Since the Yugioh series always had a male lead character do you think the next Yugioh anime after Arc V should have the first female lead character that has the same attitudes like Yugi,Yusei, etc.

I think they should introduce a female lead character to show more of what a duelist could do.

It could work, but I think there is a more likely chance the next protagonist will be male again because of the more male audience. I'm not opposed to the idea, though.

I'm always open for a female protagonist in either animated TV shows, movies, and in anime. As long the creators made her a strong female character and very likable. But I think they make the next main character a male.

Could be interesting. Maybe she'll be called Yuna or something LOL. No, seriously, I prefer a male lead, because I'm female and like to see yummy guys, but I'd be okay with it if they decided to have a female lead for the next YGO series *nodnod* First I need to complete Zexal and 5D's though and watch all the other series /D

Well, changing it could work. But if they've been using men all the time, it's highly unlikely that they'll change it now :c

Totally would like the idea in fact always liked Blair and Akiza if they did a female lead with the mix of these two with the  basic leader/friend/hero way to be of te Yugioh mains (and add a dragon card as main spirit card again for more deck power xD)

Heck yea! I'm all in for this if this could happen!

I'm actually kinda tired of seeing males over and over. They gotta include at least one female protagonist in the future. But as stated above it's mainly aimed at a male audience so the possibility is unlikely.

BTW, who here has been watching Arc-V and genuinely enjoys it? (I know I have!)

Peace!

This could be interesting, a female lead.

Boo to gender restrictions to things anyways
