DAMN. If it wasnt for personal reasons not allowing me to read the chapter at release last night, i couldve gotten to the Tags. DAM.

 

 

@Firaga I CALLED IT, I KNEW NARUTO'D MEET THE SAGE! And you said it wouldnt happen.

 

 

 

I never said it wouldn't happen. I said if it happened, it had better be a damn good reason on the account of putting Gai VS Madara on hold. Obviously, that's exactly what happened. You still thought this was going to happen last chapter, and the chapter before that. But it didn't.

 

My thoughts/theory on the latest chapter:

 

 

If Naruto is Ashura then Sasuke is more than likely Indra. He is unconscious right now and could very well be having a similar convo with the Sage as Naruto. Once they wake up they will probably awaken some epic power through being their reincarnations and take on Madara TOGETHER. The power of the sage vs the power of his sons. If Sasuke and Naruto can take down Madara together, perhaps it will end the cycle of hatred and reincarnation since the brother's ghosts managed to work together for the greater good instead of against each other. Also, Madara could be the reincarnation as well as Sasuke. Madara died a year or two AT BEST before Sasuke was born. Thus Indra could've passed on to Sasuke's body. Although then you have to wonder what that means for Ashura. Did he move on to a new body after Hashirama? Or maybe he didn't since Indra couldn't be released from Madara's body until he died.

 

Okay, I just need to rant about this...

Finnaly we get to see the Rikudou Sennin, and some pure Naruto moments. Naruto's expression in the very last panel did it for me

 

Sadly, we didn't get any anime episode this week (DAMN, I WANTED TO SEE ANBU ITACHI), but we're close to the new Opening and Ending

Axel, it's called creating a parallel. The openings for Pain were more high energy and also more insightful to whats going on. The ending animations don't necessarily have to follow this same thread all the time. After all, they're endings. They tend to capture a certain theme of the show rather than what's going on in the plot. Ending 13 came around the time before Pain attacked, and to be honest, it's a very calming way to end the show considering not too long after it was slapped on as the default ending, everybody started getting their ass kicked. Plus it fit it with Hinata as her character received a big developmental point in the Pain Arc. As for Ending 14, which came after the episode where Hinata confessed her love for Naruto, that came around for the end of the Pain arc as well as leading into the Konoha History Arc. So yes, Axel, it stayed for filler. Only for like three episodes of filler, but still. The song obviously focuses on SasuSaku, which to be fair, is a big plot point that comes up in the next canon arc, the Five Kage Summit Arc. But look, the point is, anime endings are not supposed to directly tie into the plot. Anime openings throw the plot all in your face to get you into the episode, and anime endings ease out with something at least pertaining to the show as a whole. And BITCH PLEASE, you love that Sakura shet.

I need to confirm something, can anyone tell me which episodes (including fillers) had animation similar to Naruto Shippuden 167?

 

So... That whole thing with Neon Alley going free... Their idea was literally just to embed the Hulu uploads on their site, and pull down EVERY SINGLE DUBBED NARUTO EPISODE... That was absolutely pointless, anyone could just watch these on Hulu if they wanted. -_-

Actually, I just did some research, looks like they'll be uploading the dubs soon... One episode at a time. -_- Looks like we'll get one episode from Part 1 every Tuesday starting on the 8th, and Shippuden's going to be on Thursday, I'd assume with the subs as well. It looked like they said the're going to upload the Shippuden dubs starting from the next episode they were going to upload (So I think it's still the filler arc).

 

EDIT: Whoops, screwed up, Shippuden SUBS are Thursday, DUBS are Saturday. They didn't mention how their dubbing schedule will work in terms of how many episodes will be uploaded, or what point they'll start from, but apparently Naruto Part 1 is only getting one episode per week, while other anime get at least two... *Sighs*. No word on any of their other anime like Accel World, either... I guess the rest will just update whenever the heck they way, but as far as I know, the only dubs they have at the moment are Bleach, InuYasha, Accel World, and likely One Piece. They don't even have EVERY dub episode, either. Just the first few episodes of Bleach, InuYasha, and Accel World, not sure about One Piece. I imagine it's the same as Hulu's collection, which is all over the freaking place. :

As some of us predicted, Naruto and Sasuke are gonna get big power ups! Gai does have one more trick in his sleeve. The Night Moth. Sounds interesting.

As confirmed, Sasuke has Indra's spirit within him. Naruto knew there was some sort of spirit existing in himself and Sasuke, which explains why Naruto is not so surprised. The spirits kept showing up in respective Senju and Uchiha, but Madara went bonkers and infused Asura and Indra's chakras, creating Rikudo's chakra. Rikudo left a warning in case this was to happen, but didn't follow through. He wanted Ninshuu to be used as a way to connect with people, not as weapons. His mother, Kaguya, after winning a war went from Goddess to Demon when gaining too much power esp. with powers of Byakugan, and Sharingan. Rikudo states that Madara is becoming like his mother.

Infinite Tsukuyomi is confirmed to feel like Genjutsu, but is NOT a genjutsu. It binds people to the God Tree, and saps their power out of them. Creating the end of the world. Simply put, Madara must be stopped.

Naruto claims to be relieved to see Rikudo Sennin was still watching his children even though he's dead. Rikudo blames himself for splitting the Juubi to Bijuus, seeing they were used as weapons. But Naruto says he's not wrong. Then the bijuu's show up, and encircled Naruto, stating he is really the prophecy. Naruto also learns Obito has transferred Gyuuki, Shukaku and Kuruma's Yin half into Naruto. Now he possess all Bijuu chakras.

Rikudo Sennin wants his answer. Naruto states that the only difference between Asura and Naruto is Naruto is stupid kid, and eccentric, but knows what friends are and he wants to protect everyone. Unknowingly to us and Naruto, Sasuke was being briefed the same thing Naruto is going through, but we don't truly know his answer (Hopefully it's good). Rikudo Sennin then begins to transfer his powers to Naruto and Sasuke.

Meanwhile at the battlefield, Gai has to resort to Night Moth due to Evening Elephant only increased Madara's bloodlust.

HOLY SH!T, loads of stuff was explained, and I had a feeling Sasuke was being interrogated by Rikudo. Freaking cool plot development/powerup chapter. I can't wait to see next week's chapter.

My next chapter prediction? it's gonna be Gai's Death. Sorry gai's, but gotta go out with the big bang.
