Posted April 22, 201412 yr The SNES, GBA and DS versions of FINAL FANTASY IV are likely to be released on the Nintendo eShop for Wii U and 3DS at some point. The SNES version is already available on the Wii U Virtual Console in Japan.
April 22, 201412 yr Author Correction:SNES version the SNES version of FFIV was called FF2 back in the 90's I know, simple typo. It is past midnight. Lol. Anyway, discuss this!
April 22, 201412 yr Well I won't be surprised since....it's FFIV after all though it'd be hilarious to see 3 or four versions of the same game on the e-shop Then again,Street Fighter 2 had all of it's versions released on the virtual console and that game had like 4 to 5 versions on the SNES and Sega Genesis
April 22, 201412 yr I doubt they'll release GBA version if the SNES one is already there the GBA version has the lunar trials and other superbosses, which aren't in the SNES version Edited April 22, 201412 yr by Red Tribal
April 23, 201412 yr Author the GBA version has the lunar trials and other superbosses, which aren't in the SNES version My thoughts exactly, and there will be demand for II and V since the NES and SNES versions aren't in English.
