"Whoaa what the!?" Matt went back a few steps before getting back to self. (Seriously WIERDEST day EVER!. Well at least he saw me... that means he´s a player.) He thought while trying once again to talk with him. "H.. hey ... don´t panic. See? I´m not gonna hurt you... my name it´s... Matt, what´s yours? Are you without a partner?" He asked hoping this time he wouldn´t react in that way.

Sandrew Scooted a little bit farther back and covered his face. "P-please i-I just need a minute..." He muttered, slightly rocking back and forth in the floor. Edited by Guest

Aika listened as the boy explained the basic rules of the reapers game. "(Well that explains the message and the timer, and my voice...)"Aika thought as she looked down at her hand, watching as the timer ticked out. It was almost unreal. But if this was a dream, she'd just had to go along with it and hope for the best. Aika glanced up at him and quickly wrote up a message. "(He knows what he's doing. If I'm going to even have a chance I better stick around and make sure I learn what I can.)"Aika thought as she typed up the message on her phone and showed it to the boy. It read, 'Yes. Please, let's be partners! My name is Aika. I died after being pushed off the roof of my school. My entry fee it seems,is my voice. So I hope you don't mind that I have to communicate this way with you.' Aika had written as she gave a sincere, yet worried smile. The Reapers Game. She had to win this game. No. She would try. She wasn't invincible, she wasn't a grim reaper, nor a strong fighter, but she would do what she had to do in order to play this crazy game.

"That's fine." Onritsu gave Aika a nervous smile. It makes things easier for me, anyway... I guess it's not quite as bad when someone just types out things to me. It's just like talking to people over the internet, kind of. Suddenly, the two began to blow a bright blue. The light faded, and Onritsu looked confused. "I... Guess that was our pact being formed?" He said, not sounding too certain. "Either way... W-we should head to 104. I live here in Shibuya, so I know where to go."

"Oh yeah, that's right. Almost forgot about that," Rokugo confirmed, looking to the side to see if any other people were in sight. "And, uh, since I just ran into you... I guess you and I can be partners. You might be a little too high-strung for me though. Hopefully that doesn't get annoying. Then again, maybe I don't got too much of a choice, Rokugo thought to himself, once again looking at the timer on his palm.

(By the way, I forgot to mention: We can see everyone in the living world walk around Shibuya, but can't interact with them. They don't see us. Should have mentioned that earlier, oops.)

"Alright!" Fuki grinned, acting abnormally happy for someone trapped in a death game. The two suddenly began to glow blue, and the light quickly faded. "I guess that means we're officially partners, now." She studied her new partner curiously. "So... You never mentioned your name. What was it?" She asked, but suddenly remembered her timer. "Er... Tell me while we go! We need to get to 104!" She grabbed her partner's hand and tried to lead him towards a large building off in the distance.

On top of the tower, a man watched over Shibuya. He wore a perfectly clean white suit, white pants, and white dress shoes. He was cleanly shaven, with short, neat blonde hair. He had a slight smile on his face as he stared over the large city beneath him. Another man, wearing a red hooded jacket, ran behind him. "S-sir! Basu Heitan, reporting for duty!" He was hunched over, and breathing heavily.

"Basu... Oh, yes. The rookie who was recently promoted, yes?" The man asked, keeping his eyes on the scramble crossing beneath him.

"Yes, sir!" Basu exclaimed enthusiastically. "I have a report from the Reapers assigned to Area 3!"

"Good... Please, let me know." The man's gaze was still focused over Shibuya

"They've got the area secured, and won't let anyone pass unless they can complete their test!" Basu reported.

"The Noise Test, right?" The mysterious man asked, and Basu nodded. "Very good."

"So... Now we just wait for one team to actually succeed?" Basu asked curiously, seemingly anxious for day one to end. The first day is always so slow... He thought to himself, not daring to speak out loud.

"Hm... I've decided to make things more interesting. Each individual team must make it to Area 3 before the time limit if they wish to survive. Allowing one team to show the strength of the rest isn't very fair, is it?"

"Y-yes, sir!" Basu saluted. "You always know what's right, sir!"

"Indeed." The man's smile slightly grew. "This way, we can clean some of the smaller stains now..."

"We'll do our best to divide their number by zero, sir!" Basu's enthusiasm kept up.

"... Multiply by zero, Basu. That means eliminate them." The man sighed. I'd heard Basu was terrible with Math, but this is ridiculous...

"O-of course, sir! Multiply by zero! Thank you for your wisdom!" Basu nodded. Aw man, I'll never be like that great Reaper from before at this rate...

"Don't mention it, Basu." The man smiled again. "You are dismissed. Thanks for the report."

