{Disney Castle, exterior}

Even, Somebody of Vexen, moved to follow Severa to engage ENCOM Programs, but yelled out in pain as something hit him from behind. He fell forward, a dart sticking out of his back. More programs crowded around, trying to hem Severa in. A red dot appeared on Severa's chest.

"Drop your weapon and surrender." A voice yelled out from the same direction the laser beam. "Or die here and now. Your choice."

More laser beams aimed at Severa.

{Disney Castle, interior}

Master Aqua took her old Keyblade from Luna. She took in a deep breath and smiled.

"It is good to have this back, thank you." She said, closing her eyes for a moment.

She reopened her eyes and nodded to Luna.

"We had better arrange a way to get wounded in here for us to heal. Maybe a few of the Guardians could-"

"Dilan to all available forces." The former Xaldin said via a wall mounted radio. "Evacuate! Repeat, evacuate! Four more capital ships warping in!"

Aqua gave the wall radio a shocked look.

"What is this?" She hissed and made for the door.

Before she got to it, it exploded inward with Dilan flying backwards and landing in a heap in the infirmary. From the out of the dust and debries, a man in a suit shot in and wrapped an arm around the stunned Aqua's neck, putting a blade to her neck. Four more people in suits came in and pointed various weapons at the Guardians.

"Don't try anything, Keybladers." The one who had Aqua growled. "We of the Ulthor know how to beat your cursed weapons."

In the ensuing silence, there was a metallic ping. The Ulthor agent in the back flipped a coin and caught it. A tallish man with short cut blond hair, goatee and with a number of ear piercings, he noted what it had landed on and put it away. A playing card appeared in his hand and he threw it at the agent holding Aqua captive. As soon as the card hit, the man holding Aqua turned into a card.

{Twilight Town, Old Mansion}

Elenar, formerly Larxene, managed to dodge out of the way of the energy blasts coming in from the digital battle cruise in the sky. Most of the young Keyblade wielders gathered at the old mansion were not so lucky and were thrown by the blast and killed. One lucky Wielder was snatched by Zion and Xion before the duo with their new patient disappeared in a flash of Light. As the smoke cleared, Aeleus (Somebody of Lexaeus) groaned and tried to get up.

Elenar readied herself to added some lightning to Celas's Duel Ragnoraks against the ship, but saw a red dot on the back of Celas's back.

"Look out!" She yelled and jumped in between Celas and where the beam was coming from, erecting a Barrier in the blink of an eye. There was a loud bang and Elenar was thrown back, hitting Celas. The Savage Nymph crumpled to the ground, blood trickling out of the corner of her mouth. For a moment before it faded, there was a neat little hole in Elenar's barrier.

Above, the capital ship rearmed its weapons for kill shots, but was hit by a beam from one of the mansion's 2nd story windows. The ship crackled with energy as its guns started moving erratically.

"Get inside!" Ansem the Wise yelled from the 2nd story window as he tossed out a smoking device he had just coupled together. "It will be back online in seconds!"

Over the the city proper, more capital ships warped in over hand and started landing Program troops, causing panic and confusion from the general populace.

{The Castle That Never Was}

Old Master Xehanort looked over his Organization with pride. He was beginning the final stages of his plan. The puny Lights would not be able to rest dancing to his tune.

"Friends" he called out in his cracked voice. "Soon, all our work will come to fruition, and Kingdom Hearts will be-"

The old man's speech was cut short as a massive explosion shook the castle, tossing some of the 13 Darknesses out of their seats.

"What was that?" Master Xehanort demanded as he pulled himself back into his normal sitting position.

Xigbar teleported back to his chair after he left to see what was going on.

"It's ENCOM ships opening fire on the castle." The one eyed sharpshooter reported. "I thought you said they couldn't come into our world."

Master Xehanort's face hardened.

"My Darknesses, prepare to defend the Castle." He ordered.

{Traverse Town}

Three figures in dark suits stood on top of the Gizmo Shop in Traverse Town, crowding around a small computer they had set up.

"Are you sure the Doctor said this would work?" A tall blond woman with a beauty spot below her left eye asked.

A man with a stubble and glasses rolled his eyes.

"Yes, Helga." He answered. "I was paying attention when the mad genius gave us this."

The color ran out of the man's face as he caught sight of the glare the blond woman was giving him.

"Um, Commander Sinclair." He corrected himself.

Helga Sinclair snorted her contempt and jerked a thumb at the computer.

"Then fire up our remote control monsters and sweep the city for Keyblade Wielders." She ordered." But make sure they keep civilian casualties to a minimum."

The man with glasses nodded and saluted, a poor think to do together, and typed in commands into the computer. When the last key stroke went through, the Gizmo Shop's front door burst open and Heartless Neoshadows with some sort of control collars on them bounded out, there keen senses looking for the strong hearts that Keyblade Wielders had.

{Radiant Garden}

Ienzo, Zexion's true self, finished transferring files and assembling various pieces of equipment he wanted before returning to the Old Mansion in Twilight Town when he heard a loud boom and some commotion outside the castle. Dashing outside, the Cloaked Schemer stopped suddenly when he saw three capital ships hanging over Radiant Garden. To his trained eye, he recognized the pattern of the digital ship.

"How did they get programs out of the computer?" He thought.

Ienzo heard a light laugh from behind him.

"Magnificent, isn't it?" A female voice asked. "Once we found out how to transfer Clu and his troops into our world, we could finally realize your plan. And how beautifully it is working, too."

The Cloaked Schemer turned to face the uniformed woman with glasses, a sly smile on his lips.

"My dear Jihl, did you doubt me?" He asked in a mock hurt tone.

Jihl Nabaat laughed again and stepped forward to place a hand on Ienzo's shoulder.

"The Decolor is grateful for your contribution." She said.

Ienzo's smiled remained, but took on a satisfied look. It was all working like he planned.

