glared down."So..." Rolud began, himself reclining on his perch. "I'm guessing you never had a plan for Ienzo to go double agent in the Decolor, right?""No." Dilan growled. "Come, we have to find the others.""Oh?" The Gambler said, sounding intrigued. "How much of the old gang have you gotten back together?"

Allitt was confused by the man who'd found her. She reluctantly followed him, but not without questions. "How do I know you're not with that battleship, anyway?" She asked, suspicious of Aeleus. "What do you want me for in the first place?"

"Castle Oblivion? Alright then, back to the Land of Departure."Celas reached her hand out before a dark portal opened."It will take us right at the doorsteps of Castle Oblivion, once there you can point me in the right direction."Noctis was slightly surprised be the abilities of the young girl in front of him, but he did his best to hide it."So you are capable of traveling between worlds with these?" he asked. "How does that works?"The Prince knew about teleportation, he even had the ability to do it over short distances, but not between worlds. Perhaps, just perhaps, that girl was his ticket back into his own world, but he needed to made her agree to help him. Celas on the other hand didn't answered to his question."Alright. I think it's time we move out, we don't know when those ships will reassume their attack."Noctis said before walking next to the Dark Wielder."Let me help. It would be best if I carry your friend, that way you will be allowed to move freely."Celas stared at Noctis for a few seconds before nodding."Sure...and...thanks I guess."Celas slowly moved the Savage Nymph into the Prince's back before looking at Ansem."Let's get going. This place is not safe anymore."The Master and The Prince, along with Elenar and Ansem made their way into the portal, leaving Twilight Town and the mansion behind.

Neena picked herself off the ground. She cried out, shooting off the orbs and flames, destroying the wall in front of her. But it was too late, all of them had already managed to evacuate. Except for the one lone guardian. She looked to him, his energy depleted. Neena looked to her soldiers. "Take him to the capital ship. Hopefully he will be useful as a bargaining chip. Afterwards, hunt down any other keyblade wielders on this world." Neena commanded. Her troops obeyed, carrying off Nocturne. Neena looked back to the rubble of the infirmary, and sighed. They'd gotten away. But not for long. None could escape the Decolor.

(Eh, it works out.)

Aqua closed her eyes and rested her head in one of her hands. Her return to the Realm of Light was not as she expected.

"Who ever these 'Ulthor' are, they knew how to hit us." She said. "Which probably means they have been watching for a while."

She opened her eyes and looked up.

"Which means they might look for us here. We need to get someplace safer, then try to go back for some of the others. Do the Guardians have a base that we can go to?"

The man in the long coat nodded as if satisfied.

"You are actually asking questions instead of choosing the easy safety." He commented. "Good."

He waved a hand and a few of the laser points on Severa vanished, though one or two remained.

"My name is Locke, and I lead the Ulthor, a intelligence and special operations division of the Decolor. The Decolor is a peace keeping group looking to eliminate the long standing threat the Keyblade presents to the worlds one and for all."

He paused for a moment, as if listening to something.

"A colleague of mine has just captured a Keyblade wielder, bring the number of captured Keybladers to five, and we are closing in on others. We would like to do this peacefully, but recent actions has forced our hand."

[i seriously feel like a dick for doing all this. I'll try to find a way to simplify things for you because no freaking joke I feel really bad xD

And I swear I'll try to shorten my posts.]

With Luna being helped back onto her feet by Raven, Shadowhawk and Nightsparrow conversing with Aqua, and Kiwi munching on a girl scout cookie that he had stored in one of his pouches with Ghost wishing he'd share, the remnants of the Guardians now looked to the only keyblade master for directions and guidance.

"Who ever these 'Ulthor' are, they knew how to hit us. Which probably means they have been watching for a while." Nightsparrow only nodded, praying that their organization still had the veil of secrecy from the enemy. But given recent events, he was pretty sure their cover was blown to kingdom come. "Which means they might look for us here. We need to get someplace safer, then try to go back for some of the others. Do the Guardians have a base that we can go to?"

The two old guards looked at one another. "Do we... do we declassify that information?" Shadowhawk asked, his mind clearly somewhere else.

Nightsparrow sighed as he folded his arms. "We have no other choice. Master Aqua, as a matter of fact we do. We have several outposts scattered around the worlds for training purposes with The Academy as the main base." He closed his eyes, thinking about their options. "Twilight Town... we have one there. It served as a stealth training post, and it's buried deep underground with the main access point being that giant clocktower. No one really suspects it, and nothing beats that feeling of hiding in plain sight. We can regroup there. Boys?"

