Didn't notice, so no.

well that's too bad it when sora fist goes to TWTNW and xigbar starts snipping at sora from a nearby building

I've never noticed that but that's awesome! Let's really hope they stop changing between NA and JAP in future titles.

I didn't notice either.

They just changed the way he combines his two shooters to make one sniper rifle and how it looks when he's firing at you, it's kind of hard to really see that in a cutscene  compared to a battle

There was sniper vision... Eh don't remember

I don't remember that!

I didn't notice and am not sure I know what you are talking about. IMAGES!

If I'm not wrong, in the Japanese version of KHII it was not censored, they censored it in the American and European version (In the Final Mix I remember they didn't)

Indeed. I was on the lookout for that particular thing throughout the whole game after I saw Xemnas return so I immediately thought that Xigbar would return and then, the thought of his Sniper crossed my mind and I hoped it would appear...and it did! And exactly as I had hoped! Uncensored! :D

I'm unaware, how was it censored in KH2?

Never played it so the answere is no
