March 16, 201411 yr You're forgetting Red Eyes (or whatever the fake name is for that one Heartless in the Final Mix version). Besides, aside from that, Terranort is the only "true" final boss, since he is the last guy you fight in the Final Episode.

Terra-Xehanort is the final boss in Birth by Sleep. Red Eyes is the final boss in Birth by Sleep Final Mix.
March 16, 201411 yr Well if you talk about regular BBS it's Terranort for Aqua and if it's about Final Mix then obviously the red eyed Heartless, again for Aqua. Poor Terra and Ventus don't get any TRUE final boss

March 16, 201411 yr Terra-Xehanort is the final boss of BbS. Why is Maleficent on the list? Terra-Xehanort is the final boss in Birth by Sleep. Red Eyes is the final boss in Birth by Sleep Final Mix. I'd say Red Eyes is an optional boss rather than a final boss. That entire last scenario is optional much like the battles against Vanitas' Remnant and Mysterious Figure.

March 18, 201411 yr Yeah, I'm gonna have to go with Terranort, simply cause Red Eyes is only available in the Final Mix version, and is more or less optional anyway, seeing as you don't absolutely have to do it. The game itself says that the true ending is Final Episode, so to get to that true ending... you have to beat Terranort.