"Goodbye, sir!" Basu ran off into a door, and began making his way down the tall tower. He didn't even give me time to catch my breath...

Aika smiled and typed into her cellphone, showing it to him when she was done, 'Thank you. Please lead the way.' Aika then got her other hand into the pocket of her skirt when she felt something strange in it. She looked down as she pulled whatever it was that was in the pocket. It was a pin, black and with a strange white skull design on it. "(What the heck is this? I'm pretty sure I've never owned a pin like this before.)"Aika thought as she got it closer to her face and touched its smooth surface with her thumb. As she did, putting a bit of pressure against the pin, everything around her seemed to turn blue, she started to hear whispers all around her. As she glanced up at the people of the overpass, those who weren't players, she started to hear specific sentences depending on which person she glanced at. "I hope I didn't flunk that test." "I think there's a sale on ramen today!" "Man today sucks." "(What...is this...are these...their thoughts?)"Aika thought as her grip against the pin softening, the effect fading away as the world returned to color, and the whispers in her head disappeared. "(...that was some supernatural bull****.)"Aika thought as she shook her head. This was going to be a long week. "(Whatever! We better hurry then. I think I know where that is. If this is where I think it is,we should be able to head over there directly by crossing through the west street.)"Aika thought as she grabbed Onritsu's hand and started to pull him along.

"Alright, Rokugo!" Fuki shouted back, not even slowing down on her path towards the large tower. Eventually, the two made it near 10-4. "Here we are! We just have to-" Still going at full speed, Fuki hit a solid, invisible wall. She fell over again, and rubbed her face. "Ow... Who the heck put that there?!" She jumped up, and put a palm against it. "I'm pretty sure this isn't supposed to be here..." She muttered.

"Wh-whoa!" Onritsu exclaimed as Aika started to drag him behind her. He quickly caught up to her pace. "You know where we're going, right...?" He asked, hoping they weren't going the wrong way. However, he soon saw the 10-4 building coming closer. Good, we're almost there... And with plenty of time to spare, too. He thought to himself. However, as the two got closer, he ran straight into an invisible wall. "Ow... At least I wasn't going too fast." He muttered, holding his head. "I-is this part of the Reaper's Games, too...?"

The last thing that Aika expected was to face a wall. An invisible one to be exact. Ended up hitting it face first, falling back as she ended up falling back so hard that as she fell on her back, her legs ended up going over her, resting just above her head much like Eren in that one Attack on Titan episode. Though Aika couldn't make the sounds, she groaned to herself and rubbed her head, quickly fixing herself up as she looked up. "(A wall?!)"Aika thought as she stood up and walked up to it,punching it. It was strong. "(What the bloody hell?!)"Aika thought as she started to punch it around. But it was no use. Aika kicked the wall and kept punching it out of frustration. If she had her voice she'd just chime a tune in order to calm herself, but that wasn't going to work in her favor now. "(How do these walls even exist screw this game why does this happen seriously WHY?!)"Aika thought as she punched the wall once more, but to no avail. She looked down, not minding her now partially red hand as she quickly typed on her phone, 'what now? Seems we might have to take a longer route around.'

"Well, that's weird," Rokugo said, walking up to the wall and tapping it with his foot. "Hmm... I wonder if we can break through this. Doesn't feel too hard. Heck, I've punched through brick walls harder then this." Rokugo boasted. "Wanna give it a try?"

Gaku & Harmony

Gaku rose from the ground to view the person who collided into him. A girl with white hair with black hair at the bottom tips of her hair. He looked at the girl for a good period of time. 'Have I met her before?' He thought. As she got up and brushed the dust off of herself, Gaku's eyes immediately rose. "Y. . . Y. . . You! What are you doing here!?" Gaku yelled.

"Well. . . I have been shot to death after you tried to save me. Sorry about that." Harmony stated. Gaku looked at her in annoyed manner. "You died after I got killed? Great." Gaku looked around and noticed other players trying to destroy the wall. "I don't think these walls could be destroyed. If they are invisible, someone has set up a barrier to prevent us from going through." Gaku stated while looking at the direction of 104. Harmony looked down with gloom for a bit, and remembered her objective as she saw her hand. "Oh! We need to get to the tower. And I think the barrier might require some sort of objective to be passed. Maybe we have to be partners?"

Gaku looked at her with disinterest. "Yeah right. I don't buy that. I rather fly solo than partner up with a stranger."

"Well you gonna have to do that, I think that's a requirement to get to 104, and I don't see anyone left that want to partner with me, so you are stuck with me." Harmony shrugged.

