Normal Ability: Can use his soul wavelength to amplify all his attacks or concentrate power into his weapon or just unarmed punches.

Super Ability: Surpasses all physical beings allowing him to move so fast its like time stops for him. Also when it comes that far he can shape his soul into a blade.

History: He lived in death city since he was born. Both his parents are active meisters that often travel around the world. During the madness he was affected by it but managed to control it. He was one year old at the time. Because of his age it wasn't that apparent. After it was all over he still heard the voices in his head. Despite all this its not shown. He was thought martial arts weapon techniques and everything his parents knew. It was expected for him to become a meister and the idea was engraved into his head that he had to do it to make his parents proud. Despite all this he hasn't meet a weapon "Good enough" as his parents often say.

Personality: Upbeat energetic friendly person. Likes slacking off and goofing around. He also is irresponsible and reckless anywhere that its possible.

Nicolas Chopin, was a Polishman from Lorraine who had emigrated to France at the age of 26.^[6] Nicolas tutored Dylan Chopin (Soul), his newly adopted son, of the Polish aristocracy. From his teen years, Dylan attended the Belleville Lyceum, where he took some organ lessons from the musician Wilhelm Würfel during his first year. In the autumn he began a three-year course under Wes Evans (the actual Wes Evans), now a violin prodigy and professor at the Belleville Conservatory, studying music theory, figured bass and composition.

 

Nicolas was murdered when Dylan was 14 by an unknown person. Desperate to avenge his father, he went on a vigilante spree, before finding the murderer: Jane the Killer. Unlocking his weapon gene in a moment of grief, Dylan easily slaughtered the deranged woman.

 

Now purposeless, he found his way to DWMA, naming himself Soul, in honor of the legendary death scythe Soul Evans.

 

Only two things give him pleasure, music and eating souls.

 

Personality: He's aloof and uncaring, very sadistic and views life as a game. He cares about his meister if he has one, but the rest of the world, to him, can die. He has a passion for piano music, especially Frederic Chopin's Nocturnes.

Weapon(s) / Techniques / Magic spells: Her tonfas can be used to spin around, creating a minor shield that can deflect many attacks. Her blades can also be ejected to be shot at an enemy by pulling the trigger located on the handles. I'll think up of some more abilities during the rp. I hope it doesn't sound to lame.

Death weapon powers: The blades can be used to inflict poisoning, and can also be shot out of the tonfa to be used as either a whip, dart, or even a grappling hook. In Soul Resonance the tonfas gain much more power, and cause devastating damage as well as temporarily blind the enemy. (I can change this if it sounds too OP.)

History: Abandoned by her mother at a young age, Nadia tried her best to take care of her sick father. After he passed away, Nadia was stuck in an orphanage. She was later kicked out after discovering her weapon powers, as the owner of the orphanage was too afraid to have a weapon near the 'normal' children. Since then she lived as a street rat in an abandoned dirty shack underneath a bride and often steals food. She looked up to the weapons and their meisters at DWMA but was always afraid to actually join the school.

Personality: Nadia is rather shy, and has many fears. Although she doesn't fear things like spiders and the like, she greatly fears being alone. She extrememly wants a meister, and to somehow gain a family. She has heard about this witch who looks like Medusa roaming around, and greatly fears that she'll somehow get infected by black blood. She always wanted to attend DWMA but never tried registering for she believes that they wouldn't want her. She also fears of being judged by her fellow peers. Despite this, she is optimistic, courageous, clever and always has a plan B.

 Only a few chosen individual according to the wiki since Stein and Black*Star were the only ones who used them. But it's fine, you can use it too since my character can use Soul Perception which is also a rare ability.

Name:Shelby Marceline Shine (pronounced as shee-neh which means die in Japanese.But you can see it as shine bright like a diamond )

In Madness she can control her hair as a weapon

Weapon(s) / Techniques / Magic spells: Since she's a meinster ,she'll be pairing with a weapon.For now,she has a shiv made out of broken glass shards combined with a popsicle and a band-aid as a handle.

Normal Ability: Pulse Fire-attacks formed in blue flames.Can cause burns,distortions and while wielding a weapon it boosts its' strength and damage.

Super Ability: Pulse Shock-Using this ability causes her soul take manifestation as her physical appearance(her silhouette made out of blue electricity) instead of her original one.This increases her agility and just like real electricity she can fast travel from point A to B thought metal surfaces.She can also do electricity attacks.However she can use this only for a limited time,not too frequently and leaves her drained for a while.

History:Her original parents(meinsters too) lived in Death Vegas until they died by unknown causes when she was very young.She was adopted by her mother's friend and unfulfilled love Totto Petrarcka who moved away from Death Vegas to Tokyo to live a normal life.That's the reason why Shelby doesn't know anything about the original town she lived in,let alone about its lore.However,her step-father taught her a lot about fighting like martial arts and usage of weaponry.Life went by well until Totto ,even thought a witch type ,passed away.Shelby was forced to go and live in a new family in Nevada...but not for too long.In a middle of a camping trip with her "beloved" schoolmates,they were attacked by a creature unknown to them...which dragged Shelby back into the city or more precisely its' sewers...

Personality:A quiet individual,appears cold and well-mannered person.However she's selfless and cares about the people around her,well the ones she doesn't oppose threat to her.She's intelligent,a realist and short-tempered but she has a sensitive side which she doesn't want to admit she owns.
