Keyblade Academy

 

Indy made his way through the academy halls, glancing around at the rooms he passed by. I was told to meet with a teacher in the Gummi hangar... They said that there would be other students, too. What's so urgent that they'd call a few of us there? Is there something going on in other worlds...? Maybe they even have a mission for us... I've always wanted the opportunity to leave Radiant Garden, anyway... He thought to himself as he moved along, pondering what it is that he was ordered to meet there for.

 

He eventually reached the room, noticing that it was empty. "Hm... Well, I did try to get here early, anyway." He muttered, leaning against a wall. He appeared calm, but his mind was racing. Will I get to visit other worlds? Who else will I be with? Will I have a chance to see Allitt again...? He drifted into deep thought, not taking notice of his surroundings...

 

(And yes, the other students all received the orders, too.)

(Next time, keep the rock discussions on the signup thread or something. Or heck, leave it on chat.)

(Also, riku and Yuffie haven't replied today either.)

 

"Roger." Joel quickly took his seat, eager for the gang to be on their way. I wonder if we'll see an actual dragon... he thought. That would be cool!

Raidyn / Toshi

 

"Come on, come on, we gotta go!" Raidyn said, slightly hopping in his seat as he waited for the others to arrive.

 

"R-Raidyn, we have to be patient," Toshi said, Raidyn's energy making her nervous.

 

"I know, I know, but still! Not only are we going to a new world, but we're gonna meet some of Old Man Sora's friends, like Mulan and Mushu! And they'll probably be able to help us on our mission too! It's so exciting!" Raidyn exclaimed back.

(Sorry about all that. From what I have gathered, it's revealed that the prisoner is Allitt, the gang has some pizza, and now we're about to head for China The Land of Dragons, once everyone gets back on the ship.)

Rei plugged her guitar in.

"Okay Allitt. Enjoy Walking on Light's new single - Supernova."

 

And thus began the one woman rock concert.

(Okay... Since Spider hasn't been on today, I'm going to go ahead and move him over. He wouldn't really have much to post, anyway.)

 

As everyone except for Ghost and Rei entered the ship, Indy was greeted by a transmission from Striker again. "Um... Right." Despite being a bit of a nerd at the academy, he was practically clueless when it came to Gummi Ship protocol. "We've got everyone except for Ghost and Rei over here. I'd assume you sent them off here, too." He responded to Striker's question. "Once we get them over here, we're moving on." He paused for a moment, trying to think of another thing to say. "Um... Good luck with the prisoner. Over." He scratched his head, feeling bad for leaving his sister to Striker. He went back into the ship's hold, trying to find the other passengers. "Alright everyone. Get in your seats or whatever, and prepare to move on. I don't know if anyone else is coming up here in the cockpit, but if they plan to... Well, you'd better hurry." He made his way back to his seat.

 

Rei plugged her guitar in.

"Okay Allitt. Enjoy Walking on Light's new single - Supernova."

 

And thus began the one woman rock concert.

[Gummi Ship Overwatch, Cockpit]

 

Hearing Indy's reply over the radio, Striker noticed that his voice was tinged with fear and apprehension. He sighed, then reached for the mic again. "Solid copy, Indy. I'll be careful with your sister. Over n' out." He sat down at the main pilot seat and checked the rear-view mirror, readjusting it this time so he could see the heavily tied Allitt secured in the corner of the cockpit. Hearing Rei's concert solo, the instructor decided to pass his time by glancing over at the pizza Brooklyn offered to him. The steam from the piping hot pizza condensed onto the glass interior, and it took him quite a bit of skill to open the lid without making the pizza all soggy and icky. He took a bite out of the slice and was surprised by the taste of it. Not bad... A bit light on the rosemary though, but still... 

 

Ghost was smiling as Rei was doing her performance, and as soon as the girl was finished, he quickly grabbed her gear and dragged her out of the Overwatch. "Sorry dear, but Striker needs to deliver the prisoner back to the Masters." Just as they were at the ramp of the Highwind, the student looked back just in time to see the Overwatch take to the skies, then heard a loud boom as the ship quickly jumped into hyperdrive. he noticed the normally blue streaks of the engines were instead a very bright white and light lillac color just before it became a tiny dot in the sky, then disappeared. Knowing what was happening, Ghost shrugged it off and proceeded inside the Highwind. "We're here!" He announced to Indy, "Are we missing anyone else?"

Zale slumped in a seat on the Highwind. He would have rather gone with the prisoner, but Annistha had a think about going where she wasn't invited. At least, by people she liked. The Nexus Twins went over the whole Twilight Town incident in their mind. This was only the beginning, and both of them wanted to be prepared for more.

Lucas started to head back to the ship so they could go to the Land of Dragons. Man, i'm looking forward to getting some pizza now.

As Brooklyn started climbing onto his ship, a sudden weight was put upon his back. "Don't worry, I'm small!" Ember said in reply to Brooklyn's dismissal of Joel. She eventually got off of his back, and smiled at him inside the ship. "Just wanted to take a page out of Rei's book." She said, glancing around the small gummi ship.

Somrene sat in the co-pilot seat of the Highwind, going through the pre-flight checklist. He had been in the position last flight, and figured he might as well do the same thing this time around. He had no idea who was going to be the main pilot, but Somrene knew that he didn't have that kind of qualification. He sighed, and leaned back in the seat, waiting for the go.

(Ok, sorry.... If i could i'd be on here more often to keep up with the pace, but it's not my fault i have to stick to a strict 5 hour limit on my computer time. i mean its not like im doing good with this so i can get a wii u or anything.... But fine, i'll stop whining then. As long as you don't bitch if something like this happens to you again.