{Enchanted Dominion}

Maleificent stormed through her old castle. She felt degraded having to come back here, but a better hide out had not been available. Plus, the Decolor wouldn't try to bother her here on her own world.

She swiped into an inner room she had given over to one of her new allies and found him tending to his patient. King Candy squirmed under his physician's care.

"Easy, my code is sensitive, ya know." He whined.

"Silence!" Maleficent thundered. "It was your own foolishness that lead to your damage. I told you to avoid the heroes."

King Candy fell silent, too scared of the Witch to say anything. The middle aged doctor chuckled slightly as he straightened up and adjusted his glasses.

"Do not worry, m'lady." Doctor Cidolfus Demen Bunansa said in a calming voice. "This digital monarch will make a full recovery with some improvements."

Candy made to say something, but was glared into silence by the Witch. Maleficent looked back to Dr. Cid.

"And the other project?" She demanded.

Dr Cid's amused smile was replaced by a look of almost religious zeal.

"Ah, yes. I believe I have made the break through we required." He answered.

This time, it was Maleficent's turn to smile.

"Show me."

The Archadian scientist bowed and lead the way out of the room.

"The power requirements were astronomical." He explained as he led the way down a corridor. "I had to practically burn out a star to generate the power necessary and a fool would have let that power to burn out the project's systems before fruition,"

The Doctor paused as he placed a hand on a door's handle.

"But I am no fool." He declared and dramatically opened the door.

Inside was a room full of equipment, but was dominated by a giant transparent tube filled with a liquid. Floating inside was a girl off about 14 years of age and multicolored hair. Tubes extended from the top of the tube and into her veins while a breath mask rested over the girl's mouth. A plaque was placed at the base of the tube bearing the inscription "Project Lacuna."

"Our Void Witch is nearly finished." Maleficent said, dark intentions in her eyes.

(*Whew* did you see that, cause I will not be doing that again.)

Ansem the Wise bowed his head at Xion.

"Xion." He greeted. "It is good to see you. I trust Roxas and Namine are well?"

The old scientist looked at Renton and noticed the boy's discomfort.

"Did I know him?" Ansem thought.

"My name is Ansem." He said aloud to answer Renton. "Formerly know as 'the Wise.'"

"Hi!" Leah said brightly, though a little confused why Xion seemed so nervous. "I'm Leah. Glad to meet you, sir."

She craned her neck to see Elenar laying on a surface behind Ansem.

"Who's that?" She asked innocently.

Ansem turned and checked on some of the blinking light on the device strapped to The Savage Nymph's chest.

"This is my patient." He answered. "I...I think her name is Elenar. I'm looking after her for a friend."

"Someone who has been in the enemy hideout." Dilan repeated, looking at Rolud with an expectant look.

The Gambler of Fate rolled his eyes dramatically.

"Do you really think I'd leave something like that out?" He asked in a huffy tone.

"If it meant keeping an ace up your sleeve." The Whirlwinf Lancer retorted.

Rolud smiled briefly at Dilan's use of a gambling metaphor.

"A fair point, but I'm in no position to use a card like that. I was a highly skilled and paid grunt that was told little of the over all straigem. The only people that seemed to know where the important bases were are the Council in charge of the Decolor and maybe the programs themselves, though good luck trying to get it out of those jokers. Could barely get time of day from 'em."

Dilan snorted, indicated he wasn't buying Rolud's lack of knowledge, but wasn't going to press it now. Aeleus remained in a thoughtful silence through the conversation and a few moments afterward before breaking it.

"Any talk of other types of digital constructs entering the worlds from the Decolor's actions?" He asked, his voice still thoughtful.

Rolud rubbed the back of his head as he considered the question.

"Well...i did hear some gossip that the head of the Ulthor, the branch I was part of, got worked up because the chief scientist 'accidentally' let a test subject for there transfer machines escape."

Dilan looked at Rolud sharply, looking slightly shocked. Aeleus noted the action.

"I surmise this scientist is one know to us and is not known for gross negligence?" The Silent Hero asked.

Dilan nodded.

"Rolud told me it was Bunansa." He answered.

The Gambler nodded his confirmation. A slight look of satisfaction crossed Aeleus's face.

"And King Candy, a digital character, just happens to show up. A possible connection."

He thought a moment, then continued.

"Part of our inquiry should include a visit to King Candy, which means Maleficent."

(Well, when it comes to how a character acts and reacts, I would rather follow what the player dictates as it is a pet peev of mine when GM's mess with how my character reacts.)

Aqua had grabbed a towel on the way out of the sparring area and dropped it around her neck as she listened to the briefing. She nodded to Zion when she was introduced.

"We need to learn who is still alive." Aqua put in. "With how they attacked us in the infirmary, I don't think our enemy will shy away from using hostages. We will need to be ready to move in and free them as a larger force attacks."

Dr Cid let out a slight grunt of discomfort as his arm was twisted behind him, but otherwise seemed unperturbed by Neena's actions or threat. His assistant suddenly wasn't there and it was hard to remember whether someone else had been there or not, much less what this person had looked like.

"My dear Miss Mors." He said smoothly. "You seem to forget I am more your equal in rank then underling. If you really want to carry out that threat, you will need the others to approve."

"Let him go, Neena." Locke said as he entered the room. "He's firmly got Nabaat and Clu in his camp. You won't get the votes."

It was hard to tell how Locke felt about what he had said as his eyes watched the other two council members carefully.

"Thank you, Mister Locke." Dr Cid said graciously. "And, Miss Neena, this is a special specimen I need to run tests on. He has displayed abilities I have yet to encounter. Such powers could be useful to the Decolor."

A voice whispered in Nocturne's comatose mind.

"Don't worry, little guardian. You won't be out of the fight for long, though you might not like what comes of that. Chao!"

"Uh..." Allitt spoke up, confused by the adults' conversation. "What exactly are these Decolor things you keep mentioning, anyway? I don't even know what's going on here, I just woke up to some crazy battle." She seemed annoyed. She wanted to know what the heck was happening in her hometown.

