A strange Darkness from another universe has reached our universe, and our world. The Darkness has been in our world for almost three years now. It keeps on spreading, and now it has spread to our country of Ryoshima. As it spreads throughout the villages, towns, and even cities, monsters and diseases are killing people. The sun will even disappear, when it gets dark enough.

 

The people that the Darkness kills soul's become one with the darkness as well, so the more we lose, the more they gain. Everybody has just about give up. Until some people decide to fight the darkness, and get their country back.

 

It will not be an easy journey, but the Gods and Godesses of light has sent us someone who will help us: Hikari (Hikari means light in japanese). This person is genderless, but appears to be female. http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/img-thing?.out=jpg&size=l&tid=5894378

 

But... as if to strike back, the Gods and Goddeses of Darkness also sent a person to support the darkness: Yami (Yami means darkness in japanese). This person is also genderless, but appears to be male.

 

 

 

SO. Let the story begin.

 

Oki sat on the floor, with a book right in front of him. It was closed. He had been sitting there almost all day, except to eat breakfast. His grandparents had gave him the book. But, he had all the books his grandparents had almost ten times. ...I'm sick of this. I want out of the place. Some people have to do SOMETHING about this. He got up. And walked towards the door.

 

His grandma looked at him. "Where are you going?" She asked.

 

"...Anywhere out of this place." He opened the door, and walked outside. The sky was a dark gray, even though it was only 12:00 PM. There was black and red mist everywhere. Some of the red, though, was just blood from travelers who got killed while passing by.

 

Right now there was currently no monsters.. but there were corpses laying about.. they could rise as undead any minute. Oki wasn't surprised his grandparents weren't following him.. they were just two cowards, afraid of the darkness. He took a deep breath, and took a step forward into the darkness...

"GO!" Sophie yelled. When they reached the lake, they hesitated. "Do you guys know how to swim?" She asked. Both Azura and King Fireball-Oki nodded. "Then that's about as good as running!" Azura jumped in the water, and they quickly followed. "How do you know it won't follow us?" King Fireball-Oki asked. Sophie though, 'I don't'. Instead, she answered. "Well, it came out of the ground, right? Maybe it can't get in the water?" She suggested uncertainly, and when the monster reached the edge of the lake, paddled even fast. "DANG IT!" 'And today was going so well, too...' She thought.

Azura swam as fast as she could.She looked back to see the creature."(HOW THE HECK DID ALL OF THIS HAPPEN SO FAST?!)"Azura though.Now on her face,another expression tha she hadn't used for a while.Fear,confusion and tiredness.Then a thought came to mind."Wait a sec.Sophie,that thing can fly right?!"Azura asked.She looked back."SWIM FASTER!!!!"Azura said sence it was the only thought it could come to mind.

Oki held his hands up like a sorcerer, ready to shoot. "Go. I'll hold it back." He started rapidly shooting fireballs at it. (This is the part where he learns he can use more fire than just that) It had no effect on the monster, and it started to stomp towards Okikurmi. That didn't stop him. He stood there, just firing fireballs with his eyes closed.

kijoko saw the monster...he look's like fun and i better get someanswer's out of it then he jumped out of the tree and walked across the water with out getting wet the water was black like blood as he walked across it his eye's where still cloused the monster looked at him then flow over oki and charged kijoko..kijoko felt the wind coming at him at high speed then he startd runing at it head first when they clashed kijoko had his fist on the monster's face then stood ther then the monster tryed to hit him but kijoko blocked it then tryed to kick it but it moved back

The next thing Kijoko knew... a massive sword was stuck through the monster. The sky turned red... and monsters flooded the forest. Yami appeared from a red and black portal... and looked down at the dead monster's body. "Idiot. I sent you to kill them, not him." He looked up at Kijoko. "And you." He wabout to say something... but decided he shouldn't reveal anything. "...Hmph." He disappeared, but now monsters were flooding the forest, ripping it apart, tearing down trees.

 

Oki watched all this happen. He held the tears back. "..........U..urgh..."

Azura stops swimming when she sees the sky.It's red as blood.Her eyes widen.Her face shows an expresion of fear.She's just paralized.She looks at the shore to see that the place was starting to get flodded with monsters,and the monsters were tearing down the forest.Azura watched in horror.Then she remembers."Oh no...Oki!"Azura yells,worried about what might happen to him in the disaster.

Oki just stood there... watching the monsters rip apart the forest. Then, common sense kicked in. He turned around to run... but then he realized. He was blessed with these powers for a reason. He turned around. "STOP!" He yelled to the monsters. He put his hands up in the air... and fire started dancing around in the air. It danced to all the monsters and swirled around them... and then burned them to death. "...Whoa... I didn't know I could do that." There was still the forest to restore. Wait... Sophie had the power to restore nature right? "SOPHIE!" He yelled, before they could get too far.

Azura sees as Oki destroyed the creatures.Then he was at the shore.He was calling for Sophie."Sophie...Sophie!"Azura says as she swims towards Sophie."Sophie!Wait!We need to go back!Oki,he's calling you!"Azura yells.Sophie turns around."What?"Sophie asks."Oki!He's calling fo you.I think we need to go back!Come on!"Azura says as she swims back to shore along with Sophie.

kijoko keep his eye's cloused...it was a wast of time...next time ill just let them all die..there two weak and shouldnt be abl to live at all.. he walked back across the water it was still black and the ski was red he stoped his thinking and ..now where is that water fall a town should be near here i bealve he got to the other side of the river and started runing he made it to teh egde and knew he was at the water fall..tiem to go..