"Alright, looks like we've got everyone." Indy muttered as Somrene sat down in the co-pilot seat. He looked around at everyone else in the ship realizing one thing was missing... An actual pilot. Oh crap... "Um... Don't worry everyone, I know how to pilot one of these things!" He wasn't entirely lying, since he'd spent a little bit of time learning about the ships. However, he still wasn't exactly the best. He sat back down in the pilot's seat, and made sure that everyone was ready for take-off. He (Thankfully) managed to get the ship off into the lanes between, and quickly found the coordinates for The Land of Dragons. Perfect... He sighed, glad that he didn't make the ship blow up before they left Twilight Town.

 

 

The landing wasn't exactly the most graceful that the Highwind had ever seen. Thankfully, there was quite a bit of snow to cushion the blow. Master Sora's gonna kill me. His face went pale. "Sorry about that everyone..." He apologized to the rest of the crew. "Now then, let's get going!" He stepped out of the ship, and immediately noticed the temperature difference. They had landed on a snowy mountain, in a fairly flat area. As flat as a mountain could get, anyway. There really wasn't anything around them aside from rock or snow. However, it looked like there was a large city at the foot of the mountain. Too bad we couldn't get any closer to that city... He sighed. "It's safe to come out, everyone." He called into the ship. "The Highwind doesn't seem to have suffered any damage, either..."

Raidyn / Toshi

 

"Yahoo!" Raidyn yelled, jumping out of the Highwind as fast as possible. "Man oh man, I know this is only my second world, but it's still super exciting!" Raidyn exclaimed, looking over the mountains and snow around him. Toshi slowly got out of the Highwind and followed him outside.

 

"Isn't this great Toshi?" The energetic blonde asked his classmate.

 

"Y-yes it is," Toshi replied with a smile, not really sharing Raidyn's enthusiasm, and more nervous than excited in actuality, but still at least happy to see Raidyn happy.

 

"Hey Indy, let's make our way to that big city over there!" Raidyn called to Indy, running up to his side and pointing in the direction of said city. "If I remember correctly, that's the place where Mulan and her friends are!"

 

"Um, Raidyn, maybe we should wait for the others," Toshi said softly behind them.

Raidyn / Toshi

 

"Yeah, I'm with Lucas over here!" Raidyn cried, wrapping his arm around Lucas's shoulders in a friendly matter. "Come on pal, lets go together! I'll even race ya if you want! I'll warn you though: I'm pretty fast!" Raidyn said, pulling away from his classmate and readying himself to run.

 

"W-wait, Raidyn!" Toshi interjected. "W-we should wait for the others, r-remember?" Toshi said, trying to echo her previous statement and hoping that others would back her up.

(And on this day, NeverBetter's ship grew three sizes.)Brooklyn pinched the bridge of his nose for a moment, in slight annoyance, although he thought her act was quite, well, cute, for lack of a better word. "Alright.. just be prepared, we're gonna go really fast! I asked a local to install the parts I needed for the ship to run its best." He said, climbing in, he flipped a few switches, and a second chair popped up and Amber was pushed back a little, and Brooklyn climbed into his seat. He flipped a bunch of switches, and then he took off, zooming away off to The Land of Dragons. When they arrived, Brooklyn opened the cockpit and grabbed Amber, jumping down at the entrance of the town, having his ship now set to autopilot and auto land next to the Highwind. "How was the ride?"

Current Condition: Detained and Stable.

Addendum: I have used Guardian Interrogation Techniques to extract information from her. Did not surpass Class II-B Methods. All wounds healed up.

Thanks to the immensely overpowered engines aboard the gummi ship, the instructor made good on his word as he arrived at the academy grounds in under a minute after sending the message. After a gentle landing and shutting down the ship, Striker carefully untied Allitt from the chair that she was forcefully detained at and was escorted outside in handcuffs. He looked around, trying to spot any of the masters...

 

Meanwhile, aboard the Highwind.

 

Ghost was cursing under his breath as he felt the rather unpleasant landing of the ship by their now apparent rookie pilot. Had I know they aren't good at flying, I would have volunteered. As the other students bolted out of the ship to take in the sights of the new world, the Sentinel-in-training slowly followed them out, then started inspecting the Highwind for damage. This doesn't look too good. Maybe I can fix this...

This made my heart giggle for some reason...

The hum of the gummi engine of Brooklyn's ship came into earshot as it landed, of course, a sticky note was left on it as it transformed into it's bulkier counterpart. The sticky read as follows: "I saw that graceful landing, and knew you all would need some gummiblocks to do repair. Open up the side-panel by the nose of the ship, I have a small repair kit and gummiblocks of various color, shape, and kind for your use, should you need it.".

Zale's face, a little green from the bumpy flight, appeared in the hatchway to the cockpit to glare at Indy before leaving the ship for solid ground.

[Nexus Shift]

Annistha took control, as Zale was in no mood to deal with people.

"Don't worry." She told Toshi. "It is good to get some fresh air and enjoy the sights. Got to have some fun."

Toshi

 

"R-right... I'm just worried about Raidyn is all," she told Annistha. "S-sometimes he gets too excited and I'm w-worried that he might get into trouble," Toshi added, nervously fidgeting with her hands.

Annistha smiled. She remembers that feeling. Before they were joined, she had worried so much about Zale. He was always getting himself in trouble. Of course, he would claim the other way around, which would be half true.

"Well, then we'd better get ready before he gets too far." She encouraged.