"Beach." Zion said. "My vacation home is there, and under it is the Dawn Supergate control room. From there we can raise the gate frommthe ocean and bring in help. Admiral Sarah Aether is waiting with the entire Third Fleet, and soon my personal flagsbip will be here to help. Now, as the gate's charge is low due to a power conduit dying and not replaced, the gate is vulnerable.mwhich means I need help. Whoever can take down entire warships with me. Unfortunaty, if you cant, me and Lightning will do it. But we need help on the ground. So. "If we cant take them down, I can activate the Tsukuyomi Unit and create Absolute Defense Dawnrend, but if I do, I run the risk of dying. Especially if I disengage my limiter. Everyone understand. Comments?"

Xion fell to her kneez, gripping her head. The searing pain was back, and she whimpered.

"This castle...this castle is my birthplace." She said. "It tries to ripmme back into what originally created me. But it cant. Im no longer a puppet! MY MEMORIES ARE MY OWN!" She shouted, doubling over.

She cried. "Why does this castle do this every damn time I come here?"

"The Witch? Ugh...I can't stand her." Said Celas. "But if there is no other option then let's do it."Noctis listened to the conversation with complete interest. A war among different factions through many different worlds, something he found difficult to believe, yet it was happening."So we find this "King Candy" and "Maleficent" first? Sounds good to me."The Dark Warrior punched Noctis' back and nodded."Good job Nocto, you're learning to go with the flow." She said in a mocking tone.It was for a split second, but Celas had another thought."And perhaps when this is over the Witch's words will make some sense."Of course this didn't go unnoticed for the Prince as he glanced at his strange traveling companion.

Renton helps the girl back up. "Are memories... That powerful?" He sat her down on the nearest chair. "So... What do you mean... 'Patients'?"

Guardian 'Nocturne' Zero-Four

................?.........??............???.....

Nocturne suddenly heard a loud, persistent high-pitched whine amidst the sea of black as he once again tried to recover from his short coma. He couldn't feel anything. No semblance of movement, nor vision, nor anything save for his hearing that was now starting to work again. All that he knew was that he existed, and that was basically it. A heartbeat echoed for a moment, then everything faded into silence.

Don't worry, little guardian. You won't be out of the fight for long, though you might not like what comes of that. Ciao!

....???........

The sound of the heartbeat faded back in and was now accompanied by slow, yet loud breathing as he continued to rouse from his comatose slumber. He heard voices, but they sounded like it was coming through a wall made of pillows as he barely managed to decipher the words, but didn't understand any of it, or anything for that matter. "And, Mi-.... ..a, thi- ..... -cial spe-....... - ter. -......powe-......... -ecolor."

Nightwing Squad listened attentively as Aqua and Zion briefed the team on the entire situation, except for Kiwi who only heard the satisfying crunches of himself munching on some Krispy Karamel Kupo Kookies [limited time offer at your local retail store 15 years ago] echoing around him. Fortunately for the clueless veteran, Sparrow recapped all the important details. "Master Aqua has a point. If they are taking captives, then that would explain what's going on with Four. Hawk..." He turned to face the now quiet father. "Hawk... I'm so sorry for saying this but... there's a good chance he's been captured... and... they might use his vital readings to lure us into a trap."

For better or for worse, the mourning father could only whisper his reply. "I know... I know what I have to do..."

"Hey. We'll try to rescue him and bring him back but... if they did something to him..."

".... If he's still around... Don't do anything to hurt him until I'm there and see him for myself."

"Of course, Hawk. He's your son. It's only fair that-... you try to rescue him, and we'll support you all the way."

After patting Hawk on the shoulders, Sparrow continued the recap. "So... Head to the Beach here in Twilight Town, get to your vacation home, get under it, find the controls to this portal, charge it, defend it until it calls in your fleet." The leader glanced at all his squadmates who were looking right back at him and nodded. Knowing his friends all too well, he cracked a grin. "If keeping this a hush-hush operation isn't really that important, we can help take out the airpower if they decide to use it. Our Arrow-rifles can go shoulder cannons if needed be, but mind you that it's a heavy tax on our magic. We'll be able to take out a couple of mid-sized ships, but afterwards you're on your own until we can recover. We don't know any summons, so it looks like you'll have to keep yours handy."

He stood there blinking for a bit as a key piece of Zion's briefing finally clicked in his head, then continued. "Wait... you need to be locked in a room with Five for a while to recharge your energy?" The squad looked at one another, then to Luna. The poor girl was slowly shrinking away from the group as her face turned bright pink. "I-It's... ve-very personal." she managed to sputter. Satisfied with the answer, the team returned their attention to Zion. "Is there anything we can do to help speed up the charging process? Raven here might be able to help with his regenerative magic. If not, then lets get tactical..."

{Twilight Town; Forest}

Dilan and Aeleus gave Rolud a look. The Gambler sighed, then smiled at Allitt.

"The Decolor is a group of people that think all these Keyblades around is dangerous for everyone." He explained. "Most members of the Decolor want to just wipe out all the people who use Keyblades, thus fixing the problem. Since I didn't hear about them back during my time in Organization XIII, I'm betting they are either very new, or very good at covering their tracts. I only heard about them after I got my heart back, when I ran into one of their operatives."

A slight smile lingered on Rolud's face, as if the run in had been pleasurable.

"Where do we find Maleficent?" Dilan asked. "The last time I was aware of her moments, she was looking for a base."

"Then we had best start looking in her old places of power." Aeleus answered.

"Then Radiant Garden should be discounted, for the time being." The Lancer put in. "We repelled a small attack from her not long ago."

Aeleus nodded. Rolud flipped a coin, caught it, then replaced it in a pocket of his suit.

"We should eliminate them chronological." He suggested. "Start at go, as it were."

"She might even have left something of interest in her old castle." Dilan said as way of agreement.