He looked around, noticing Ghost's pleading gaze at Kiwi and Luna along with Shadowhawk staring at a distant star. Their silent gaze was worrying the empathetic leader. "What's wrong?"

Hawk's gaze became subtly more frantic. "The star... Hasn't blown up yet. Which means.... Either Nocturne and the rest of the Guardians are winning, or-"

"Captured." Raven interjected. "That's the most probable odds. Lets hope to god that if they got captured they end their lives."

Luna was disturbed at the remark. She slowly looked at him, her eyes wide with shock and horror. "Wh-why?"

"Being captured is a Guardian's second worse nightmare, and will usually lead to their first."

"Wh-what's that?"

"Repurposing.... If they know what Guardians are capable of, making them disappear would be a waste. But if they can capture one and 'repurpose' them to serve their needs... Even if we bring them back, they won't be able to forgive themselves. It's a life I wouldn't wish onto my worst enemies. Better to end your life than to risk going against everything you've sworn to protect."

Kiwi thankfully stopped the bickering between the old and new guards. "Hey, Ghost here just took the last of my cookies, so make up your mind! Either we go back to the Academy, or we go to Twilight Town because I gotta restock!" The rest of the team looked at one another, then decided to go to Twilight Town as they prepared themselves for the journey, summoning the rest of their armor and their keyblade gliders. Luna thankfully didn't have to wait long as she heard the distant roar of her gummi ship approaching their location. "Ghost? Go with Luna. Everyone else, follow Aqua!"

When everyone was prepped and ready to go, the team waited for Aqua to take the lead...

Renton looked at Leah. "You know of this person?" He looked at her. "Please, tell me what he is..."

"Roxas was my friend. He was once a Nobody but he was made into a somebody." She sighed. "This is Renton, I'm Xion. No Roxas here Leah."

The signal started, the transmitter activated. Zion took a breath. "This is Admiral de Wynter to Avalon. Code Mordred. I repeat, Code Mordred."

She waited, sweat forming.

It was ages.

"Code Mordred detected. Seventh Assault Fleet under the Dawn Under Heaven is ten minutes away...make that five. Send all data regarding hostiles for the fleet Admiral."

"Sending datapacket."

That done, Zion left one last thing.

"ENCOM. It's CLU."

She teleported back to Xion...and started to fall down. She yelped...as she was caught by a certain armored figure.

Landing nearbye, Zion squealed and locked lips, and was promptly dropped three full seconds later.

"Zion."

Zion leapt up and tried for a flying hugtackle...but was flicked right back down.

"You know I hate being kissed - or hugged - without warning nor permission."

"Aww...but Claire...at least wear the Miqo'te dress?"

With a sigh and a flash of light, the black and red Miqo'te dress flashed onto Claire. Zion squealed happily and held her arms out...and received a hug.

Xion Gibbs-slapped her wife. "Anyways. Lightning."

"Xion."

"The Savior?"

"Yeah." Claire "Lightning" Farron pushed Zion off her, and looked away. "Hope."

"Yeah, Light?"

"I'll be with Zion."

"As always. I'll monitor your progress."

Zion looked to Leah and Renton. "I'm Zion, Xion's wife, and in about five minutes hell's gonna beak loose. So I'm going topside with Lightning and Xion will stay here to help you guys recover or well, stay safe." She took Lightning's hand. "Now, we're gonna go save the day."

Teleporting into the air, the two began to plummet down at one battleship.

"So, Light...Got a nice outfit for taking down battleships?"

Lightning smirked, her Miqo'te outfit flashing away to change to Pallas Athena, summoning her sword, Excalibur. As it flashed in the sun, her red shield Night Lotus flared to life.

"So. Same ship, or wanna race to see who can take one down faster?"

Lightning actually smirked. "Together."

Renton looked at them. This was too much... His head hurt...nobodies....sombodeis....it hurt... The information was all too vague... He grabbed his head, and a portal appeared, and started to pull him in...

"You will have to analyze the available facts to decide if I am with the Battleship or not, like I had to do with you." Aeleus answered Allitt as he continued his quick pace through the woods. "The answer to your second question is that the last group of people who came to the Mansion were killed for their ability to wield a mythical weapon called a Keyblade by the ship above us."

The Silent Hero suddenly stopped and rounded on Allitt.

"Do you possess this weapon?"

{Twilight Town; Old Mansion Interior}

Ansem checked a few of the bodies Aeleus had dragged in, hoping that he might find some life in one or two, but was too late on them. he gave anyone else there a wave to follow him and jumped into the portal after Celas and Noctis.