"Right," Sophie hesitated. Sure, King Fireball-Oki was right, but... "So, just fix it up." Azura said brightly. "Um, well, about that..." Sophie bit her lip. "I don't exactly know how to do that." Their faces fell. "You don't?" She shook her head. "I just learned how to use it. And look," She pulled up her sleeve some to show them her tattoo, which was no longer glowing. "What if my--our--powers only work when it's glowing?"

Azura looked at the tatoo.It wasn't glowing.What if Sophie was right?What if our powers only worked when her mark glowed?"But,I've throwed lighing around when the mark wasn't glowing...I think."Azura says.She couldn't remember well."Um,let's see.Oki,your mark stoped glowing right?Try to throw a fireball at the water or something.Just for a test drive."Azura says.

King Fireball-Oki nodded, and jutted his hand out. Nothing happened, and he blinked. "Huh? What? Why didn't it..." He frowned in confusion. "So it does only work when they're glowing..." Sophie murmered. "Glow fast! Glow fast!" Azura yelled, and pointed at the woods. "Bad time for them to stop working!" Sophie thought a second. "Okay, option one, we fight them with sticks. Option two, we keep running." "I'm too tired," King Fireball-Oki whined. "Yeah, me too, but oh well," Sophie agreed, and they turned and ran.

Azura then stopped."(What am I doing?I can't get stronger by running away!)"Azura thought.Azura turned to face the creature.She took out some daggers she had in her pockets and started to attack the creature.Suddenly her lighting mark glowed again."(yes!)"Azura thought.She pointed her hand at the creature.Lighting struck the creature,but caused no effect at all.

"Okay," Sophie realized that moments after Azura's tattoo had started glowing again, hers and King Fireball-Oki's had, too. "What's going on? Anyone feel like explaining to me!?" She ducked, dodging a monster's attack. She flicked her fingers, and the ground swallowed a few monsters. Even with Azura and King Fireball-Oki helping her, there just were too many monsters and not enough of them...

kijoko stood ther about to jump down into the blood black lake below that was near the next town ..hahahah there died meat now it's to many of thos monster's and to many storng one's..they should urn or die.he spon his sword around and moved back a few then jumped off the edge it was long drop befor he got to the bottom there was tree half way at the bottom he put his hand on it and spon on it and lsong his self off it givng him more spead hwne he hit the blood water the wasnt even a wave he swam back to the shorethat monster is near here the one that got away

(But I can't forget. Whenever I see your siggeh I have to stare at it and try to figure out what's going on ) Sophie gritted her teeth. "Oh, great, now we got ditched again." She watched the boy from before disappear. Azura and King Fireball-Oki looked up, and managed to catch a glimpse of him disappearing. "King Fireball-Oki, watch out!" She yelped, and snapped her fingers, more earth pulling up around the monsters. Suddenly, the light in her tattoo glowed even brighter, illuminating the dark forest more, and green light exploded out from her. Azura and King Fireball-Oki were fine, but all of the monsters were destroyed. "I'm...tired..." Sophie murmered before collapsing.

I've known this, but obviously you guys are forgetting the no controlling other people's characters thing... can ou guys try to fix that. One other thing... I wanted them to be able to use their powers when they wanted, unless the Gods took it away from them if they abused their power.

(OK,let's imagene that we could use our powers even though the didn't glow and that all of the past of glowing and not glowing never happened.Agreed?)

(Kay. So we're starting back to when Oki is calling for Sophie. LoL that sounds weird kinda. Guess we just have to wait till IXLXVX posts)

(Oh, I'm back now, sorry you had to wait! ) Sophie scrambled up onto the land after Azura and King Fireball-Oki. She wrung out her auburn hair. "Great, now we're absolutely fine and I'm soaking wet." She sighed, and looked around. "I'm not sure I can fix this much, guys," She frowned--the forest was absolutely devastated. And it almost...HURT. Not as in looking at it hurt, but as each tree fell, it hurt her as much as it did the trees. She winced at the feeling, and gently pulled her sleeve up. The tattoo had been blank, but it started to glow brightly. Sophie took a deep breath, and spread her hands out. Green light burst from her fingertips and settled over the dark woods. A bright sparkle of glowing green raced through the trees, and wherever it passed, the forest was healed. "I-I did it!"

Azura watched in amazement.Sophie had healed the forest.Her gift...was more like a blessing."Whoa...Sophie...you...you did it.You healed the forest!"Azura says.She was amazed.Sophie's power was unique."(Maybe...we do have a chance to fight after all...)"Azura thought.

"I...feel...really..." Sophie fell to her knees. "Tired..." She managed before collapsing. The dream she fell into wasn't pleasant. She was alone in a beautiful field. Flowers bloomed and swayed in a slight breeze. Sophie knew it was a dream before anything happened--the sky wasn't dark, and there was no hazy red mist clinging to her. What it had been like before the darkness had come. How she remembered her home. She looked around excitedly--things hadn't been this way for so long. She'd almost forgotten how amazing it could be. Sophie jumped when someone said her name. She whirled, to see an unfamiliar dark-haired boy standing there. Dark flames crept out from him, slowly spreading across the plain. Where they blanketed the ground, the grass and flowers died, and the sky darkened, and the same red mist started to fill the air. She took a horrified step back. "What-what did you--who are you!?" He smiled, and disappeared. But the flames didn't go away. They crept in, slowly, leaving only a tiny patch of life around Sophie. Her patch was closing in fast... She screamed. "NO!"

kijoko moved his neck a little ..look's like they manged to make it by luck....he moved his head around whiley his eye's where cloused he felt somthing there but couldnt get a lockon it it was faste really fast..what's this ..i guess it think's i cant get a lock on it...all i have to do is cailm my mind then he blocked out all thinking but he keep his sister in there he stood there he could se the best..that thing agian or is it somthign differt. he started walkign deeper into the town it was bigger than the rest of the one's hed been to
