Square Enix has released their financial results for the period ending March 31, 2014. Square Enix's forecast of game units sold from April 1, 2014 to March 31, 2015 is only 12 million which implies that FINAL FANTASY XV won't be released until at least April 2015. This is not surprising however considering we have not had any news since E3 2013 and aside from screenshots taken directly from the E3 2013 trailer there hasn't been any screenshots released under the FINAL FANTASY XV title.

Kingdom Hearts III is very early in development by the Osaka team (Birth by Sleep, KH3D and both HD ReMIXes). But yeah, wouldn't expect it until after FINAL FANTASY XV.

I'm sure Square will get criticized for this. Just because they announced it back in 2006 doesn't mean it's been in development since 2006. I mean they have only had the PS4 technology for a year now.

No, they could still say "2015" at E3 if they wanted too, it just won't be released until at least April 2015.

Actually it has been in development since 2006, they started full development in 2007 after Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix+ released and then changed to next gen consoles in 2011.
