In Marvel: Ultimate Alliance he was voiced by Quinton Flynn, and in Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2, he was voiced by Ben Diskin.

 

AKA Axel and Young Xehanort, respectively. AND I DIDN'T FIND OUT UNTIL JUST NOW

    no, Drake Bell voices USM not Jesse

    though Drake Bell sounds really similar to Jesse in USM

    And Spiderman in the 90s animated series was voiced by Rino Romano, who voiced Batman in The Batman.
