Here's the ultimate problem, Sora is playable character. So as long as you're playing as him, he can't lose. We really have to grasp of what his power is like outside of gameplay, since there are so few fights in cutscenes, and they never last more than a fraction of a second

That heartless is must be hit by specific attack types at specific times, has invulnerability for a few seconds after being hit,and if you can't stop time at the clock tower you will die in 12 seconds.Sure Goku might be able to destroy the clock tower, but would he know it means ill for him? And the question becomes would breaking the clocktower break the enchantment?

As much as Goku can punch and hurt, a reflect will deny that any effect and harm him, fire will set Goku on fire, cure keeps Sora at full health, Aero makes physical attacks less viable as going in to do so reduces the damage the blow dose and deals damage back at higher levels, Magnet will guarantee Goku being forced to work against magical-level suction another area, ect, ect, ect. This, mixture with Sora's ability to overcompensate for every situation in just pure ability to counter whatever an opponent throws at him, and attacks that home when he is invincible, Sora can just chip away at Goku's strength with just hitting him with a reflect to a Limit and then transform into a form and throw damage everywhere and then revert to reflect again. Sora just has such a abundance of skills and such a set of broken ones that he literally can beat anyone.By the way, just so I'm not looked at like a Sora fanboy, it must be known that I experienced/loved DBZ before KH. I would rather Goku succeed in this, but logically, Sora just isn't able to be defeated that easily. His abilities are too far varied and powerful. It's like Link's arsonal of tools on crack.

Probably the only way that Sora could even hope to win is with second chance, once more, leaf bracer, MP rage, and MP haste. If he is using KH1's magic system, MP rage would keep him curing. Though if he uses KH II's magic system... Sora's screwed. Simple as that. Since it would be concievable for Goku to be able to kill Sora some time when his MP is recharging and Sora simply doesn't have the speed to keep away from a saiyan.I guess high ranking stop magic could work on Goku, BUT who knows how long that would last on him. And if Goku would even let them get that spell off. Because Goku can move very fast.Even though Goku doesn't have much experience with magic, doesn't he have experience with chi? I know that isn't quite magic, But it definitely isn't normal.
