So in an interview he said something like this

 

Justin: Oh, you know it's so funny; right after I heard the announcement (refering toKingdom Hearts 3), I had talked to my agent and just said, "Look, are we getting in on this and everything?"

But they're still developing this, you guys already know. They haven't done any casting yet, So I don't think it'll be for a while before I hear when we're going to record. I think they do the Japanese voice actors first?

The title should be: Hayner WILL return. We can assume Twilight Town will be in KH3 (since it was in the E3 and the D23 trailer) so...if there's Twilight Town, there's Hayner.

I hope so. I'm infinitely more excited for a Twilight Town return than of any other character.

This is so weird, I was thinking about Twilight Town music and thought I might see Hayner again