Aeleus gave Allitt a sideways glance before speaking.

"Since we have a native of Twilight Town, we would be remiss in not using her knowledge. We should split up into two teams, one to search for Maleficent and Candy, and the other to stay in twilight town and identify the command structure."

The Silent Hero looked at Allitt again.

"Think you can navigate a team through your town without detection?"

{Twilight Town; Fort Nightingale}

"I'm ready to help defend the gate." Aqua said, pulling the towel from off her neck. "Though I'm going to need a few things first. If someone could take me to where my armor is, I'm going to need it."

She looked at Zion.

"If we are done at the gate before you are done recharging, then we may start some scouting mission to see what's happening in Disney Castle."

{Castle Oblivion}

Leah and Ansem both moved to Xion's side, both showing conern on their faces. Leah opened and closed her mouth a few times before saying something.

"Shouldn't we get out of here, then?" She asked, not sure what else to do.

Ansem held up a hand, in hopes to calm Leah.

"It maybe where you started, but that doesn't mean it is where you belong." He told Xion softly. "Keep thinking of where you belong."

Straightening up, he nodded to Renton.

"Memories are part of what a heart is built upon. You can influence behavior and desires through memory. Even if a memory was absent, there would be a...hole, if you will, where the memory belongs."

He glanced back at Elenar before replying to Renton's other question.

"Just one patient, at this time. She was hit by some sort of projectile. She is stable, but not waking up and magical cures are having minimal effect. I am beginning to wonder if some sort of poison was used."

Nocturne's thoughts faded in and out focus as a spark of Nothingness bounced around his brain, altering thought pathways and a few brain chemicals. It didn't erase anything, as that wouldn't be fun.

A figure materialized outside the ship, cursing silently about almost getting caught. A glint of teeth marked a mad grin.

"My entrance will need to be a bigger bang then that." A voice said softly.

While the former Organization XIII members were talking about spliting up, Celas was lost in thought."So, either the Decolor were just waiting for all of us to exterminate among ourselves or they just surfaced out of nowhere. I mean...it's not like everyone out there likes either kind of Keyblade Wielders, but for a group of that size to come out of nowhere is highly improbable."Noctis watched as his companion changed her facial expressions every few seconds."You should stop worrying for such trivial things."The Dark Warrior snapped back to reality when she heard the Prince."What? What do you mean?" She said with some annoyance in her tone. "Do you think it is a trivial thing that a group of idiots are trying to kill us only because we are able to wield the Keyblade?"Noctis shook his head and put his hand on Celas' head before he moved down to be face to face with the young Keyblade Wielder."What I meant was that you shouldn't worry about people not liking Keyblades or its wielders." Noctis said.Celas on the other hand was surprised. The man in front of her, that tall man, that was looking directly into her eyes with a calm look managed to once again read her like an open book. Once the Dark Master realized what was going on she slapped the Prince's hand away, and stepped back."Don't do that again." She said. "We need to focus on our mission.""Maleficent?" Asked Noctis."Yeah. What Aeleus said is correct, we need to look in Maleficent's old places. The Enchanted Dominion is her original world, so that would be the first choice I guess.""But?" The Prince stared at Celas with a raised eyebrow."But she also mentioned that she wanted to claim the Castle that belonged to the Organization." Celas sighed and shrugged. "In any case...I won't stay here, I'm going after the Witch and that annoying King AND you're coming with me Nocto."

Renton wangled over to the patient. He observed her. "You...you're kind of like me, then..." He looked at her. "If I could help you in any way..." He outstretched his hand.

Neena released Cid with a sigh. She could have sworn she had gone after that assistant... But whatever. Wait, when had she seen an assistant? No, she needed to focus right now. Neena looked at the doctor. "I understand that his abilities would be helpful, but his information would be more so. There will be time for your experiments after we get the intel out of him. Also, you couldn't, oh I don't know, ask for permission before experimenting on MY prisoner, on MY ship." The assassin said, clearly stressed and unhappy. She hated this side of the Decolor. Desk politics, infighting. She just wanted to kill some keyblade wielders. Severa raised her hand.

"So if you're all done being pissed at each other, could you give me, like something to do, or like a tour? Anything?" She said, her attitude quite clearly showing. Neena looked at the girl with the bright red hair, but she couldn't think of anything. Maybe Locke would have an idea. Or even better, Cid would take her somewhere. Two problems would be dealt with then.

Zion sighed. "I'll be recharged before we make the beach. The gate is what the charging needs more, and it won't be quick. Hope you can find your armor soon.

Xion started thinking, and soon began to stand. "Thanks..."she murmured. "I hate this place."

{Twilight Town; Fort Nightingale}"I'm ready to help defend the gate." Aqua said, pulling the towel from off her neck. "Though I'm going to need a few things first. If someone could take me to where my armor is, I'm going to need it."She looked at Zion."If we are done at the gate before you are done recharging, then we may start some scouting mission to see what's happening in Disney Castle."

Nocturne's thoughts faded in and out focus as a spark of Nothingness bounced around his brain, altering thought pathways and a few brain chemicals. It didn't erase anything, as that wouldn't be fun.A figure materialized outside the ship, cursing silently about almost getting caught. A glint of teeth marked a mad grin."My entrance will need to be a bigger bang then that." A voice said softly.

Guardian Zero-Four 'Nocturne'

.........

........Training, kid... remember your training....

With a jolt and a gasp, Nocturne awoke in his cell and quickly realized that he was restrained on all four limbs. His head still feeling numb, he slowly turned his head to his left, saw his restrained arm and formed a fist with his hand, then repeated the procedure as he looked off to his right. After checking that his arms were in fact still there, the headache became rather unbearable to the stoic protector as looked down to his feet. "Where... Where am I?"

Nightwing Squad was visibly confused and puzzled, confuzzled, as Aqua asked where her armor was. "Shouldn't it be... On you?" Hawk piped up, "Unless you've really been skimping on protection. Now that's a no-no, dearie."