{Castle Oblivion}

The group ended up outside in the barren land scape that surrounded Castle Oblivion. Ansem the Wise took a moment to orient himself, then he lead the group around the side of the castle. Nearly on the opposite side of the castle from the entrance was the ruins of another castle, half sunken into the ground from Castle Oblivion.

"Watch your step." The former ruler of Radiant Garden warned. "There are some unstable places on the floor where you can fall."

The old man maneuvered through an old hallway to the far end, give the door at the end a careful jiggle of the handle before opening it. Inside was a small observation post and lab.

"Put your friend on something flat as I check on what I have here." Master Ansem ordered as he began rummaging.

Leah watched Xion in confusion as she explained about Roxas.

"What the heck is a 'nobody'?" She thought, and was going to voice, but decided to wait until Xion was done.

By then, Zion had returned. Leah's confusion turned to bewilderment, so she kept quiet. Soon, the girl called Zion and the woman named Lightning, or was it Claire, left.

With a grunt, Leah pushed herself up into a sitting position. Her wounds were healing incredibly fast, especially with the wounds she sustained.

"Should be ready to move soonish." She said, sounding stronger then before.

She looked at Renton, about to say something funny when she saw the portal. She immediately launched herself up, any sign of being wounded slowing her down now gone. In her hands, a great sword sized Keyblade appeared as she landed between Renton and the portal. She stabbed the portal with her Keyblade, trying to use the properties of a Keyblade to close the portal.

"This happen often?" She asked over her shoulder.

(Heh, well for my part, don't worry about either. Do what makes since for your characters. Besides, you forgetting Dilan and Rolud frees them up for other activities.)

Aqua took in the information Nightsparrow told her, still squinting at the light. That worried her, but she would have to deal with that later. She had never heard of this Twilight Town and could only hope the Ulthor after them would be the same.

"Sounds like a plan." She said.

She reached out and summoned her own Keyblade to her hand.

"How do we get there? By the Limes between or can one of you make a portal directly to the base?"

Renton shrugged. "I'm...not sure of much..." He looked at the blade. "Another one..." He mumbled. "Intresting..."

Although, she was always up for a challenge... "Yeah, I can use the Keyblade. If you intend on attacking me, then I'm not going to go easy on you." She warned, ready to fight if she had to.

Celas nodded at Ansem before looking around the lab for something to use. In the corner she saw an empty counter they could use to put Elenar."Come over here Nocto." the girl said with a tone of authority. "This will be a good spot."The Prince stared at the girl who just called him "Nocto" with some interest. It was a rare occasion when someone called him something else besides Noctis or Prince, but obeyed her without questioning. Stopping in front of the counter, Noctis put Elenar down slowly and carefully."There. Both when it was in its normal state and how you see it now." Celas remained silent for a couple of seconds before speaking once again. "Let's just say that it is better if we are careful.""Alright. If you say that then it must be true." Said Noctis. "Besides, the moment I saw the entrance to that castle I felt...something different, but maybe it was my imagination."

As they fell, Zion's golden Radiance Unleashed Keyblade armor flashed into existence on her, and she let her Keyblades hang in the air as her hands glowed.

"Heavens hear my call, for I beckon to my side the Archangel of Dawn - Teresse!"

As a gate appeared behind her, Xion felt the same energies.

Standing, Xion did a complicated series of motions with her Keyblade, ending with it pointed straight up.

Repeating mostly what Zion said, she ended with something else.

"I beckon to the side the one i love most - Dominion of Laughter - Mariko!"

Two angels burst into existence behind Zion (both are gundam girls - Teresse is Wing Zero Custom GG and Mariko is Gundam Wing Ver Kai GG). With buster guns ready they flew beside Zion.

"You called?"

"I need a hole opened. Battleship below us."

Guns charging, Teresse split hers in half and together the angels fired, lances of pure energy smashing into the battleship. It drilled a hole straight through, and Zion's wings flared out to the fullest. She spun, activating Albion Strike.

As bolts of light erupted and began eating up the battleship. Lighting came in after, and as time slowed, she was crackling with red lightning.

Zion was through, and Lightning's Arsenal of One power sent hyper, and she began slicing up the vessel from the inside, erupting out the bottom.

As the battleship began to fall, Zion spun and pressed her two Keyblades together. Energy gathered, and she smirked beneath her helmet as her angelic allies again came to her side.

