A strange Darkness from another universe has reached our universe, and our world. The Darkness has been in our world for almost three years now. It keeps on spreading, and now it has spread to our country of Ryoshima. As it spreads throughout the villages, towns, and even cities, monsters and diseases are killing people. The sun will even disappear, when it gets dark enough.

 

The people that the Darkness kills soul's become one with the darkness as well, so the more we lose, the more they gain. Everybody has just about give up. Until some people decide to fight the darkness, and get their country back.

 

It will not be an easy journey, but the Gods and Godesses of light has sent us someone who will help us: Hikari (Hikari means light in japanese). This person is genderless, but appears to be female. http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/img-thing?.out=jpg&size=l&tid=5894378

 

But... as if to strike back, the Gods and Goddeses of Darkness also sent a person to support the darkness: Yami (Yami means darkness in japanese). This person is also genderless, but appears to be male.

 

 

 

SO. Let the story begin.

 

Oki sat on the floor, with a book right in front of him. It was closed. He had been sitting there almost all day, except to eat breakfast. His grandparents had gave him the book. But, he had all the books his grandparents had almost ten times. ...I'm sick of this. I want out of the place. Some people have to do SOMETHING about this. He got up. And walked towards the door.

 

His grandma looked at him. "Where are you going?" She asked.

 

"...Anywhere out of this place." He opened the door, and walked outside. The sky was a dark gray, even though it was only 12:00 PM. There was black and red mist everywhere. Some of the red, though, was just blood from travelers who got killed while passing by.

 

Right now there was currently no monsters.. but there were corpses laying about.. they could rise as undead any minute. Oki wasn't surprised his grandparents weren't following him.. they were just two cowards, afraid of the darkness. He took a deep breath, and took a step forward into the darkness...

Amaya was sitting on the streets with her face covered by her hood as she usually did everyday.She looked up every couple minutes to see if anyone else was in the darkness like she was.but No one dared to come out of there homes because of the darkness.She stood up and put her hood down and her hair came flowing down around her. She walked past the buildings that were in that area she was in.They were all boarded up with wood to keep the darkness out of there homes. She began to think about how she used to have a home like them but got rid that thought out of her mind.the dark mist got thicker and there was some blood that was left from the people who died that was mixing with it as well she ignored it and still walked through it.

Oki... had no idea where to start. But he knew if he kept going, something would happen. He kept walking... and suddenly the ground around him turned black. "Wha-?!" Some shadows appeared on the ground. And then, they came out of the ground. They were just black creatures, with red outlines. But they were shaped in the form of humans. He remembered those shapes... these were shadows of villagers that had been killed by the darkness. They surrounded him. "...Ahhhh!" But then, he remembered his sword. His dad had trained him with his sword long ago, and when his dad died, Oki took the sword named "Xeru".

 

He was a bit rusty, since he hadn't trained in years.. but he held the sword up, and attempted to slash at one of the shadows. It fell apart into darkness, but then formed two smaller shadows. "No, no no... this can't be good.."

Amaya was walking out of the town when she heard someone scream."What the..?"She said and started to run towards where she heard the scream. she found a boy fighting off some monster's from the darkness. She ran over there a pulled out her sword called Lighting strike. She slashed at one of the monster and moved on to each one. One by one they vanished back to where they came from.There was one more left.She did a running start towards it and slashed it in half then it vanished . She put her sword away and walked over to the boy."Are you alright?"She asked him kindly.

Oki stubbornly said, "...I'm fine...!" And turned the other way and started walking away. Urgh... people thinking I'm so weak just because I'm 13. he didn't know exactly where he was going, but he knew he had to go somewhere, and not just stay home all his life like everyone else. He headed toward the exit out of his village... he saw a small merchant shop next to a mountain. The merchant was almost hiding under the merchandise. Oki would come back once he had enough 'yen' (Money in japanese) and buy some goods. But for now, he kept on walking.

 

(Ugh we need some more people in here..)

Amaya looked at the boy walk away from her.'Maybe I shouldn't have done that..' She thought to herself. She walked the other way.She put her hood back on and started to walk towards another town. She heard rumors that the darkness got worse there than the other town. She wanted to see for herself. She walked to town the town looking at the ground.

..kijoko was in his room his family had a big area of land and a big hous he sat there with his eye's cloused he was in his own mind there was peace and quite around him he felt someone coming to the door he didnt open his eye's "...darkness"

the person in teh door was a girl it was his little sister she was rubing her eye's and she looked at him"kijo.."

kijoko had his eye's still shut he had his sword in his hand "yes sin-clear"he was seating infront of the window he hadent opend his eye's his little sister looked at him "good morning.im goign to get someting to eat ill bring you somthing."he didnt move and she walked off ...baby sister.

