Also, Kurama flipping Naruto off when they reunite. Best moment of the chapter.

But for cereals, I liked this chapter. It was mostly some wrap up for Kakashi and Obito plus Hashirama and Madara, and I wish all the Kages could have stuck around a little longer, but eh, that's nitpicky bullshit. And yes, the ending was well handled: a nice callback to the speech Kushina gave to Naruto right before she and Minato died. And I also love the little "Happy birthday" Minato gives to Naruto before hand. It just warms my heart. RIP Minato, the coolest firetrucker in the entire series.

Okay. Now for my take on the chapter.

 

 

Well, No Rinne Tensei, so Madara didn't pull of an Nagato. As expected from the extraction of the Bijuus, Madara has finally died. But before dying, he received his much needed closure, and got TnJ'd by Hashirama. Meanwhile, Obito receives his closure and has finally moved on with Rin to the Pure Land, causing Kakashi of the Sharingan to become. . . Well. . . Kakashi Hataki. Of course, chakra exhaustion occurred and he could barely stand and had to be supported by Sakura, who is no longer surprised of anything due to the recent events.

 

(and for some damn reason, People are going crazy over KakaSaku. WTF?)

 

Props for Kurama for flipping the bird at Naruto. (Too bad that's gonna get censored).

 

Hagaromo congratulates the team, and made sure that Naruto and Sasuke listened to the conversation between Hashirama and Madara, then calls off the past Kages and Edo Kages. Before doing so, Naruto heads over to Minato for their last conversation. Saw it coming long time ago. Minato says happy birthday to Naruto, who has aged to seventeen now. It was pretty cool to see that Naruto repeating the things he has done that his mother told him to do when he was born. Heh, guess maybe Naruto heard her when he was born.

 

Dang. Lot of feels happened in this chapter. It was a good chapter. Nothing bad happened and we got some closures. So the problem with Madara has been taken care of, but Infinite Tsukuyomi is still active, and If I remember correctly, Hagaromo hasn't disappeared yet, so maybe he will reverse IT. IDK. we find out next week though!

 

 

Now on topic with anime, I have yet to watch the episode yet, but I should let you gais know though. The Mecha-Naruto special will start next week. And it will not occur after the war, but it will occur in between during Naruto's wind training arc. That's what I heard. So, no Sasuke back on the good side, but Orochimaru is involved, and we also get to see Lee and Neji in the anime as well. This is gonna be a very interesting episode. Since it's a special, it will not be canon.

 

In related news to the anime, I have good news. No breaks and no fillers from Sept. 18 to Oct. 9 or 16, so we will continue with canon episodes with hopes of 3 chapters per episode.

IDK man. I think you might wanna wait, because if you haven't watched the big reveal of Tobi, (even though you already know, and read the manga), it would kinda be pointless, and less dramatic.
