So far in Final Mix I have defeated the most of the Mushroom XIII, the only Mushrooms left are the 3rd and the 8th one which are quite hard for me. But I have also defeated every other Organization XIII Data Battle except for Luxord. I feel like I can beat him in the first part of the fight but at the point where you need to do align four O's in the command box I find it so difficult to do and I end up losing because of that part of the battle. Could anyone possibly be able to share with me how to easily get this part done, please? ^-^

When you see the X just press it for the fast changing ones. Your hand-eye coordination will be so delayed that when you pressed X and saw an X it was actually for a O.

You just have to get the timing on the minigame down. If you fail his final minigame and he turns you into a card or dice, DONT MOVE. He will just jump over you until you turn back and then you can try again. There really is nothing to it but trying until you succeed.

What I literally do is close my eyes for the 4th part and just randomly hit x after a couple seconds. It's a 50/50 shot

Luxord was the 3rd last data battle I did, he gave me soo much trouble

The part where he forces you into a mini game is the hardest part especially when you have the get 4 Os the last O is the hardest  

Yeah I guess I just gotta keep trying to fight him and see if it goes well, most of the other data battles I luckily won like Demyx. I hope I beat him soon though..

What I told you is a strategy I know from playing a lot of games in the past lol. You really need to try it instead of that "keep trying" attitude. To me this is commom gamer's sense.

There's always the cheap "pause until you get the right combination" technique =P. Kind of annoying since he's stupidly easy aside from that.

Sorry I forgot thank you for that, that does sound like it would work well the next time I go against him. I am able to usually get like 3 O's and when it gets to the last part I always get an X and it can be quite frustrating at times. But I'll fight him again and try and practise what you said. If it doesn't work straight away I hope it'll work eventually I kinda really want that bronze crown ^_^