Four lances of energy smashed into the battleship, breaking it up. Not even ENCOM can stand against the power of the Heavens so easily.

But it was one battleship among many, and Zion and her allies didnt have the strength to pull such a feat off again. She had no strength, and as her angels faded to their realm, she managed to crash-land beside Lightning, who helped her up.

"Entirely stupid."

"Not stupid enough." She managed.

Xion looked to them. "I summoned my angelic ally Mariko, to be clear. She is helping Zion, who summoned her angel." Xion watched Leah's actions. "So. Step back and stay clear of this area for the next thirty seconds." She moved quickly, pulli g them away from said area.

{Destiny Island}

With Luna and Ghost aboard a gummi ship and Nightwing Squad, save for Sparrow, on their keyblade Gliders, the group anxiously waited for the signal to take off. He noticed the keyblade master's worrying look and tried to get her mind off of the conversation. "You shouldn't have heard all that, ma'am. We operate by a different rule-book, so to speak." He let off a heavy sigh as he too summoned his keyblade. "You get to worry about those you care about. When things get bad, we have to worry about the greater good. Even if that means turning our back on... on those we grew up and fought alongside with." Bringing his attention back to the immediate situation, he shook his head and looked at Aqua with a respectfully stern look. "Shall we go to Twilight Town?"

"Sounds like a plan. How do we get there? By the Lanes between or can one of you make a portal directly to the base?"

A smile formed on Sparrow's face as he remembered a certain incident in the team's history involving Kiwi trying a portal act and ending up in a girl's dressing room. "We can only use the Lanes between, Master Aqua. We tried using light magic to create portals, but uh... we couldn't really master the art. Unless you want us to shoot you to the location via another light shot, we all prefer travelling by the lanes between." He hated to admit it, but shooting everyone to their destination was a logical idea, the only thing stopping them from doing it was the fact that they'd be magically spent until they could recover... weeks after the action and leaving them vulnerable. "We should get going, Master Aqua."

[i should let Rikunobody type out what Aqua saw when they landed in Town, then I'll jump from there]

Severa looked towards Locke. He had done as she had asked, given her a name and his goal. Had he earned her trust? No, not yet. Severa nodded in response to his words. "So you guys are keyblade hunters... and since I don't wield one, I'm not an enemy of your group. But I've still fought for them, so why would you trust me enough to try and recruit me for your cause?" Severa asked. This man seemed a little too charismatic, like he was just trying to gain popular opinion. "And my name is Severa." The drifter added.

{The Castle That Never Was}"Stop your sniveling!" Master Xehanort snapped. "I do not have time for it."The old man glared at Oswald for a moment before he spoke again."Who ever is attacking us knows the strengths and weaknesses of my Darknesses. I have already lost contact with a number of them. I can only assume I am to be targeted as well. Some of the Darkness will escape, but they will doubtless be hunted. I need someone they don't care about to move more freely and to get aid."The bright golden eyes focused intently on the Lucky Rabbit."That means you."

(Wow, time flies...Sorry, I got a new job and have been scheduled a lot for training.)

And sorry about this short post; I'm not really sure where to take it from there.

----------------

Oswald straightened up his back and looked to Xehanort.

"Right. Who would you like me to fetch? I don't want to be a disappointment again. I will make this right."

{Underneath Twilight Town}

Leah let Xion pull her back, thinking about what Renton had said.

"Soooo, he's not a Wielder?" She thought, but didn't voice.

Once Xion was done pulling, Leah stabbed her large Keyblade into the ground and leaned against it, looking a little drained.

"That stunt was probably better left for later." She murmured to herself.

She looked up to the ceiling, as if watching the sky.

"Are you're friends gonna be alright?" She asked Xion, sounding worried.

She then looked down at Renton with a puzzled look.

"Did you get here by one of those...portal things just popping up?"

{Twilight Town; Forest}

Aeleus nodded his approval.

"Confident." He said. "Good. With any luck, you have the skill or will live long enough to obtain the skill to back up your confidence."

The Silent Hero turned and continued through the woods at a slightly slower pace then before. He also seemed to be trying to be quieter.

"If these programs are hunting down Keyblade wielders, then we will need to make sure that as many survive as possible. Do you want safety or to help?"

A sudden explosion over head caught Aeleus's attention as the battleship Lightning and Zion had crippled fell from the sky. From his vantage point, the ship seemed to be impact somewhere in the town.

"That should keep some heat off us. But keep quick and quiet."

Aeleus looked back to make sure Allitt had understood him to see a laser dot on her head.

"Drop!" He ordered as he stopped, his last step slamming into the ground.

