We got Bijuu Mode, we got Susanoo, we got Fire Style, we got Bijuu Bombs, we got Naruto and Sasuke colliding in a giant Kurama VS Susanoo punch followed with a huge explosion followed by the early mentioned Bijuu Bomb! This right here is how the battle should start. It even ended the same way the Part I fight ended with that explosion, but I sure don't think that's the end. We still have some chapters left to fill in more fights

 

 

Also, to the one guy who thinks the series should end at 700: DON'T LOSE HOPE! The announcement that the manga will end in five weeks was officially released in Weekly Shonen Jump along with this chapter on Monday, so with that said, the five week thing might be five weeks from now instead of five weeks from chapter 694.

But, actually, I can see a reason why it would end at 699. You see, if you order the numbers 6, 9, and 9 in a certain way, it looks like this:

New scans relating to "The Last" have been released! The quality is poor right now, but we may see HQ scans when it's officially released on Monday.

 

 

 

We have anime renders of the closups on Kakashi, Sai, Hinata, Sakura, Shikamaru, and Sasuke. Also, we see more renders of Naruto, and for the first time, anime renders of Sakura (Incoming Axel). Also, we haven't gotten any translation in the scans yet, but there is something special about Oct. 18.

 

Hopefully, we get HQ renders on Monday when it officially releases. What do you think about the scans?

 

This is quite a large topic we have here for Naruto. For all of my misgivings for the series as a whole, it's certainly been a blast to see through the story just the same, so many feels, and all of the glorious shipping. 

Eh, still think it shouldve ended at 700, we barely have 5 issues to wrap everything up as it is(although Kishi will probably cheat with the FMA method and make the last chapter 100 something pages long).

Guys I'm pretty sure Naruto DOES end at 700. Translators on the net need time to get the chapter cleaned and edited, so I think we receive our chapters quite a while after. I read somewhere that 5 chapters remain. We'll just have to wait and see I guess ...

 

And also HAPPY BIRTHDAY NARUTO! You've been a hero for so many and despite your Genin status, you are freaking epic. You'll be in a lot of hearts forever.

 

And also, we must remember the deaths of both Minato and Kushina ;_; The most awesome parents who were willing to sacrifice everything. And who had amazing endurance, I mean, who else could survive so long with a giant claw in their guts?

It looks like we are nearing the climax. Naruto finally decided to get serious. In fact, he's pissed off at Sasuke. In his eyes, this is NOT the fated battle Naruto wanted to have with Sasuke. It looked like it in our eyes, but Naruto just doesn't want to battle Sasuke in his current state.

Ino

 

Ino's feminine features have been increased, esp. with her facial features. She no longer wears in a ponytail and drops her hair down. Her hair is nearly as long as Mei Terumi and Kushina Uzumaki.

 

 

Shino

 

The lonebug just got cooler and slick. He continues to wear the hood and his sunglasses, however, these sunglasses are sleek, modern-like and they cover the entire eye area, so good luck trying to see his eyes! Also, when he's not wearing a hood, he sports a bandana like Ibiki Morino. Basically, his cool factor got multiplied.

 

 

Kiba

 

If there is a award for "Most drastically changed appearance," I'm giving it to Kiba. His Wildman Features just got wilder. He now sports a Goatee, a slicked back hairstyle, and wild clothing. Hopefully, he will do something in the movie to compensate that idiotic bark at the moon. Strange that we don't see Akamaru in the sheet