"Guys?" Raven suddenly noticed, "She has a point. Look... No armor piece is on her."

"I knew you would be checking her out, man!" Kiwi jokingly remarked, "But this is disturbing. What happened back in the castle infirmary shortly before being evacuated by one of our own?"

Sparrow was the most visibly disturbed as his left eye twitched, then suddenly snapped. "For the love of Kupo, this is the last thing I need happening. Zero-Five!"

Luna flinched as she held her hands together in front of her, shaking rather nervously. "Y-y-yes, sir?"

"You were in the infirmary during zero hour. Do you remember what happened to her armor?"

"I... um... It's uh..."

"Think, Five... We really need the intel right now."

"Uh... I... I arrived into th-the infirmary to deliver her k-ke-keyblade." She held her head as she shook it, the stress of being the complete center of attention of the squad overwhelming her as she started to whimper. Ghost immediately hugged the frightened girl as she whispered soothing words to calm her down. Unfortunately, Sparrow made a scene and punched a nearby metal desk, putting a sizable dent on the surface and making Raven and Hawk genuinely scared of their leader as he growled to no one in particular. "I can't believe we forgot about this."

Raven gulped as he took a deep breath. "S-sir? Don't we have an armory?"

Sparrow's eyes narrowed as he addressed his medic with a seething rage that was unseen since the keyblade war some time ago. "We got traditional weapons, not armor!" He took a deep breath, then sighed as his fist tightened on the desk. "This is gonna make our jobs so much harder. We'll have to split up and stretch ourselves really thin if we can't find it. Two on point defense, two as support for Master Aqua here. Raven. Hawk. Your're on Vanguard duties. Kiwi, with me on securing the beach-house. Luna, go Honor if you have to and assist Zion as necessary. Ghost, stick with Aqua and do what you can do to help."

"Sir? Are you ok?"

"We're screwing up more than we should, and with keybladers like us being threatened by this enemy, you'll have to forgive me for being a little fiery right now..."

".... Well... Zion said she'll be recharged before making it to the beach house. Me and Hawk will stay here. You go ahead with Kiwi and execute this operation. Deal?"

"Deal. Guardians, move!"

Ghost, Raven, and Hawk stayed put while Kiwi, after praying to the god of buttery yumminess that was Kupo Kookies as he took another bite of a cookie, followed Sparrow as they went into the elevator and saluted the group as the doors closed.

"He usually never gets angry like that" Raven breathed a sigh of relief as he went over to comfort Luna who had buried her face into Zion's bosom. "The last time he did was during the war when we were against practically impossible odds. Things must be really bad for him to snap like that. Master Aqua, when do you remember last using your armor?"

Rolud watched Celas and Noctis with an amused expression on his face.

"Been together long?" He asked, grinning slightly.

Dilan gave the Gambler a disapproving look, then transferred his gaze to Aeleus.

"Your hunch, your lead." The Whirlwind Lancer said.

He jerked a thumb at Celas and Noctis.

"Those two seem ready to follow you. Rolud and I will follow our young friend and see what we can find here."

Aeleus nodded.

"Good luck, Allitt." He told the young Keyblade Wielder before turning around and opening a dark corridor.

"Coming?" The Silent Hero asked Celas and Noctis before stepping through the portal.

Rolud elbowed Allitt.

"What do you say, kid?" He asked. "Your knowledge of the city and my familiarity with enemy command structure?"

{Twilight Town; Fort Nightingale}

Aqua grimaced at the fuss that was kicked up by her asking about her armor. It might have been better to forget it.

"The last time I used it was the last time I had my old Keyblade before you returned it to me." She answered Luna. "I sent my armor and Keyblade to get Terra out of the darkness. Where ever you found my Keyblade, my armor shouldn't be too far from there."

{Castle Oblivion}

Renton's outstretched hand was grabbed by the prone Elenar, who gave him a slight electrical jolt. A dagger appeared in her hand and she pointed it at Renton.

"You got one chance to convince me not to skewer your eyeball." The Savage Nymph challenged, her voice weak, but her eyes blazing.

Ansem the Wise whirled around when he heard his patient's voice.

"Calm down, you can't afford that kind of energy use." He told her, swiftly striding to her side and placing a hand on her hand with the dagger. "You are still weak."

Elenar glared up at Ansem, then paused as she recognized him.

"I thought you were comatose." She said hoarsely.

"I got better." The old scientist replied. "I awoke a minute or so before the attack that you were injured in. Your friend, Celas, saved your life."

Elenar's eyes widened slightly.

"Where is Celas?" She asked, a little concern in her voice.

"She went off to find the people behind this."

Celas lowered her head back to the table, then chuckled.

"Damn, she's not going to leave anybody for me."

Ansem nodded as he checked the lights on Elenar's chest rig, then turned to Renton.

"You alright?" He asked.

Leah watched what went on with Ansem, Renton and Elenar with a bit of bewilderment. This was all really out of her league. At least, she hoped it was. She looked at Xion and took in a deep breath.

"If you feel so bad here, we can just leave." She offered. "Renton, any feeling of another portal coming?"

{Disney Castle}

"I would enjoy a tour as well." A voice from the corridor outside commented.

Ienzo stepped into the cell and smiled.

"I must say, I'm impressed with how well you have executed the plan." He said, conversationally. "My simulations encountered more problems, but then again, I hadn't factored in ENCOM troops and ships."

Behind the Cloaked Schemer, Jihl Nabaat looked in and smiled at the others. Locke gave Ienzo a quick look over, then nodded.

"So, you decided to accept our invitation to the council?" He asked in a neutral tone.

He shared a glance with Neena, indicating that having Ienzo around might level the playing field with Dr. Cid.

"Indeed." The Cloaked Schemer said with a nod. "But let's discuss that later. Myself and Severa have a tour to go on and you have a prisoner to interrogate."

Dr Cid and Locke turned to see that Nocture was awake.

