Posted July 29, 201015 yr If there was just one thing you could change in the plot of BBS, just a single thing made different, what would it be? Do you think that changing something might have been able to save Terra, Ventus, or Aqua?
July 29, 201015 yr Well,if you'd change the fact that MX stole took Vens heart in order to make an apprentice of the darkness,then Ven would have never met Aqua or Terra in the first place,or have never becomed a Keyblade apprentice.So,maybe that would have changed at least something right?

Ven was already a Keyblade apprentice before Master Xehanort extracted his darkness. While it's true that if that never happened some things would have changed, but the end result would have been the same. I'm sure Ven would have still met Aqua and Terra just because he wields a Keyblade.

July 29, 201015 yr Instead of Sora holding onto Ven's heart, I'd have Ven take over Sora but develop amnesia. Sora would never appear in Kingdom Hearts, and Ven would take his spot in all future adaptions(: Just kidding! But seriously, I'd have Aqua escape the Realm of Darkness with Riku and Mickey.

Before Master Xehanort extracted Ven's darkness Ven was already wielding a Keyblade. You can see him trying to fend off the Neoshadows with it.
July 29, 201015 yr the ritual a master can perform to allow someone with the right qualifications to wield a keyblade. same one terra performed on riku and aqua with kairi.
July 29, 201015 yr Exactly. Like was stated, Nomura said everyone but Sora did it. Meaning he has to have done it, and since Xehanort was his master, he has to have done it.

You can see him trying to fend off the Neoshadows with it. The Rite of Succession. It's performed by a Keyblade master and their successor, with the former holding out their Keyblade to the latter. Basically, if the person performing the rite is a Keyblade master, and the successor has sufficient power, and the KB doesn't vanish from their hand, they may be chosen by one of their own in the future. July 29, 201015 yr Author I know that, but what Stardustblade358 wanted to change was the extraction of Ven's darkness and thus the creation of Vanitas. Not Ven having met Master Xehanort in the first place. At least that was my impression.

BBS: TAV trained under Eraqus for years, but the only skills they start out with are Strike Raid, Aero, and some other weak moves. When Aqua became a Master, a rip in the universe appeared and drained the three of them of everything but the basic skills. (:

I meant, all games that took place after KH1. That reminds me of the excuse me and some others came up with as to why everyone in Atlantica completely forgot about Ursula. After SDG left in KH1, Ariel started a sing-a-long, and the horrible singing destroyed brain cells and caused memory loss, thus making retcon possible ;D

August 1, 201015 yr It sounds bad, but if Terra had gotten to the Land of Departure 5 seconds later, Eraqus would have destroyed Ven and all this hub-bub would have been avoided. And now I'm a bad person.
August 2, 201015 yr Author I would have simply changed how Eraqus handled the situation with Terra. If he had merely talked it out and explained then thigns would have ended much better.