A thick column of stone and earth extended up between Allitt and the unseen shooter. It shattered at head height as a high caliber round smashed into it.

{Above Twilight Town}

The decimated battleship fired a few engines to redirect its path. It managed to get just clear of the town before it met its final demise, impacting the ground at full force. Instead of a traditional fireball, the ENCOM Battleship simply dissolved into tiny cubes which showered the area.

Lightning and Zion's attack did not go unnoticed as several battle ships closed on there position, dropping more ground troops and small fighter craft as they lumbered forward. The first few fighters made it to Zion and Lightning, opening fire when in range.

{Destiny Islands}

Aqua nodded her understanding, and running on old memories, she hit her arm to extend her armor. Nothing happened. She momentarily fumed at herself for forgetting that she just had her Keyblade back, and not her armor.

"You might need to go without-" Aqua began, but paused mid sentence when she noticed a glowing in her off hand.

She dismissed her Keyblade, Stormfall, and replaced it with her Master's Keyblade. Master Keeper remained solid for a second, then disappeared in a orb of light, which engulfed Aqua. A moment later, the orb disapaited, leaving Aqua standing in a copy of Master Eraqus's armor.

"Never mind." She finished. "Let's go."

She resummoned Stormfall and reshaped it into her Keyblade Glider.

"Once we are set up at Twilight Town, I might need some help getting my old armor back." She said, shifting uncomfortably in the not-quiet fitting armor. "This one pinches."

With Aqua following the Guardians, the group took off and took to the stars. Aqua forgot how relaxing it could be to fly through the Lanes Between. It felt good to be back. The trip was perhaps a little too short for Aqua's liking.

{Twilight Town: Orbit}

Aqua and the Guardians entered orbit of Twilight Town, the space between worlds rather calm. Aqua stopped and exclaimed as she realized there were battle ships in the air above the town.

"Are those the same as the ships at Disney Town?" She asked, half knowing the answer already.

{Castle Oblivion}

"I hope it was a nicer place in its normal state." Ansem the Wise commented as he fiddled with some of his equipment. "I have been inside the castle a few times, and it wasn't a pleasant experience."

After another minute of fiddling, Master Ansem moved over to where Noctis had put Elenar and hooked up a device to her chest and to her arm.

"This should keep her well. Barring complications, she should heal complety in a bit."

Ansem backed up and rubbed his eyes.

"I wasn't expecting to wake up to all this. How did it start?"

{Disney Castle}

"Pleased to meet you, Severa." Locke said, with a slight bow of his head. "Most people don't know the threat the Keyblades represent. It is because of the Keyblades that the world suffered a cataclysm that split the worlds up. Now, the same events are happening again. If we don't stop it, who knows what kind of destruction that could be unleashed."

The Head of the Ulthor gave Severa a stern look.

"You still have a long way to go to earn trust. Right now, I'm offering you the chance to earn trust."

{The Castle That Never Was}

(Worry not about length. Write what you can.)

"Accumulate allies, Oswald." Master Xehanort ordered. "The witch Maleficent might be of use. If you are clever, you could even manipulate the allies of Light. The point is, I need you to be ready to hit this new enemy hard at the opportune moment."

The old man gave the Lukcy Rabbit an unpleasant smile as the sounds of battle seemed to be getting closer.

"And I will have strength enough to reward your failure if you prove to be unworthy of this second chance."

Allitt's eyes widened as she ducked. After Aeleus stopped the attack, she got back up. "That was... close." She muttered. Well, if he just saved me, he's probably on my side... I supposed I can trust him. She thought. "I want to help. I'm not going to sit down and be useless for this whole fight, I want to join in. Where do you need me?" She asked.

Renton nodded at Leah. "I assume..." he outstretched his hand towards the girl. "I...I want to make a promise... Its seems we both cant remember our lives.., maybe... we can work together?"