Sophie carefully crawled out of the hideout and looked around. She looked around, but there didn't seem to be any monsters out just now. Good, she needed some air. Everyone else had been too afraid to leave the hideout, but she couldn't stand being cooped up for so long. It had turned out to be right. Just yesterday, everyone was killed while she was 'getting some air'. She'd seen a boy and girl fighting a monster while she hung back. What was she supposed to fight a MONSTER with? Just because she WANTED to help didn't mean she knew HOW.

kijoko sat ther he handed opend his eye's in a whiely he felt someone coming back up to his room it was his little sister agian she had some fod on a tray and she bron it to him "big brother...you hunger."he sat the tray down in front of him and grabed her plat and sat next to him he grabed his tray and splet the chopstick's and started eating he wasnt much hunger but he loved his little sister more than anythingsoo he eat with her he knew that the m0onster's have been trying to get to thre home and kill them but ever time they tried they been stoped by his clan she looked at him and put her stuff down".um.kijo...can we spend trhe day togther big brother..if you wont."she had a worroed look on her face he stoped eating his food and opend his mouth".sin-clear....im sorry but i cant not today.."..she looked at him"...you alway's say that what about tiem for me.."she had her head down kijoko stood up and opend his window

Oki kept traveling, eventually reaching a place called Shinka plains... it was the most beautiful place in Ryoshima once... until the darkness reached it. Now it was depressing to see it. He remembered playing there when he was a little kid... playing with all the animals, running around the plains freely... all the trees were in bloom, the sky was blue with clowds and the sun, the grass was green... now, there were no animals. You could not run around freely, because of the monsters. If you ran into a cursed zone, you wouldn't be able to breathe, or move a muscle to step out of the cursed zone. You'd be doomed. The trees were now dead, the sky was gray, you could hardly see the sun, the grass is turning white.

 

Oki sighed at the site of this. He sat down to rest for a few minutes...

 

Hikari was looking down at all of them, from the heavens. She was eager to help them, but she could not... not yet.

She got into the town that she heard was affected worse with the darkness than the one she just came from. She walk into the town gate's and took her hood off."Finally I'm here. Now I can see for myself if the rumor is true or not."She said. She walked through the town looking around to see how worse it might have been but really it was the same as the last town. Only thing that wasn't the same was that no one was really there. Well to here it looked like a ghost town but the other town you could tell there were some people who still lived in there homes. She kept walking around the town just to look around because she wasn't sure what else to do.

Amaya heard a voice from no where... it was a creepy voice... in fact, if it wanted to, the voice could strike terror into any heart it desired... just by speaking. "Pathetic little girl..." Yami appeared in front of Amaya. "Foolish, but bold... venturing into a place like this alone... our territory in the darkness will be stretched when we destroy this planet of mortals. It is useless trying to stop us. In fact... if you help us, we might just let you live." He held his sword up. It was a sword of Darkness... you could see souls from people he has killed inside of it. The souls inside of it, turn evil slowly... making the sword even more powerful.

Amaya looked at Yami. She tried to hide her fear so he wouldn't know how she really felt."Who..Who are you?"She said in a shaky voice.She stepped back a little because she was scared.'I knew I shouldn't of come her at all.'She thought to herself.She stood there frozen still looking at Yami.

Sophie looked up and saw the same girl fighting the monster earlier, and a different boy. He held some wierd sword, and she winced. It was filled with people's souls. She took a step back, and looked around. Right...okay, branch looks like a good enough weapon... Sophie picked it up as monsters started to appear. "Oh, perfect..." She mumbled as she attacked the first with her stick.

kijoko didnt look back at his sister she looked at him with tear's on her face"...what about mewhere's my place in your heart."he looked back at her then he opend his mouth"..im sorry i just have to go do something..ill be back and then we can play.."she sat there still crying not answering him then he jumped out of the window he laned on a tree limp and jumped down and started runing ...got to do this fast soo i can play with sinclearhe stepd out of his hous border he had somewhere to be with someof the otehr member's hek eep runing and got 5 mile's from his hous and he heard a loud noise come from the deracoin of his hous he stoped and truned around when he truned around all he saw was fire and the buidling burning down...sinclear..he took off runing back to his hous he made it bakc to the border the whole place was burning to the ground he ran into the big builidng the place was falling in..sinclear.the stair's where no use he back of the place had failn in already and teh part he was in was doing the same he ran up the wall's to get to the next floor he was breaking fast he rna up the next thing of stair's but the floor fill in he jumped out of a window and was out side then the whole place fill in on it's self....it had stoped burning there where body's and piec's of the building ever where he looked at it allhe didnt care about the other's he started thorwing wood ever where lookign for his sister he saw her hand and ran over to it but when he got there there was a pice of wood sticking thorw her side he heard tunder then it started raing all he could do was fall to his neny's and look.....sinclear.. a tear came down his face as he looked at her body he clinched his fist"..nono.no..sinclear!!!!"...a whiely after he piced up her body and started walking to the wood's he saw an spot where there ws a tree he used to play at he dug a whole and looked at his baby sister's bdy again the nlooked at the neckless aroun her neck he took it off her neck and put her in the grouund a tear whent down his face then he started covering her body up he put some rock's on top of it and looked at it one more time he then looked at the neckless..ill miss you.sin-clear.he put the neckless around his neck and started walkign away from there ..i will kill everthign in my way..to kill the peoply that did this two my baby sister the tear's left his face as he was walkign

Yami smiled devilishly... and ran right toward her, and cut a wide gash in her arm with the sword. And then the air around her... the darkness started to crawl into her arm... infecting her with the darkness. (BTW, no one kill or get the best of Yami yet.. the only person who can do that is Hikari, which will happen later in the RP) "You've enjoyed your age of peace... now embrace. The era of darkness!"