"This way." Jihl said pleasantly, before starting down the corridor for Severa and Neena to follow.

(Riku, choose the place that would suit Elenar)

He looked over, and a portal opend. Inside, a faint voice could be heard... The sound of Celias...

Celas glanced at the Gambler but did not reply to his comment."Coming?" The Silent Hero asked before stepping through the portal."Well? Are you coming or are you going to keep doing that serious face?" Asked Noctis before walking into the portal.Celas sighed and looked once again at the Gambler."That was not funny:" She said before following the Silent Hero and the Prince.

[Disney Castle: ENCOM Holding Cell]

Guardian Zero-Four was quickly regaining his bearings as he assessed his current situation: Disoriented, confused, lost, restrained, and yet, felt at ease with the whole thing as the pristine, empty holding cell was the perfect place to put a trained-to-be-lonely defender. "Arms... check..." he mumbled, forming a fist with his hands before curling his toes underneath his armor. "Legs... check. Vitals feel ok." He took a deep breath, and started his last self-check up: Reciting his Oath. As he thought of the words to say, an unusual headache quickly stopped him from going past the first line. "What the?"

[Twilight Town, Market Street]

Sparrow and Kiwi emerged from a hidden trapdoor in an undisclosed shop in the main shopping district of town. It was one of many that were connected by hidden underground tunnels that snaked all over the city for covert entry and exit of the training Fort. After making sure the owners weren't around, un-summoning their keyblade armor and wearing their civilian attire, they successfully sneaked out of the building. Both Guards took a good look at their surroundings, trying their best to find anything out of the ordinary before concluding that no one was actively looking for them. Kiwi looked up into the sky and gulped as he was the ENCOM warships hovering silently above in the distance, the sheer size and presence unsettling the usually light-hearted squad member as Sparrow brought him back into the here and now as he tapped the man on his shoulder. "C'mon. Lets head to the beach." Their tac-pads beeped under their long trenchcoats, and both men pulled up their sleeves to see what the new message was. "Five just sent us the location of that girl's house" Kiwi remarked, "at least we know where to look now."

"Scope out the place and see if anyone is actively guarding the area. You know what to do."

"Dude. You know how much I love plain-clothes recon and strike operations. Lead the way, man."

The two men slowly made their way to the beachfront, walking near each other but spaced far enough so that no one would suspect that they were together as they blended in with the crowd.

[underneath Twilight Town. Fort Nightingale]

Raven and Hawk were busy shutting down the base, keeping the vital computers operational as they went through a well rehearsed procedure. "Can't risk detection by these machines," Hawk grumbled out loud, "I gotta admit, our whole secretive nature is really fun on paper, but such a hassle to execute on the field."

"Tell me about it," Raven added, "By the way, it looks like Sparrow and Kiwi are making their way to the beach. Shutting down cameras, now. Primary generator, shutting down in 2 minutes."

Surprisingly, Luna approached the two men as they were finalizing their operations. After sending the location of Zion's house to the two old guards topside, she turned and whispered something to the remaining two, her face completely flushed red as the two men then nodded. "Ok, Luna. We'll delay the shutdown for another hour." She smiled, then quickly grabbed Zion's arm before scurrying off to the dorm section of the underground base....

Hawk turned to the rest of the group, now consisting of Aqua, Ghost, and Raven. "I guess Five forgot to show something to Zion. Anyways, if we're finished here, we should head to the surface and assist the others in securing that beach-house. Lets move!"

{Twilight Town; Forest}Dilan and Aeleus gave Rolud a look. The Gambler sighed, then smiled at Allitt."The Decolor is a group of people that think all these Keyblades around is dangerous for everyone." He explained. "Most members of the Decolor want to just wipe out all the people who use Keyblades, thus fixing the problem. Since I didn't hear about them back during my time in Organization XIII, I'm betting they are either very new, or very good at covering their tracts. I only heard about them after I got my heart back, when I ran into one of their operatives."A slight smile lingered on Rolud's face, as if the run in had been pleasurable."Where do we find Maleficent?" Dilan asked. "The last time I was aware of her moments, she was looking for a base.""Then we had best start looking in her old places of power." Aeleus answered."Then Radiant Garden should be discounted, for the time being." The Lancer put in. "We repelled a small attack from her not long ago."Aeleus nodded. Rolud flipped a coin, caught it, then replaced it in a pocket of his suit."We should eliminate them chronological." He suggested. "Start at go, as it were.""She might even have left something of interest in her old castle." Dilan said as way of agreement.Aeleus gave Allitt a sideways glance before speaking."Since we have a native of Twilight Town, we would be remiss in not using her knowledge. We should split up into two teams, one to search for Maleficent and Candy, and the other to stay in twilight town and identify the command structure."The Silent Hero looked at Allitt again."Think you can navigate a team through your town without detection?"{Twilight Town; Fort Nightingale}"I'm ready to help defend the gate." Aqua said, pulling the towel from off her neck. "Though I'm going to need a few things first. Leah opened and closed her mouth a few times before saying something."Shouldn't we get out of here, then?" She asked, not sure what else to do.Ansem held up a hand, in hopes to calm Leah."It maybe where you started, but that doesn't mean it is where you belong." He told Xion softly. "Keep thinking of where you belong."Straightening up, he nodded to Renton."Memories are part of what a heart is built upon. You can influence behavior and desires through memory. Even if a memory was absent, there would be a...hole, if you will, where the memory belongs."He glanced back at Elenar before replying to Renton's other question."Just one patient, at this time.

It didn't erase anything, as that wouldn't be fun.A figure materialized outside the ship, cursing silently about almost getting caught. A glint of teeth marked a mad grin."My entrance will need to be a bigger bang then that." A voice said softly.

Wait, they want to eliminate all Keyblade wielders...? How stupid are they? Us Keyblade wielders are here to protect the worlds, not to ruin them... Allit decided to keep her thoughts to herself. She smirked in response to Aelus' question. "Of course I can, sir."

