Near the outskirts of Itiner Town, a newly completed building now stood for all to see. The building was fairly large, with an underground floor making for even more space. The entrance was in the shape of a Sylveon's head, with a sign above the door reading "Sylveon's Exploration Guild." Outside this building, a group of Pokemon had gathered, waiting to meet with their new guild leader and receive missions. This was an important day for everyone gathered: Today was their first day as part of Sylveon's Guild.

 

Tide was about to burst with excitement. Aw, man... I can't believe it! I'm going to get to go adventuring soon, and I'll meet Sylveon today! I wonder what amazing place I'll visit first, or who I'll end up on a team with...? He looked around the crowd of Pokemon, trying to see if there was anyone in particular who caught his eye. They all seem like tough Pokemon... I think I'd be okay with joining any of them! He was clearly grinning, in whatever way is possible for a small reptilian Pokemon. He began pacing back and forth while thinking, trying to expel some of his energy. Being a Totodile, he was naturally energetic. He did have a lot more calm moments than most Pokemon of his species did, but at the same time, the anticipation of meeting his hero and going on adventures with her kept him from being able to remain calm.

"Uh..." Zyliph was slightly nervoud, but asked anyway. "Is there a place where we can shower off? I'm kind of covered in sticky honey... don't ask..." He said, looking around, hoping the question wasn't too... odd...

"Uh... Well, I think there's a lake not too far away from the base. There's not really anything inside, though. Sorry." Sylveon apologized to Zyliph.

 

Vee gave a smile at Alex "Well I have to be confident to be a rescue team leader Alex" said Vee as Alex then run off with Midnah to met Zehen, Vee then looked at Tide with a smile also before saying "Nice to met you too Tide. Hey Tide, I hope you don't mind me asking but...--" But before Vee could ask her question Sylveon showed up. Vee's eyes showed sparkles in them as she saw her idol "WOW! It's hard to keep myself together seeing her in person again" said Vee quietly. Vee quickly entered the base following Sylveon closely, as Sylveon explained the job request board Vee's mind kept thinking of ways to prove herself to Sylveon "Awesome as! If I take on heaps of jobs helping other pokemon I'm sure that can earn me some thanks from Sylveon easy heehee" thought Vee. Soon they entered a larger room with a big mat in the center "Soo this is the meeting room I guess?" said Vee & when Sylveon said the bedrooms where downstairs Vee got pretty exited "OUR BEDS ARE DOWNSTA--Oh, I mean...Kay, understood. But I do have 1 question leader Sylveon?" said Vee a bit shy to ask the question. 

"What's the question?" Sylveon asked Vee, giving her a calm smile. She could notice the Eevee looked shy, and wanted to help her lighten up.

 

"This is amazing Ms. Sylveon!" Kuro said, her jaw dropped as she looked around the huge building.Seriously how could this place ever be better."Is Ms. Sylveon what we can call you or do you prefer something else leader?" She asked.

"Just Sylveon is fine!" She answered Kuro happily. "Oh, that reminds me... I never took the chance to ask for your names!" She said, looking slightly embarrassed. "So... Before we continue, who are all of you?"

 

"I'm Tide!" Tide introduced himself first.

Dylan looked around the room, before having his attention stuck on the board. "Um.... do you still have bounty missions? Ones where you hunt down other pokemon?" Thinking back to his Team idols, they were mostly the vigilante kind, rather than the find-an-item kind.

"Uh... It depends on what types of missions people ask us to do." Sylveon explained to Dylan. "If someone asks us to hunt down a criminal and bring them to justice, then we'll do that."

Dylan crossed his arms. "Alright. The name's Dylan, and I'm the coolest Treecko possible."

"I am Kuro the Zorua!" Kuro introduced, raising her paw to the air and then putting it to her heart.

"And I pledge to make this Guild continue being awesome!" She declared.

Dylan smiled at Kuro, being taken off guard by her enthusiasm. "You definitely know how to make things cheerful, I'll give you that."

She answered Kuro happily. "Oh, that reminds me... I never took the chance to ask for your names!" She said, looking slightly embarrassed. "So... Before we continue, who are all of you?" "I'm Tide!" Tide introduced himself first."Uh... It depends on what types of missions people ask us to do." Sylveon explained to Dylan. (I don't want the Combee to find me man.)"Alright, that will do! Pardon me a moment!" He turned and ran head first... Into the door. He forgot there are, I'm fsct, doors. "Ow..."

