i was on the serebii chatrooms looking for a trade for a deoxys. i found a dude and traded my shiny dragonair for it. i later found out that this deoxys was hacked becouse it is a faitful encounter in johto without a cherish ball. i could not find an event like that. i contacted the dude and said the the deoxys was fake and he said that he didnt know becouse his friend gave it to him and there was nothing he could do about it. i said i wanted to trade back and then he logged off........... *head explodes* screw you whoever traded me! believe it or not, i dont care that much that i lost a shiny pokemon. as stupid as this may sound, i feel bad becouse now my poor dragonair is stuck with that freaking jerk. yes, i know its stupid, but i am actually very upset about it and is almost ruining my exitement for omega ruby and alpha sapphire. whatever. have you ever traded and got screwed like i did? discuss away!

 

EDIT: THIS HAS BEEN PROVEN TO BE FALSE!!!! IT TURNS OUT THAT THE DEOXYS WASENT HACKED!!!! i guess i released it for nothing.

Fool. I've made a trade with someone before where I traded them my Scyther and they were suppose to give me my Scizor back, but they just kept the Scizor.

You could grab the event in HeartGold or SoulSilver. I would believe it'd say Johto region there. Then again, I never read the full list OmegaForte posted on your Mew thread.