Neena nodded as Jihl and Ienzo came in. She had caught Locke's look. Ienzo would definitely even the odds, as long as he sided with them. Severa smiled slightly as well, welcoming the fact that she could get away from the holding area. She had a bad feeling about how thing would go down soon. Severa welcomed the opportunity, quickly following behind Jihl, making their way back into the main way of the ship. Neena looked back to the prisoner, noticing that he was fully awake, if a little disoriented.

"You're in a cell, in a large Decolor ship." Neena said, answering the prisoner's question. "And if you don't mind, we have a few questions for you. Specifically regarding who exactly you are. And, if you cooperate with us, it's likely we'll let you go." She said, straight-up lying for the last part, but keeping her expression as neutral as possible. He'd be disoriented, confused, not likely to pick up on her bluff.

Ansem the Wise eyed the portal suspiciously.

"Who formed that?" He asked.

Leah pointed to Renton.

"That keep popping up around him." She said.

Elenar lifted her head as she peered at the portal. Did she hear Celas's voice?

"Odd." Ansem commented.

Leah scooted up to it and tried to peer through.

"I wonder where this leads." She said, before grinning to the others and jumping through.

Elenar started to laugh, though it quickly turned into a cough.

"And I thought the kid Sora needed help in the brains department." She said after her coughing fit was over. "Come on, we should probably help her out."

Elenar tried to push herself up, but ended up crashing back down, groaning in pain.

"You aren't going anywhere." Ansem admonished. "You are still too weak to even move someplace safe, much less an unknown location."

Elenar glared at the old scientist, but didn't look to have strength for anything much else. Ansem looked at Xion.

"Xion, I would suggest going. Elenar and myself should be save enough here. If you find someplace safer, send someone back to tell me."

The old man's eyes moved to Renton, and studied him for a moment before speaking again.

"And you, young man....good luck. If you ever want help, I'll do what I can."

{Enchanted Dominion; Outside Maleficent's Castle}

Aeleus exited the portal at a stumble. The transit had been bumpy, even for a frequent user of the corridors of Darkness. He turned around to study the portal, but was interrupted by Leah who came flying out of the portal and into Aeleus. The Silent Hero stayed perfectly still as the small girl crashed into him, though he quickly put his arms out to catch her.

"Sorry!" She said, then looked up at him. "Hey, have I met you before?"

Aeleus side stepped to make sure he wasn't in the path of the portal.

"And where did you come from?" The Silent Hero asked, arching an eyebrow.

"Well, my friend seems to be having these portals popping up around him," Leah explained, "and I figure that if we follow them long enough, they'll lead to answers, right?"

Putting Leag down, Aeleus frowned.

"Considering his portal appears to have intersected with mine, your chances of finding answers are lessening."

Celas and Noctis exited the portal near Aeleus and Leah.

"We may have more new comers incoming." The silent hero warned them dryly.

{Twilight Town; Forest}

Dilan grinned slightly at Allitt's response.

"Excellent." He said. "Then let's get going. We have some recon to do before we can pick our targets."

"And who knows?" Rolud added. "We might get lucky and stumble on something to smash. We'll follow your lead, my dear."

{Twilight Town; Fort Nightingale}

Aqua considered a moment, then nodded. Speed was necessary now.

"Right behind you." She said, steeling herself to go out in the light again.

She, Ghost, Raven, and Hawk exited the Fort through the same shop as Sparrow and Kiwi used. They carefully stalked through the back allies, doing there best to avoid patrols starting up. Aqua almost walked into one, but was pulled back just in time by one of the Guardians. After some starts and stops, the group made it within sight of Zion's beach house. More patrols, both by foot and aerial, were seen. The citizens of Twilight Town looked at the black garbed soldiers with fear, but there seemed to be no active conflict between the soldier programs and the civilians.

"Okay, what now?" Aqua asked, squinting in the light. "Do you think we can try to blind in?"

{Disney Castle; Decolor Holding Cell}

Locke nodded to Ienzo, Jihl and Severa as they left, then shut e door behind them. He took up a position beside the door, but said nothing. He trusted Neena's abilities as an interrogator, so merely stayed to observe and jump in as aid, if she signaled him.

{Disney Castle; Decolor Ship Tour}

"Let's start with the control center, shall we?" Jihl suggested smoothly as she lead Ienzo and Severa.

"Sounds excellent." The Cloaked Schemer responded. "I have often wished to study capital class space vessels, but usual lakes the time and opportunity."

Nabaat smiled sweetly to Ienzo, but said nothing. As the sightseeing group past a door, it opened and two guards came out and followed them at a respectful distance.

"So, Severa, how long have you been in our little group?" Ienzo asked casually.

"For the love of darkness, I AM NOT SHORT!" Celas yelled once she stepped out of the portal. "You're just too tall."Noctis sighed, the girl next to him was so stubborn for her own good, he looked at the Dark Warrior before noticing the Silent Hero and the newcomer."We may have more new comers incoming." Aeleus said."Is that so?" Asked Noctis. "I hope this proves useful in the long term of this mission."Celas on the other hand was looking at Leah and then back at the portal."How interesting." She thought. "It appears that another portal got linked with ours, but...from where?"

Zion was suddenly right beside the Guardians, hair unkept, a fresh hickey on her neck, and trying to smooth her clothes out. She looked a bit shy, trying to get her hair to cover her hickey. Luna with her, Zion looked at the others.

"If you had waited, I could have teleported us here." She said. Attempt to fix her hair, she winced. "Ow Luna. I know you missed me, but did you have to bite me so hard?" She sighed.

"And why are you guys waiting? If the house isn't locked down, it's good to go."

Zion walked right in. The spacious beach house was furnished like a tiki cabana, and a spacious bed dominated the main bedroom, which was where Zion went. She flashed her wings out.

"The Dawn is threatened."

The bed was lifted, revealing a staircase. "Alright. Follow me."