"I am interested to hear that too. It's not everyday that giant ships attack you."Noctis said while leaning on a wall"Ha ha...very funny Nocto." Celas sighed. "Well...after we escaped from the Dark Meridian with you unconscious and Lacuna defeated, we went back to Radiant Garden where Ienzo used one if his machines to send Master Thomas, Tyler and Lacuna back to their own reality..."Noctis noticed a change in the Dark Warrior's speech but chose to ignore it."We were blind...and in our blindness Lacuna made her move. She made us think that you were mortally injured but that was a cover to her true plan.""A complete redirection of healing power into a container using this man's body as a transmitter to later use said stored healing power into herself." said the Prince flatly.Celas stared at him in surprise before nodding."That's...right. In any case she made her way back into her own reality, and with a nice farewell gift from me, that much is true. After all that Elenar and myself choose to help Ienzo to move a machine back to Twilight Town, but before we knew it someone was attacking Aeleus, a Keyblade Wielder and another small man who we later discovered was a pawn of Maleficent. The Witch tried to scares us, but Aeleus managed to make her leave.""There is something bothering you. What is it?"For the second time the young Keyblade Wielder was taken by surprise by the Prince."She said something about a true plan." she said with a slightly annoyed tone. "It's been bothering me ever since. Shortly after that, the ships began their attack and that's how we got into this mess, at least on our side. Who knows what the others are doing."Celas then felt a sudden pain in her chest before covering her mouth with her left hand, she began to cough a few seconds later."Are you alright?" Noctis asked. "That doesn't sound good."The Dark Master stopped coughing and waved her right hand at the Prince before smiling."Health issues." Celas said with a smile. "I'm supposed to rest. Got to rest, the doctor says. Don't worry, we have bigger problems than my health right now."Noctis was sure that the girl in front of him was lying, that much was obvious, but didn't want to make her talk about something uncomfortable."If you say so." he said before looking at Ansem The Wise. "So? What's the plan?"

After a brief hiccup concerning their newly appointed leader, Aqua and the Guardians finally took off. Their mission was simple: Get to a safe haven that wasn't the sacred grounds of Destiny Islands and gather a force large enough to be a real pain in the rear to the new ENCOM armada.

The tranquility of traversing the lanes-between was welcoming to Luna as she let off a painful sigh. The memories of the hasty evacuation from Disney castle were still echoing in her head.

You have to get out of here, now!

...Farewell, Luna. Dad will take good care of you.

Ghost noticed her disturbed look and gently placed a hand on her shoulder. "What's wrong, Luna?"

-----

Outside the Gummi ship, Nightwing Squad was having a jolly old time reminiscing on their adventures when they were active keybladers. They were flying in a square formation around the blue haired woman that they were escorting and almost forgot that she was there save for Raven, who was thankful for having a helmet over his face as he trailed behind the woman, staring and zoning out. Too bad for him though, Kiwi called him out on it. "Hey Raven! Your flying is getting a little sloppy! Enjoying the view back there?" He suddenly snapped back into reality and realized that he was trailing a little too close to Aqua, which he immediately corrected.

"Approaching Twilight Town. Eyes sharps nuggets!" Hawk barked to the team. The sight of several warships made everyone's heart sink a little.

"Are those the same as the ships at Disney Town?"

Hawk heard Kiwi curse under his breath. "Great, just what we needed. Avoid contact, slip into the town. Master Aqua, follow us! Luna, go low and fast and find a hidden area to park that heap of gummi, got it?" The raven haired protector acknowledged over the comms, and it wasn't long before the group landed safely in town. The looming ships above made everyone uneasy as they gathered around Luna's ship. The loading ramp descended, followed by Ghost and the girl as they looked around. Luna's gaze immediately fixated on the distant clock-tower, where not too long ago she was sharing an ice cream with someone special and having another special someone calling her out on it. Sparrow noticed, but disregarded it as they all focused on their immediate objective. "Lets head to the clock tower. We'll hunker down over there."

Severa looked into Locke's ambiguous eyes. It was hard to read this guy. She'd like to stab him and be done with it, but the dozens of guns at the ready suggested that would be a bad idea. Instead, Severa spoke again. "Okay. I'll join up with you guys for now. But I see something I don't like, I get to leave, no questions asked." Severa said, open to the idea of joining, but still not certain what it would mean for her.

Neena continued surveying the area of Disney Castle. No more keybladers to be seen. The Ulthor she'd been commanding had brought that other one under control, and back to a capital ship without further event. Still, he had managed to save at least five other keybladers from a similar fate. She sneered at the thought. Idiot. Why were they so heroic? They could easily bend to the dark and primal calling of their weapon and be done with it, but they still refused to recognize it, and continued to pretend like they're all good and such. Neena wanted to stab each and every one of them.

[i like where this is going...]

Nightwing Squad was on high alert as they slowly made their way to the clock tower with Master Aqua, Luna and Ghost following closely behind them. There were civilians about, so the entire team had no choice but to holster their weapons and walk normally, or at least they tried to. Unfortunately for them, they had that signature slight hunch that normally comes from too much keyblade usage. Raven oddly enough noticed the squad's awkward walking stance. "It feels naked, doesn't it guys?"

