I am currently trying to get this trophy, but I am uncertain of whether Abillities count as "Equipment"? Can someone WHO has got thi trophy please clarify this?

'Equipment' and 'Abilities' are in two separate categories on the Menu screen. You're alright.

Equipment are the keyblade,staffs,shields,and rings.you gotta play the game without changing your weapons

For the trophy, apply the basic rule of never going into the Equipment menu just.  Treat it like it's completely inaccessible, and you'll be golden 

^Yes Caity, I know that I'm Golden! . and well, be sure to play the game in Beginner Mode, because you'll start the game with a few Attack Boosts that'll make you stronger without having to equip anything. That way when you level up, your up to strength with just your Kingdom Key. Also, make sure you give all the Attack Boosts to Sora. Donald and Goofy revive in combat, so there's no need to give it to them.

Easy. Just don't go into that equipment section.

You may equip new accessoires but then you may not change it.

It is like the trophy says. So in the end when you get the best accessoires then you can.

Yeah, that means you have to stick with the basic weapons of Sora, Donald and Goofy for the entire game, start to finish. If you're smart though, you'll play at Beginner difficultly so it won't drag you down that much, and also to get another trophy in the process. And since you're on Beginner Mode, you can also go through the game without dieing and getting a Continue screen and get another trophy. AAAND, if you really want to show off, you can do a speedrun and finish the game in less than 15 hours to get yet another trophy. That's 4 trophies in one play-through. Ain't it grand? . 

Just avoid the equipment section :lol:

I beat the kingdom hearts final mix with only using the kingdom key to fight and it was on critical mode.