She looked down, not minding her now partially red hand as she quickly typed on her phone, 'what now? Seems we might have to take a longer route around.'

"I don't know... Is there some other way we can get there?" Onritsu asked dejectedly. I knew it, there was no way I'd make it through day one... And now Aika's going to be erased, too... I shouldn't have caused her the trouble of trying to be partners. He thought silently to himself.

As the two talked, a man in a red jacket stared at them, and another set of partners. "Pact confirmed... Time for the test." He muttered. Suddenly, Onritsu vanished, and a group of three frog-like creatures surrounded Aika...

Onritsu was still standing where he was before, but Aika was no longer with him. "What just happened....?" He asked. He didn't have time to investigate, as the frog enemies also appeared near him. "Crap... What do I do now...?" He asked aloud, fumbling in his pockets to find anything that could protect him. He felt something odd, and pulled out a pin with a flame symbol on the front. "Oh yeah... Those Psychs that the Reapers mentioned. If I just focus my mental energy on this..." A fire blazed near Onritsu, and moved over to one of the frogs.

Rokugo stopped when Fuki stopped, managing to stay behind and not smack into the wall.

"Well, that's weird," Rokugo said, walking up to the wall and tapping it with his foot. "Hmm... I wonder if we can break through this. Doesn't feel too hard. Heck, I've punched through brick walls harder then this." Rokugo boasted. "Wanna give it a try?"

(Oh geez, Rokugo's going Beat mode)

"I don't think that would work." Fuki said. "It's probably part of the Reaper's Games..." She tried to think about what they had to do, when suddenly, she disappeared. She reappeared in the same exact spot she'd been in, not noticing any difference. However, she couldn't find Rokugo. "Hey, Rokugo! Where did you go?" She shouted, when she was suddenly attacked by three frog creatures. "Oh, crap!" She muttered. She pulled two pins out of her pocket, and quickly studied them. One had a hand symbol, while the other had what looked like a ball of energy printed on it. "What does the hand one do...?" She asked, looking around. She saw a car nearby, and a brilliant idea formed in her mind. "Heh... I hope this works." She smirked. "Take this, suckers!" She activated the pins power, and telepathically lifted the car. She threw it at one of the frogs, instantly crushing it.

Aika gasped as she backed away, seeing herself surrounding by these frog creatures. "(The f*** is this?!)"Aika thought as she stared. One of the frogs attacked her, tackling her hard as she was sent flying against the invisible wall that created the fighting area. Aika felt a pain go across her back as she quickly stood back up. "(T-They're going to kill me! Are we meant to fight?! I've never thrown a single punch in my entire life!!!)"Aika thought as she could feel herself having a rather big panic attack, watching as all of the creatures carefully started to surround her again. "(No...no no...)"Aika thought as her body trembled. She searched into her pocket for her phone, maybe she could call someone, anyone,or do something, anything! She had no idea what she was doing. But as she did she felt something odd. "(Don't tell me...)"Aika thought as she pulled out her hand, and in it were a few pins of different colors. "(More pins?!)"Aika thought as she picked one up,seeing it was had the design of a tower with green lightning strikes on it. On the back it read the name and its brand. Electric Warning by Mus Rattus. "(What the hell am I meant to do with these pins?!)"Aika thought as she could just scream if she could. Another creature jumped at her to attack her. Aika raised her hands over her head, hoping to protect herself somehow. As she did the pin she held in her hand sparked up,sending a couple of bolts of lightning to the frog, sending it flying back and twitching. Aika stared in amazement as she glanced down at the pins. "(They're weapons?)"Aika thought. She used the pin again, facing it against the frogs as another pair of lightning bolts went flying to the group, hitting a few. Now we're talking.

"Even so, we might as well-" Rokugo felt himself slip away from reality for a second, and suddenly, he wasn't with Fuki anymore. He was in the exact same place he was before, but again, no Fuki in sight.

"Whoa... what's going on? Fuki? Yo, Fuki!" Rokugo called, but to no answer. Before he could do anything else, he found himself surround by a couple of frog looking monsters. They looked like they wanted to fight.

"Huh? Who are you guys?" Rokugo said, backing up but getting into a fighting stance. "Don't get any closer, I-oh wait!" Rokugo then began searching his pockets, and then pulled out a pin. "Almost forgot about this. It might help... but uh... how does it work?" Rokugo wondered. He didn't have time to think however as the frogs started hopping towards him. Rokugo's instincts kicked in as he rolled out of the way and jumped over their attempts to clobber him.

"Hey hey hey! Nobody said start!" Rokugo complained. "Then again, you guys probably only know how to say 'ribbit'... heh..." Rokugo joked to himself as he held his ground and as the frogs started creeping towards him.