"I just want my freaking cookies." Kiwi playfully muttered back.

"Oh sure, you're looking out for the girl scouts for their 'cookies'. Besides, didn't you have like a massive storage at base?" Hawk quipped back, his head on a swivel as they all went into an alleyway that was a known shortcut to the tower. Ghost had taken the liberty of flanking their left as she followed them on the rooftops, looking out for the group as well and noticing that not many people were outside. The scary capital ships that were looming above were the obvious answer as she looked at them, hoping that they haven't spotted them yet.

Despite the recent experiences, the squabble within Nightwing squad was easing the tension and whatever pain Luna was feeling as she listened in. "Yeah! You did!" Raven added, "You filled your entire stopga pod with those boxes of cookies!"

"Oh my god, I remember now! How long has it been?"

"Like years, dude."

"Then only days have passed as far as those cookies are concerned. Sweet yummy deliciousness, I'm coming home!"

"Remember the instructor doing a snap inspection of the pods and-"

"No! He wanted my cookies! That shady kupo got what he deserved!" The entire team started giggling at this point as the base of the clock tower peeked over the horizon.

"Remember how red his face was when we dug him out?! The guy was furious!"

"All I remember was hiding somewhere for the next month until it became a joke!"

With the team snickering to the point of tears and Luna having a really silly grin at the thought, the posse of keybladers finally arrived to the base of the clock tower that also doubled as a tram station. Sparrow immediately called his squad to action. "You know the drill. Perform the ceremony, and lets head inside." After an intricate military drill sequence and a couple spinning dance moves that culminated into a simultaneous 4 man keyblade salute, a section of a wall near a nicely potted mini-pine tree opened up, revealing an unusually ornate and well decorated hallway within. "Lets go!" Sparrow informed, and motioned everyone inside.

{Twilight Town; Forest}

There was a slight twinkle of arrival in Aeleus's eyes as Allitt said she wanted to help. He stamped a foot and a short wall of stone and earth rose to intercept two more shots.

"Then be ready to move fast." He ordered. "I will draw the snipers fire. Find him and keep him from shooting."

With those simple instructions, the Silent Hero took off on a weaving path, throwing up dirt and rocks around him for protection. A targeting laser followed him, it's beam emanating from up in a clump of trees.

{Underneath Twilight Town}

Leah opened her mouth, as if to object to something, but snapped it shut.

"Maybe it's better to play along with that." She thought.

She smiled at Renton and took his offered hand.

"I always like making new friends." She said, cheerfully. "We can get through this together."

{Twilight Town}

Aqua followed the Guardians to their landing zone. The capital ships didn't seem to notice them, but she wasn't too sure she wanted to test that theory. She landed quickly, turning her glider into a blade in a flash. A moment later, her borrowed armor disengaged, leaving her blinking in the light. Following the Guardians's example, Aqua dismissed her Keyblade and just tried to blend in as they made there way to the Clock Tower. The Keyblade Master saw a couple of patrols of ENCOM programs, but they seemed to be bustling towards where the Gummi ship had landed.

"Hope its well hidden." She thought.

As the others managed to relieve some tension with jokes, Aqua was lost in thought. She had no idea where Ven and Terra were, nor her new friends like Sora or Master Ansem were, and it ate at her. She had been stuck in the Dark Realm for so long, unable to help. Now she was back, and she was still no help. She only hoped she could turn that trend around.

She returned to the present when the wall opened up.

"Impressive." She had to admit, following the others in. "How much father to the base?"

{Castle Oblivion}

Ansem the Wise listened patiently to Celas's recounting of events.

"I don't remember much of being in the Dark Meridian." He admitted. "So this...'Lacuna' is...unknown to me."

He paused a moment.

"But I do remember you helping me. Thank you."

Ansem checked a dial on the apparatus he had attached to Elenar.

"We may have to put off dealing with Maleficent till we finish the immediate problem. I recognized the ships. They were more advanced versions of programs I copied from another world. Someone must have found a way to get them out of the computer. Which mean, theoretically, someone could make a near infinite army from the computer. We'll need to shut that down."

{Disney Castle}

Locke's gaze on Severa remained reserved as she accepted his offer.

"Very well." He replied. "First step is to see what you can do. Luckily, we have an excellent simulator on one of our ships. It will also give a chance to meet another person to answer your questions. My colleague, Neena Mors."

The middle aged man made a small gesture and the remaining laser sights were removed and a shuttle was called. Locke watched Severa closely, waiting for her next action.

