Tetsuya Nomura, director of the Kingdom Hearts series has designed an artwork piece for Final Fantasy XI, Square Enix's first ever MMORPG and most profitable title ever. The artwork has been designed and released as Square Enix is holding a campaign to bring back Final Fantasy XI players and are holding various sales to encourage players to return. You can view the artwork below. Thanks go to Siliconera for the tip.

How old is that game?!

Was originally released on PC and PlayStation 2 in 2002 with an Xbox 360 port in 2006. Various other platforms including PlayStation 3 & PlayStation Vita were considered though.

So I'm assuming that only the PC version will be re opened?

No versions were ever "closed". The PC, PS2 & 360 versions are all still running worldwide to this very day as they all run on the same worldwide servers owned by Square Enix. Final Fantasy XI's final expansion pack (released last year) was Japan's final PS2 game.