 

Oki felt a disturbance somewhere... but he shook it off and got up. He turned around, and started to head for the town where Amaya went. He wasn't sure why, but he felt it was the true place to start...

Amaya started to scream in pain. She fell to her knee's holding her left arm.She stried to stand up but couldn't.Whenever she tried to she just fell back down."WHO ARE YOU!!!?"She yelled to Yami.She let go of her arm that was hurt and took her free arm to grab her sword.She got up slowly and ran to him attacked him. When she attacked him her left arm started to hurt again and she fell to the ground once more."AHH!"

Yami made an orb of darkness in his hand... and shot it at straight at Amaya. It hit her arm with the gash in it, injuring it even more. "That is for me to know and for you to find out."

 

Oki felt the presence even stronger in his mind... he didn't know why he was feeling these presences... but he started running faster.

"Ahh!!!!"Amaya screamed in more pain than she was a minute ago.She say the black orb and tried to think of the name who has such power."Yami! That's your name! Am I right!?"She yelled to him. She held her arm more tightly than before to try to stop the bleeding. Blood started to drip down her arm and it started to mix with the darkness around her. She saw her blood float around her and fade into the darkness.

Yami raised his sword... about to slice what would be the final blow.

 

Oki finally got there at that moment... His eyes widened. "Wha-!?" He knew the light would protect him... he ran in front of the girl. Yami swung his sword through the air... it would have sliced Oki and Amaya right in half... but then... a divine white light covered their eyes... they couldn't see a thing. When they COULD see... Hikari was right there, before their eyes. "Stop, Yami." She said.

 

"Hmph.." Yami's eyes glowed red. "Why should I listen to a weakling like you!" He finished his strike, and Hikari took the damage... but used her light to heal her wound. She held her hands together... and an orb of light formed in her hands.

 

Yami did the same thing... except an orb of darkness appeared in his hand.

 

They shot them at eachother at the same time... there was an explosion. No one could see any thing again. When they did... Yami was gone.

 

Hikari turned and looked at them. "Young ones... you must be careful. You must not let your guard down. Yami will attack you whenever he sees the chance. Plus... that was just a mere sample of his power. I did not kill him. I just temporarily banished him from this area..."

Amaya eye's widened when she saw Oki was there. She tried to get up and she did this time."Thank you.."She said to both of them and then fell to her knee's again.'I lost to much blood I guess.'She thought to herself.She got up and leaned on the building that was there and held her arm."We'll be careful ."She Hikari said and smiled at her trying to say thank you once more."Thank you to...um I don't think I know your name, but any ways thank you very much."She said and smiled at him to.She kept holding her arm trying to stop it from bleeding anymore than it has already.

kijoko's burned down home was near the vailleg they where in he was in the back wood's it was dark like alway's he cloused his eye's agian and started walking he gribned teh neckliss of his sister but let it go as he was walking when he came out of the back wood's he could see the village he was walking in the place then truned aorund one more time to look at his place of brith...i will never forget you all..i will never forget you the most sis..his eye's where cold as he walked thorw the village he didnt have time to deal with peoply that saw him or the monster's he just keep his eye's cloused as he mad his way to the other end for he could leave town and look fo the peoply taht did that ..i will kill everthign that try's to stop me..

Hikari was surprised she knew her name... but then she knew, she must have heard the prophecy. She smiled back at her, and said "You're welcome." She disappeared into light...

 

"..." Oki didn't say anything to her. He walked out of the town...

She watched him walk away from her once again.'What did I do..? Did I say something wrong?' She said quietly hoping he didn't hear her. She sat down on the ground and sat there hold her arm. She held it tighter than before. Her arm was in terrible pain then.She tried not to show she was hurt but couldn't help it. "Ahh! Why Yami!?"She yelled.

kijoko was walkign out of the town he saw the ruin's of old building's that his clan detoryed his clan makr's where all over the place as he walked off he stepd on a dead body and keep going he mad it to the border of the village he looked back only a glance a memory of his sister was played in his head of the day he first showded her the border

".big brother why are we sooo far from home.."she was on his shoulder's he looked up at ehr and smiled"this is the boarder..."she smiled at him....and started to go to sleep as the where walkign

When Hikari disapppeared into light, some sprinkles of the light had hit Amaya's arm and healed it.

 

Meanwhile, Oki just kept walking. But then he stopped and leaned against a dead tree. He was losing confidence. Where am I even going anyway... Little did he know, there would soon be a light to guide him. And guide all of the people who were trying to restore the light too...