[Disney Castle. Decolor Holding Cell]

With the dizziness finally wearing off, Nocturne was unfortunately finally able to think straight as Neena started to ask some very sensitive questions. "You're in a cell, in a large Decolor ship." She stated rather obviously. Decolor? He drew a blank, not remembering anything about that kind of name in the digital dossier catalogs he used to access in his spare time.  "And if you don't mind, we have a few questions for you. Specifically regarding who exactly you are. And, if you cooperate with us, it's likely we'll let you go."

Judging by how the restraining cuffs here don't have an obvious unlock feature, I find this highly unlikely. He eyed the cuffs on him, and wished that there was some slack in the chain so breaking out was a realistic option. Unfortunately for him, they thought that through. I'd rather be gone than captured. End it. "So... Why do you want to know more about me?"

[Twilight Town: The Beach]

"You were never trained in stealth operations, right master?" Raven quietly asked the blue-haired woman as he gently pulled her back from blowing their cover. "Don't worry, we'll take care of that for you. Just follow us." Both old Guards had thankfully silenced their commlinks that were on their arms as their earpiece instead cackled into life for the first time in decades. "Secret squirrel to Guards," they heard Kiwi whispering in the electronic in-ear speaker, "BOLO several numb nuts and civies in the area around the house. Bogeys are around the place as well."

"Gotcha," Raven mumbled back to a mic that was just underneath the lapel of his trenchcoat, "We're nearing the location now. Might need to set off some fireworks. Gunbunnys up?"

"Can do. I'll have to FRAGO but give the word." Sparrow interjected over the comms.

"Okay, what now?" they heard Aqua asked, "Do you think we can try to blend in?"

With the situation painted out for Raven and Hawk, both men quietly informed the rest of the pack as they watched the house. "A lot of enemies are watching the place. Several aerial units are watching as well. Watch for their patrol patterns, and sneak in behind them. There's a blind spot near the front entrance, so go for that. If needed be, Sparrow and Kiwi can create a distraction."

It was at that moment Zion popped into the scene along with Luna, her hair a little more ruffled than they last remembered and a sheepish grin on her face, but obviously very happy and yet somewhat embarrassed about something. "If you had waited, I could have teleported us here. Ow Luna. I know you missed me, but did you have to bite me so hard? And why are you guys waiting? If the house isn't locked down, it's good to go."

"Your compound is under watch by the enemy. We'll have to sneak through." Raven quietly informed the blond girl. Miraculously, the group managed to enter the beach house undetected. "Take up positions" Raven quietly told Hawk as they moved within the house to establish security. Meanwhile, Zion had motioned the others to come with her.  "Alright. Follow me." Luna and Ghost nodded, then started descending the staircase.

Renton nodded. He walked up to Elanar, And picked her up. He wanted to help her...

In a flash, a memory came running back, green energy went into elenar...

"Focus your energy..." The voice said. "Let it flow throughout your veins, and into your target..."

Elenar would start to feel better and better... Somehow, Renton knew that.

For he now the name of that technique...

{Castle Oblivion}

Ansem the Wise started to object as Renton began his healing. Elenar arched her back and made a groaning sound as the healing magic ran through her. A moment later, she relaxed, now breathing normally. The Savage Nymph sat up and took a deep breath.

"Well, that went well." She commented as she started taking off the chest rig Ansem had made for her.

"Hold on." The old man objected. "It would be best to run tests to make sure-"

"Hey, I'm good." Elenar interrupted. "Who ever this kid is, he's good."

She looked at Renton and gave him a reluctant nod.

"Now, I'm gonna go join the fun. Thanks for the help, doc."

Elenar tossed the chest rig aside and got up on her feet. She stood unsteadily for a moment, then started walking.

"You coming, puppet?" She asked Xion as she stepped through the portal.

{Enchanted Dominion}

Leah gave a small nervous laugh at Noctis's comment, hoping the same thing. Aeleus eyed her. She did look familiar from somewhere.

"Where did you come from?" He asked, sternly.

"Well..." Leah began, as she started twisting her little finger on her left hand. "I was at a place called Castle Oblivion with my new friends, Renton and Xion. Oh, and that old guy, Ansem and his patient, Elenar."

Aeleus raised his eyebrows i slight surprise.

"So, you're the one Xion and Zion managed to grab during the attack." He said.

He eyed the portal.

"Are the others coming?"

"Um, I think so."

On que, Elenar exited the portal a little unsteadily. She looked around and smiled at Celas.

"Hey, fancy meeting you here."

{Twilight Town; Beach}

Aqua looked at Zion strangely. What had she and Luna been doing? Biting each other? The Keyblade Master pushed these bewildering questions aside and followed the Guardians lead. She felt a little relieved as she made it inside, out of the bright light. That still worried her, but she still hoped it would get better with time.

Aqua was about to follow Zion down the secret passage when the house shook with an explosion.

"Wielders!" A voice over a loud speaker bellowed. "Come out and surrender, or you will face derezzalution."

"Blast!" Aqua swore. "Move fast!"

{Twilight Town}

Izzy's team managed to down a dozen programs before they started making for cover. With civilians panicking all around, it was hard to get clear shots. Shouted commands the sniper team could over hear sounded like the Programs were now starting to close in on them.

Xion stumbled through the portal. "I'm no pupppet, Elenar. Do not call me that."

Zion pressed buttons like a madman. Soon the screen went green.

"It's rising. Okay, lets go people." She smirked. This would be kinda fun.

"You always have the craziest plans."

Lightning was in the far corner. She detached herself from the wall and made her way to Zion. "You ready to fight?"

"As always." Zion said. The golden haired master turned to the others. "Alright. Lets go out, hands up, and assess the situation. Once the gate has reached the surface, start breaking stuff. Lightning and I will take out battleships while you guys cover the ground. Got it?"

Izzy cursed. "Distraction done, run and gun!" And so they began running.
