Why did Square feel the need to replace Roxas' original battle grunts with Ven's? It really feels out of place to me.

I guess to make the connection to Ventus seem more significant?

I haven't played the game, do they use Ven's clips in addition to Roxas'? Or just Ven's?

I'm not sure why they replaced it. 

Nobody knows. It's really dumb. Honestly have no idea what they were thinking.

Yes, it does actually. It matters because it wasn't in the original KH2 nor was it in the Final Mix version. ANd besides, even though Roxas and Ven look the same, they sound completely different. So that's why it sounds out of place.

Is it really that big of am issue? I didn't even notice a difference when I played through it earlier today

I think it actually made Roxas sound better in my opinion. I would of been fine if they kept the old Roxas battle grunts though. I'm basically saying that I'm fine with the both new and old grunts. 

Are you sure it was Ven's? I assumed it was Roxas' battle clips from Days.

Both. I heard one of Ven's voice clips during the quicktime event part of the Twilight Thorn fight.

If I hadn't known beforehand, I wouldn't have noticed. Maybe the files weren't available or something, dunno.
