Hey there everyone, how's it going? You know, it's true that our childhood is the most amazing and wonderful time in our lives, and well, it flies by faster than you'd expect. With that being said, most of us here are already in our late teens or are already adults, but we can't help but look back and smile when we think of moments that defined our childhood. I have come up with this topic so that all of you can share your most cherished childhood memories. I'll start things off with one of my favorite memories in particular.
Okay, so 10 years ago, I went to California with my Mom to visit my brother Tommy in the summer, and I have to say that it was a blast. I played video games, I went to the pool, I went to the movies, I ate lots and lots of Corned Beef, but the best memories I have of my time in California was when I went to Disneyland, Universal Studios and Legoland. I have to say that going to each of those places was an amazing experience! In Disneyland, I went on a Pinocchio rollercoaster and I saw a giant castle and not to mention tons and tons of people. And when I went to Universal Studios, I remember talking to someone who looked exactly like Hugh Jackman, and he was dressed like Van Helsing! I also had the chance to talk to the Green Goblin, and he sounded exactly like Willem Dafoe, the actor who did that role in the first Spider Man movie way back in 2002, and afterwards I had seen a Spider Man musical! Yes, you heard me, a Spider Man musical, and the Green Goblin I had talked you shot Spider Man with his glider. But the strangest part though, was when I was with my Mom in a table. I was sitting in my chair, minding my own business, when all of a sudden, Doctor Doom appeared out of nowhere and he pulled me with my chair to the middle of the crowd, and then he vanished, just like that! I was like: "Huh, where'd he go?"
And as for Legoland, it was an epic experience as well! Seriously, everything was built out of Lego's, and I remember seeing a Lego sculpture of Darth Vader and R2-D2! I also remember having entered a driving circuit in a Lego car, and well, um, I was a horrible driver. I also went into a little house where I could build anything out of Lego's, and I made a small ship! But what was the funniest moment was when my brother bought me a sword, shield, mask and armor of Knight's Kingdom. (a Lego brand.) and I scared the crap out of a kid who wanted to battle me apparently. Then I remember going around the park, seeing the amazing things that the people had built, even a replica of New York City! And I remember going inside a Dinosaur egg and my brother had taken a picture of it. Not to mention I rode a plastic horse and jousted Lego sculptures, lmao. Ah yes, those indeed were memorable moments. :')
Haha, anyways, enough about me for now, it's your turn to post your most cherished childhood memories! It can be anything to a camping adventure, a good movie you enjoyed, or a heartwarming moment with your parents, anything that calls to mind your childhood! Travel back in time and stroll down memory lane, and feel free to post your most memorable moments from back in the day when you were still a kid.
