I wouldn't be suprised if he was, a 3d model of him was made as a trophy

It was likely a slip of the tongue. Rayman was just confirmed to be a trophy, there's no way they'd show him as a trophy, and then show him as playable later.

I have to say it would be interesting to see Rayman in Smash Bros.

Don't get your hopes up. But at this point, any "man" can be in Smash Bros.

Well Mega Man was already on the screen. He said characters that weren't on the screen were Pac-Man and Rayman.

Sounded like a slip of the tongue to me. High doubts we'll see Rayman in Smash. It'd be pretty stupid in my opinion. I doubt Dark Pit would be anything more than a palette swap and Mewtwo, I'm 50/50 on.

It'd be fun getting to play as Rayman.