"Dang Reapers should gave me a manual or something for this pin. I don't know how to use it!" Rokugo then took out his lighter. "Uh, back off freaks! Don't make me use this!" Rokugo shouted, holding up the lighter towards the frogs, flicking the wheel and causing a flame to burst out... a flame big enough to torch one of the frogs and leave it smoking and defeated.

"... Whoa..." Rokugo said, looking at his lighter. "Heh... well... I could get used to that..." Rokugo grinned, the flames reminding him of his building burning days. He then remembered that there was one frog left. "Okay now to deal with you... uh," Rokugo looked at his pin once more and held it up to the monster. "Come on, come on, work!" He cried, trying to do something with this pin, anything he could. The frog inched closer.

"Hey, I said back off!" Rokugo shouted, pointing at the frog, and while doing so, he felt a surge of energy slip out his finger and shoot out and hit the frog in front of him. "Huh?" Rokugo looked at his hand, and inside his hand he felt the pin giving off some kind of weird vibe. He didn't know what it was, but whatever it was, it felt like the pin was working for him now. "Now this is something else," Rokugo smiled, pointing at the frog again and shooting continuous blasts until it died alongside the other one.

"Ha ha ha! You Reaper jerks are holding out on me! Why didn't you tell me I had cool powers like this?!" Rokugo cried excitedly to himself, looking at both his hands, one holding the lighter and the other holding the pin.

Gaku & Harmony

Gaku looked around his surroundings. He begins to notice the other players disappearing and then moved his eye onto the Red-hooded person standing near the barrier watching where the players last stood. 'Looks like that guy is in charge of the barrier, and he made the players disappear. Is he only allowing partnered teams to go through?" Gaku sighed in annoyance. 'This is getting stupid, but it's only for one week. So what do I have to lose anyways?'

"Fine" Gaku said. "But just for this week. After the nightmare ends, I'm out of here."

Harmony grinned with joy. "All right! Then let's form a pact then!" After stating that, the music-loving duo were enveloped in bright blue light which faded away after a few seconds. "Whoa! That was interesting. I guess the pact's confirmed?" Harmony questioned.

"I guess. Now to find out if we can get past the barrier." Gaku stated. He moved his head towards the red-hooded person with suspicion. 'Now, what are you going to do Red?'

Matt took a deep breath, of course... he was just in time to left him and looking for someone else... however...(Seriously... now of all times...Why do I have to be like this? ) he thought while sitting in the floor, after all who could seehim doing that? Then he turned to the boy once again, taking his cold voice out "Hey, you can siit there on the floor and cry about everything you wnat, but for now you need to move already. Have you seen your timer? It´s only 13:15 same as mine. Now we can lose precious minutes while you cry for being here or you can cry later when you finish the mission" He then got up once again extending his hand at him. "Now, do you wanna make a pact with me?" (Seriously... I must be crazy or death doesn´t suit me at all... sigh)

Soul tilted his head to the side, a twisted grin emerging from his face. Not that the boy could see it, for the sun was right behind his back."I'm in a hurry to reunite with my sister, so excuse me if I don't want a crappy partner who can't Fight for Vicodin." He walked around, trying to take in the surroundings. "We need to get to 104. Any idea what that is?"Soul groaned. This was the worst. But he needed to survive. He needed Yeul.He stuck out his hand. "Soul, by the way. Soul Evans."

"I see." Roi stood up and got a good look at this new character. "I've got a brother myself. Not really sure what he's doing though... Oh, the name's Roi." He took Soul's extended hand and shook it. "Well, if I remember correctly, 104 is somewhere over there." He pointed down the road he was going on before his rest stop. "It shouldn't be terribly far. Apparently it's some huge building." He looked up and saw a whole slew of huge buildings. "Well... Guess we're on the right track. Let's go." Roi wasn't sure if it was appropriate, but he took the lead and headed to what he hoped would be their target location.

"Sweet, cool people don't mind others taking the lead." Soul smirked, following with his arms behind his head.

So, Roi. Interesting name, he thought to himself. Had a brother. Obviously didn't love his brother as much as he loved Yeul. "By the way, I'm a siscon, is that okay?"

Soul continued walking down the crowded city with his new found partner.

"Umm, that's okay, I guess," Roi responded to his new ally's question regarding his... Actually, Roi wasn't entirely sure what a siscon was, and he didn't really want to ask.

"Oh, so if you want to be partners, we've got to make a pact," Roi told his companion. "Now, how does it work again?"

[insert pact magic stuff here]

After the little lightshow, Roi... didn't feel any different. "I think it worked," he said. "So, now we're official Partners. So let's go win this Reapers Game."