"Great! It's nice to meet you Kiel. Hope we do our best!" Ashgar said as just then,Sylveon finally appeared before them. As the new exploration was being tour at the Exploration Guild,he amazed with all those stuff insides. "Wow,the Exploration Guild sure is something!" Ashgar said as he amazed about the Exploration Guild's structures. "My name's Ashgar. I'll do my best for the sake of this Guild!" Ashgar said with a tone of honor when Sylveon asked the exploration team member's name.

Midnah looked around in awe. This was much more than what she expected. Maybe she was just a bit too happy. “My name is Midnah, Ms. Sylveon.” Midnah said, finally calming down. “(I don’t know if I have a team or a team name though.)” Midnah thought as she finally felt the adrenaline wash away. Kiel looked up nervously at Ms. Sylveon. He knew that he shouldn’t be as nervous as he was, but he could not help himself. “M-My name is Kiel. I-I’m with Ash.” Kiel stammered.

"What's the question?" Sylveon asked Vee, giving her a calm smile. She could notice the Eevee looked shy, and wanted to help her lighten up.

 

 

As the Shinx kissed face with the door Vee sighed looking at the Shinx "I'm kinda worried about that one" thought Vee Before she turned back to summon enough courage to tell Sylveon her question but then Sylveon ask for their names. Vee was a little shocked that Sylveon ask for her name, but then again it was 5 years ago when they first met & maybe Sylveon forgot about her, which hurts but Vee decided to tell her name anyway. "My names Vee Leader Sylveon, I'm the Eevee you saved 5 years ago from a scyther that gave me this scar across my left eye. Now I'm here to become a great rescue team leader just like you leader Sylveon" said Vee with a burning fire to be the greatest leader in her eyes. Vee had almost forgotten about the question she wanted to ask Sylveon & quickly spoke up "Oh! my question, my question is about who's with who in our teams" said Vee hopping to be with strong hearted pokemon & that's when Vee noticed Ashgar. As Ashgar spoke about doing his best for the sake of the guild Vee felt a connection with him that made her hope she'd be teaming up with him. Vee then asked another question to Sylveon "Do we also get cool color ribbons for each team? cause I want a blue ribbon or maybe a yellow one" said Vee.

While the others were conversing or admiring the room they were in, Champ kept to himself as he did previously. He was not in the mood for sight seeing, and simply wanted to start exploring the dungeons.

 

This Sylveon is wasting my time... Champ thought in an annoyed tone, arms once again crossed over his tiny chest and silently waiting for the Sylveon to say something relevant to what he was actually interested in.

"My name is Alex! I'm hoping to help others in need the best I can! And um....Ms. Sylveon? Do you know anything about my parents? I think they were a Rescue Team as well. All I have left of them is this red scarf around my neck." Alex was hoping to get some hope to finding his parents. He could remember so little about them, only when he was a little Pichu. "I think they were both Raichus."

After the tour everything seemed fine but one thing was bothering him. What would happen if Eevee saw him? Deciding it would be better to just get right out with it  Introductions are in order. Zehen now finally said something.

"I guess i'm the last one. Call me Zehen." He said and looked at the others. the next thing that caught his eye was Alex mentioning something about his parents. So far blending in wasn't all that hard but will it last?

I figured it would be best for all of you to figure that out yourselves, if that's fine for all of you." She then turned to Alex. "Hm... Sorry, but I don't think I've heard of them. I wish I could help you, but I don't think I know about them." She apologized, feeling bad for the Pikachu. "Now then... If you'd all like, I'll let you decide who you'd like to team up with for your first missions. After that, I'll let you go and find a job offer to complete!"

Sylveon also noticed Zyliph crash into the wall next to the door. "Oh, are you okay?" She approached the Shinx, and helped to make sure that he was standing properly.

 

Tide also went over to Zyliph. "Heh, you're almost as energetic as I am." He laughed, also making sure that his friend was okay.

"I'm fine, and I'm not energetic... just excited! And a little tired. And sticky. And I don't exactly know how to open doors." Zyliph just laughed. "But I know I'll be OK!"

When Sylveon remembered Vee she was so happy & when Sylveon said they could create their own teams Vee looked puzzled "Who should I team up with then?" said Vee to herself trying to think, but when Zehen introduced himself Vee felt something familiar about that name. Vee turned her head to see who said that name only to see that it was a Scyther, Vee's eyes widened in shock to see a Scyther here "Wha-what's a Scyther doing here?! Their evil pokemon & should be banished from any peaceful place. hey...maybe that the same Scyther that scared my left eye? I better take a closer look" thought Vee as she then slowly begun to walk towards the Scyther. Quickly Vee then started to lightly run towards the Scyther "If that's the same Scyther that scared me I'll WOW!!" said Vee as she tripped over herself while running tumbling into Ashgar. "Ouch! ouch, ouch, S-sorry bout that Ashgar. I didn't mean to crash into you. HEY! Why don't we team up? I saw the passion in your eyes for giving your best for this guild & I really admire that in pokemon. So what do ya say buddy? wanna team up with me?" said Vee with a smile, she seems to have forgotten about the Scyther for now.

