This is the only pairing I want to truly happen. Serena is so far already the best female companion out of the series. Plus the fact they have a history, however small, helps.

Not annoying like Iris, angry like Misty, erm... forgot about the personalities of the other two. Point is, Serena is kind-hearted, doesn't yell at Ash for any mistakes he makes, actually useful and episodes dedicated to her are quite well developed. Plus she seems to be more interested in Ash than Misty. Here I am, rambling.