Zion and Lighting teleported, and...landed right on top of Luna. With a chuckle, Zion turned over and coped a feel from Luna, kissing her with plenty of tongue.

"Hey babe. Nice to see you again." She grinned. Helping Lightning (who had changed into her Miqo'te outfit) up, Zion yanked Luna up and pulled her into a hug.

"Glad you're ok!" She said.

Xion sighed. She just knew...damn Zion.

The area she had made glowed, and a unit of heavily armed soldiers led by a girl in Daisy dukes, a red shirt that ended just above her navel, and carrying two really big magnum pistols. With golden hair and violet eyes, she grinned.

"Someone call the Shopaholic Shooter of the Seventh?" She quipped. "Captain Izzy Summers, reporting for ass kicking."

Xion just facepalmed. "Please, every deity known to man. Please, oh please leave Dillards alone."

"Programs?" Noctis asked. "As in computer programs?"Celas nodded and shrugged at the Prince."Is it that hard to imagine that there is a world inside a computer? The programs inside are just like us."Noctis was amazed, it had been quite a while since his world fell and he was thrown into another one, but every day he learned something new."Am I right to assume that other beings can be digitized and put inside this "world"?" Noctis said while looking at Celas who just slightly nodded. "The energy required for the Digitization process must be massive and that's not taking into account that someone, somewhere out there is giving all of them physical form. And not only humanoid beings but airships as well."The Dark Warrior smiled and patted the Prince on his back before laughing a little."Do not fret over that Nocto. We just need to shut down the source and everything will be alright."Celas then looked the Savage Nymph, before focusing on Ansem The Wise."It would be obvious if they used the digitization laser on the computer room of Radiant Garden so the question would be.""Where are they coming from? If we can find the source we can shut them down." Said Noctis. "Do you have an idea of where they could be hiding?"

{Twilight Town; Forest}There was a slight twinkle of arrival in Aeleus's eyes as Allitt said she wanted to help. He stamped a foot and a short wall of stone and earth rose to intercept two more shots."Then be ready to move fast." He ordered. "I will draw the snipers fire. Find him and keep him from shooting."With those simple instructions, the Silent Hero took off on a weaving path, throwing up dirt and rocks around him for protection. A targeting laser followed him, it's beam emanating from up in a clump of trees.{Underneath Twilight Town}Leah opened her mouth, as if to object to something, but snapped it shut."Maybe it's better to play along with that." She thought.She smiled at Renton and took his offered hand."I always like making new friends." She said, cheerfully. "We can get through this together."{Twilight Town}Aqua followed the Guardians to their landing zone. The Keyblade Master saw a couple of patrols of ENCOM programs, but they seemed to be bustling towards where the Gummi ship had landed."Hope its well hidden." She thought.As the others managed to relieve some tension with jokes, Aqua was lost in thought. She had no idea where Ven and Terra were, nor her new friends like Sora or Master Ansem were, and it ate at her. She had been stuck in the Dark Realm for so long, unable to help. Now she was back, and she was still no help. She only hoped she could turn that trend around.She returned to the present when the wall opened up."Impressive." She had to admit, following the others in. "How much father to the base?"{Castle Oblivion}Ansem the Wise listened patiently to Celas's recounting of events."I don't remember much of being in the Dark Meridian." He admitted. "So this...'Lacuna' is...unknown to me."He paused a moment."But I do remember you helping me. Thank you."Ansem checked a dial on the apparatus he had attached to Elenar."We may have to put off dealing with Maleficent till we finish the immediate problem. I recognized the ships. They were more advanced versions of programs I copied from another world. Someone must have found a way to get them out of the computer. Which mean, theoretically, someone could make a near infinite army from the computer. We'll need to shut that down."{Disney Castle}Locke's gaze on Severa remained reserved as she accepted his offer."Very well." He replied. "First step is to see what you can do. Luckily, we have an excellent simulator on one of our ships. It will also give a chance to meet another person to answer your questions. My colleague, Neena Mors."The middle aged man made a small gesture and the remaining laser sights were removed and a shuttle was called. Locke watched Severa closely, waiting for her next action.

"Got it." Allitt nodded, and followed the laser. She made sure to hide in trees and bushes to ensure that she wasn't caught. It looks like it's coming from this way... She made her way towards where she thought the laser came from, and eventually spotted the sniper. Alright... I just need to make this quick... She fired off a Blizzard spell at the sniper, and followed up by slashing through it. "There goes the sniper." She muttered, and looked back to the battlefield.
