Series creator, Yuji Horii has recently come out and announced that a new Dragon Quest title is in development.

...Which will probably never be released outside of Japan, yet again. 

I'd like to get into Dragon Quest,but they didn't release any game on Wii,Wii U and PS3.They could at least release the old games on the e-shop or PSN

They've released Dragon Quest 10 on Wii,Wii U and PC but only in Japan

 

There has been a couple of Dragon Quest games made it outside of Japan on the DS,but the 3DS remake of Dragon Quest VII is unfortunately Japan only

I'd be excited, but I'm holding that until we get a release outside Japan confirmed. Reggie said he wants to see more DQ, so we can at least hope it'll come to America.