"Then it´s settle! Partner" as Matt finished this words, a strange blue glow surrounded them, it was strange indeed but it was the proof of the pact. Then he turned back to the Scramble crossing, pointing out to 104 Building. "Well.. let´s move. 104 it´s not so far and plus we need to recover the lost time so..." Matt said while starting to walk fast towards 104.

When Naomi and Tsyuki agreed to be partners, a blue glow enveloped the two, and quickly faded. An invisible wall blocked the way to 10-4, and a Reaper stood near it... "Pact confirmed. Time for the test." The Reaper sent Naomi and Tsyuki into separate dimensions, forcing them to fight three frog-like creatures alone.

The Reaper near the invisible barrier stared at Gaku, and simply said, "Pact confirmed. Time for the test." Harmony and Gaku were both split into different dimensions, and were faced by three frog-like creatures. One of these frogs leaped towards Harmony, attempting to claw at her face.

Onritsu noticed that the frogs seemed to be electrocuted suddenly. Was that Aika's attack...? He thought to himself, and dodged another attack. "Are there any more pins I can use?!" He dug in his pocket again, and found another pin with a slash mark through the center. "I wonder..." He held it in his palm, and swept his arm towards one of the frogs that was jumping towards him, a blade of energy cut it in two, making it dissipate. I got another one! Now I just have to hope Aika can take down the last...

Fuki watched the other two frogs both suddenly burn. "Wow... That had to be Rokugo!" She exclaimed. She was suddenly transported back with Rokugo, and the Reaper stared at the two.

"You may pass." He muttered.

"Alright Rokugo, let's go!" Fuki shouted, dashing off towards the large tower again.

Aika jumped out of the way of another attack. She wasn't the most athletic, but being in this situation made her rethink how she spent her Saturday nights. "(That's it. If I return back to life I'm hitting the gym. No more slacking off in case I find myself in another life and death situation!)"Aika thought as she ran around and looked down at the pin she used. It was glowing, but with a pulse. "(Guess it has to recharge, like a phone?)"Aika thought as she searched in her pockets. "(There has to be more, right?!)"Aika thought,as she searched around her pockets for something. Soon enough she found another pin and took it out, replacing it for the one she used. Looking on the back it said Wassup Thunder! by Hip Snake. "(I don't even like this brand!)"Aika thought as she stopped and turned to face the creatures coming at her. They bounced up and down as they bounced straight to tackle her down. "(Here we go!)"Aika thought as she rose the pin into the air, having the pin shine as thunder clouds formed from the pin into the sky, quickly covering the area around her as lightning started to crackle down, hitting the creatures. The creatures twitched and flinched as the lightning hit them, having them fall back and disappear within a cloud of static. Soon enough the last of the creatures were destroyed. Aika panted, the clouds disappearing as she felt her hand shake. "(That was...intense.)"Aika thought as she gulped.

Rokugo suddenly found himself back with Fuki. "Oh. There you are," He said upon seeing Fuki once more, pocketing his pin and his lighter. I'll be sure to remember to whip these out next I need 'em, he thought to himself.

"Hey hey, hold up!" Rokugo shouted after Fuki, running as fast as he could to keep up with her.

Tsyuki was then transported away from naomi, to a place he wasnt familiar with. he didnt know what to do, but there were three frog like creatures ahead of him, and they weren't friendly. tsyuki took a breath.he noticed something new in his pocket. it was a pin. "what is this?" he said, but on a whim, he held it in his palm and punched. something resembling a spear came out of his punch, not launched, but as if he was holding a spear and jabbed with it. "must be some kind of test." he cracked his knuckles. "bring it on then!" he ran at the nearest creature, trying to provoke it to attack. he wanted to learn its technique. suddenly its tongue launched out like a rocket and he had to jump to the side. "okay, dont let that hit you. tongue equals bad." he kept moving as the tongue began retracting, and went for the direct approach. he leaped up and came crashing down on the monsters head. it didnt do what tsyuki had anticipated. it stunned the monster, but by the time tsyuki was clear of the beast, he was fine. "RIBBIT" he croaked as he jumped at tsyuki. he dodged just in time, and thought, "what is its weak spot? it must have one." just then, the frog croaked again. its sack expanded and deflated, and that gave tsyuki an idea. "thats it!" he yelled. He ran at the monster, which croaked yet another time as it readied its attack, but it was too late. as the sack retracted, tsyuki launched a powerful punch, hitting whatever organs were hidden behind it. the monster fell over, attempted to croak a bit more, and stopped. tsyuki had won.

However, there were two more.
