I prefer a plastic case with cover art personally, but those are good games.

I do too, but the HD remasters of III, IV, V and VI along with the 3D remake of The After Years are not available physically.

Sadly... They should bring them too 3DS or Vita.

There's very little point for most of these.

This version of III is available on DS just a lower res with different controls, while a superior version in terms of content is on PSP.

As for IV, it's on DS minus the Lunar Ruins and of course HD and better controls but Square Enix doesn't port something to a platform where it's already playable since that's stupid and a waste of resources. They could port it to Vita and I'd expect them to do so at some point but it would only be available via download.

As for The After Years, it wasn't that well received by a lot of people and is already playable on Vita. Once again, unless they bundled it with IV again (which is unlikely) it would still be download only.

Little point to port V and VI when you can play them on Vita fine. They could still port them to 3DS down the line but it would still only be download.

These titles on their own just aren't enough to release on disc anymore.

I know. I've played 1 version of them all. It's really sad because I'm not really too happy with downloading full games. I'm a hardcore collector with a huge shelf full of games, lol. I still buy strategy guides even though most people don't. Maybe someday they'll be tangible... :/
