This isn't available in Australia, sadly. And to import it would probably cost you double the price so it isn't worth it.

Game uk doesn't sent this outside uk. Got a late mail from more then a week ago:

In regards to the Kingdom Hearts Collectors Edition, due to the weight of it being over 1kg we cannot ship it outside the UK.

So they don't ship it anyway over 1kg.