Zehen firstly reacted in a 'I'm so dead.' kind of way. Then Vee just suddenly started to go to someone else. Was it a sign from god? ... To hell with that! At least the others seem nice and hopefully they didn't listen to the banished part. A sad truth is that Schyters are somewhat aggressive and to top it all of he was a mercenary a while ago so for others to hate him would be natural. He leisurely walked away trying to see how far was Sylveon's guild going to make it.

(I'm keeping the next part as sort of a journal on what happened so far. It's gonna be in 1st person tho)

Entry 1:

I've joined a guild led by Sylveon. Everyone arrived and the place was shown to us. Teems have started forming and it looks like Vee is going to start a team fairly quick.

"Ah no,it's okay.I've get used to that kind of accident..." Ashgar said with a polite manner as he was being bumped by Vee,an Eevee Pokemon.After that,he was surprised that she wants to be his teammates. "Really!? Great! I would be happy to have a confident teammate like you!" Ashgar said with delight as he accept Vee into his team. "Oh yeah,this is Kiel. She's also one of our teammates! So that makes three of us!" Ashgar said as he introduced Vee to a Ralts beside him and they finally forming a team...

Alex felt a small jolt of disappointment, but shook it off quickly. "That's okay. I know I'll find them one day!" Once Sylveon said to make teams, Alex first ran to the Pokémon that caught his interest the most....Zehen. Once there, he started to make the offer. "So your name is Zehen....Nice to meet you! Like I said before, we could make a team! You, me, and Midna!...Speaking of which, where is she?"

Just then, Midnah propped up right behind the pikachu. "Right here!" Midnah laughed as she proceeded to tap Alex's tail. "I don't mind with this team. I like it. If there aren't anymore complaints, we should totally go look for a mission! Becoming a rescue team was easier than I thought though. Now all we have to do is complete a mission and we should be officially a team, right?" Midnah asked. A thought then came to her. "Wait a moment, our team needs a name!...what should we call our team? Maybe, team Manifold! Or team Tyro?" Midnah suggested. Surely there could be better name suggestions, as Midnah was simply just throwing out adjectives synonyms to the word 'varied'. "Or since each one of us is most likely to bring up surprises...what about team Eureka?"

 

Kiel was happy, another pokemon wanted to join the team, and now they were a complete set! But he was also nervous, social interaction being his weakness. "N-Nice to meet you, Vee. T-Thank you for joining the team." Kiel said, trying to be loud enough to be heard despite wanting to crawl under a rock and hide. "If we're all three it means we're a full team. That's great! Um...w...what kind of team name should we have though?" Kiel asked. Together they were a Normal type, a Psychic type, and a Fire type, quite a varied team. "W-What about team Trinity?" Kiel suggested, making a note that they were infact a team of three.

 

 

 

 

"Hee, hee" giggled Vee a bit before Ashgar introduced Kiel to her. Vee looked at Kiel with a curious look on her face, Vee had never really seen a Ralts before until now. Vee walked around Kiel curiously looking at him "Hmm...your kinda strange looking for a pokemon" said Vee as she sniffed the back of Kiel's head. Vee then put her paw on Kiel's back patting his back "It's great to meet you Kiel, I'm looking forward to seeing this team shiny like a star & I'm also looking forward to seeing your strength too Kiel, hee, hee" said Vee smiling. Then when Kiel suggested their team name be 'Trinity' Vee's eyes widened "That's...I love it! it reminds me of a part in a story my aunt Flare (a Flareon) told me when I living with her" said Vee. Vee was now feeling so overwhelmed by her excitement to prove herself to Sylveon & her new team that she just couldn't hold it in anymore, so Vee ran towards the job request board grabbing the first job sheet she saw with her teeth ripping it off the board & was heading for outside the building, Vee quickly looked at Ashgar & Kiel saying "Come on guys! LETS GO!"

"I've got something even better! How about.........Team Infinity!! Taking adventures to new heights and beyond! To me it fits!" Alex felt confident with his teammates. Him, the confident, positive one. Midnah, very energetic and spunky, and Zehen, mostly quiet, but supposedly very helpful. "So what do you guys say? Agreed?"

"Sure! Why not?" He replied, pouncing on the Totodile playfully, and without realizing letting off a little electricity from his paws.

"Well? Should we go?" This little Pikachu was excited for this. Finally exploring the world!
